I have no complaint about the drivers, always excellent. However, we had to cancel a prepaid trip before Thanksgiving. Due to COVID, we had to cancel. It is Jan 3, and I have not received my refund. I have texted Mark many times. Still no refund. Now he doesn't answer his phone or any of my texts. A friend of mine had trouble also when Ride Naples failed to pick her up in Miami after a cruise. I used Ride Naples a and, at first, found it a good alternative. However, we used them when our grandchild visited and it was very disappointing! We confirmed a full month ahead of time & paid extra for a car seat..but late the night before our ride, Mark texted me asking if he could use our car seat and bring it back? We had borrowed a car seat, so that was not possible, plus, I had to text and ask if he was still coming and would have a car seat? He said he was, but the next morning, when the car showed up, there was a child's car seat in the back seat BUT IT WAS NOT SECURED IN THE SEAT (and all straps were unconnected). When I asked the driver, he said, I don't know how to set it up. So I found myself figuring out how to secure the car seat for our grandchild myself...FRUSTRATING, and very UNRELIABLE; POOR SERVICE! This company has gone downhill. We have had 4 bad experiences now involving rude customer service, drivers, and cancelled rides. There have been 2 instances where the driver just never showed up - with no heads up from the company whatsoever. Another ride cancelled on us while we were in the air, so we landed to him saying that he could no longer pick us up. Our flight was heavily delayed and I was in contact with my driver updating him on our flight status and new arrival time. We ended up coming in at 1:30 AM (we had already paid the late pick up fee!) and he cancelled claiming that his "brake lights were out". Convenient that they were fine all day, but suddenly out, leaving us to find a ride in the middle of the night. The owner provided no follow up with me and was nonresponsive to my multiple phone calls regarding a refund. When I finally got in touch with the owner via text message, he provided no apology that our driver bailed on us and was extremely rude saying that I couldn't read and that they had 30 days to refund my money. I expressed my frustration and the many instances where they had failed me and his response was good luck in finding another ride company as cheap. (Gladly will find another ride company if it means paying a bit more and actually getting picked up). In any situation, I would expect a follow up from the company within a couple of days of the issue to confirm that a refund would come. Unfortunately, we attempted to use the company for our return to the airport and the driver did not show up - they called an Uber for us! This is the final straw - I would use any other company regardless of the price. read more

DO NOT BOOK - POSSIBLE SCAM. I booked a trip with 4 passengers (with confirmation) from RSW to Marco Island. The night before at 9PM I received a random text message notifying me that there was an additional charge for having 4 passengers and we required an XL vehicle. When I informed the texter that I had a confirm for 4 passengers and tired to call I received no answer. I then became concerned that I was being scammed and that I was the victim of bait and switch. The text exchange that ensued was insulting and condescending. The exchange did not include correct English which was a further concern that I was being scammed. Even once I agreed to pay the additional fee and asked for an invoice, the person continued to send LONG RAMBLING text messages that weren't clear and said they were canceling my ride. They ultimately did cancel my transportation 17 hours prior to my trip despite my REPEATED requests to speak with someone. This company, at best, is COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL - at worst they are a scam. read more

Based on referral, I requested a ride to/from Miami airport. RideNaples was truly excellent, from every aspects. On both ways the drivers were professional, safe drivers, helpful and kind. Their prices are highly competitive and very reasonable. The cars were clean, neat, well kept. Since I was the only passenger, I got a mid-size sedan and I am sure larger vehicle can be arranged for more passengers. Their communication system is superb, reminders were sent ahead of time and later the driver sent another text message with the pix of his and the vehicle. Confirmation of this text from the passenger with the pick-up time, location and flight number, departure/arrival time is crucial. This way no ground for misunderstanding. I used Ride Naples several times over the past year with great experiences. I had a trip scheduled in November and there was a mix up so I ended up using Uber. Mark contacted me after several emails and phone calls and offered to provide me a free ride or pay for my Uber receipt. We used his offer when we returned to the airport in Dec with no issues. I decided to try them again the other day. I received an email with info. The morning of the flight I never received any update. We landed, another confirmation email had been sent but no text with the drivers name and car info. I tried contacting Mark through the app with no reply. We ended up with Uber again. Unfortunately, I think they have out grown their ability to service. I would not recommend them! read more
