Always accommodating and love the welcome sparkling wine when you arrive. Makes you feel like you have truly arrived. This is a beautiful boutique Hotel which also adds to its charm. Love that they offer snacks in the afternoon along with a contential type of breakfast. Room's are well appointed only sad that they no longer have Nest toiletries. When they had those they smelled like the beach which also made you feel like you were at a coastal getaway. While the Beach is down the road the water is close by. Hotel has both traditional rooms as well as several villas. Love each time we come and highly recommend this Hotel. Always a good time.

We had a hotel driver take us to a restaurant and when it was closed he took us to another place. When we were unable to renew our room because a wedding had the main hotel booked, the concierge gave us a reduced price on the cabin, which was gorgeous. The building is clean and well maintained. We were lucky to come on Tuesday evening and there was a pianist playing in the lobby, which was lovely. Overall, a charming and well maintained hotel with great service within walking distance of 5th Ave. P.S- they have free cookies in the lobby.

The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The office offered free amenities like bottled water, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, soap, etc. free for the taking. For Marco Island this hotel/motel is extremely inexpensive. I would go back to this place if I were ever in Marco Island, Florida again. While we typically stay at extremely high-end hotels for a quick overnight stay, this was a good choice.

The location is absolutely perfect--situated in a very private and extremely safe neighborhood. One of my favorite parts of each day was enjoying the gorgeous view of the small lake right off of my private balcony. The efficiency studio was flawless and had everything I needed, including a full setup with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. It made cooking my own meals incredibly convenient, especially since the grocery store is less than a 3-minute bike ride away! The amenities are fantastic; the pool was pristine, kept at the perfect temperature, and I happily spent many days relaxing out there. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. The employees are so grateful, helpful, kind, and caring--it's obvious they genuinely love their jobs. A huge shoutout to Nicole, Dianna, and Christine for their wonderful hospitality! The cleaning staff was also on top of absolutely everything. The room was spotlessly clean, and whenever I needed a quick replacement, like extra trash bags, they were at my door in no time. They have grills for cooking, a beautiful pool with a deep end and two shallow ends, ample beach chairs, 2 hot tubs built in that glow beautifully at night, 2 boardwalks our to the beach, showers, a tennis court, and ample parking. The beach out front had two full rows of beach chairs available to rent. The beach is white sand and powdery soft. It doesn't hurt to walk on in the heat. And the shells... every shape, size, and color you can imagine! Interested in parasailing, jet skiing, boating, or shelling tours? All are available! It is also right next door to the JW Marriott and they do an AMAZING fire twirling show to music every evening!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Our room had a kitchen so it was nice to be able to prepare food when we wanted to. They have a great breakfast with fresh coffee. The landscape on the property is beautiful like a tropical paradise. The pool is very nice and relaxing. We will definitely be back again soon for a staycation weekend! That was quite nice. If you are looking for simple accommodations, for a steal of a price, this would be your place. It does not have a full kitchen, very simple in that sense. You get a mini-fridge, a microwave in your room. So, for someone who plans to eat out, this would be perfect. They have bikes for rent, per day $10. The room itself was clean, and nicely put together. The bed, though pretty, was not that comfortable. The pillows were very small as well. The grounds were kept nice. The could spruce up their pool area a bit. Make it more welcoming. I ended up having to leave a day early due to flooding in that area. The water was almost coming into my room, it was a bit scary! I would have assumed due to the almost flooding in the room they would have offered at least half of one day back in fees, but they did not.

There was a guy snoring in the room next door and I could literally hear him as if he were in my room next to my bed. I couldn't sleep ALL NIGHT due to this. Literally it was terrible. The room had an ajoining door which was so thin, you could hear a pin drop in the room next door. I had the television at the lowest possible volume tick but felt guilty and turned it off because I could hear so clearly what was going on in the room next door. I even bumped up the fan on the ac unit hoping to drown it out. For this reason I could never stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Ever. Which is a complete shame because it's two streets over from 5th Avenue in Naples which is so hard to find. And there is absolutely pride in ownership here. The rooms are spotless, the grass is green and landscaping nice. Free WiFi. Free parking. It's all so much better than I thought it would be when I saw pictures. Sure it's a 1960s style hotel but the location can't be beat in Naples. The clientele was definitely of the older variety. But as I said the adjoining doors were so thin that you could hear everything in the room next door. Such a shame because beyond that it's great. But it's a BIG issue!!! BTW ... Skip the gross breakfast and go out to 5th Ave and spend $8 each for a real breakfast. It's plastic wrapped bagels and muffins at the hotel.

The hotel was literally next to a small cove, where numerous yatchts dock, and was only 0.6mi from the famous Fifith Ave. My room was on the first floor but was quiet. It featured a spacious mini bar/kitchen, huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful balcony. Restroom was small but enough for one person. The air conditioner was indeed noisy, so I only turned it on when I was not in the room. The hotel has a small cafe serving breakfast and brunch and you can order take away. However, they only accept cash or check to your room charge. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Will consider booking it again when I run Naples half marathon next year!
