The staff at the valet station and the front desk were excellent. My only complaint is that my trip had to end and I can't wait until my return trip.

Our rooms were ready upon checking in and it was an easy process. When first walking in the lobby I loved the chandeliers and luxury feel of the hotel. They have valet service which they're all extremely nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was equipped with a kitchen/sink/fridge/and dishwasher which was nice on nights we wanted to eat in. The beds were my favorite as the sheets are very comfy. The view is stellar over looking the marina with boats docked. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. I also think the highlight of this hotel is the service. Our rooms were cleaned every day, even when we were in our rooms late afternoon and needed the room cleaned later on in the day without having to ask to come back later for cleaning. Also, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river are so fun and beautifully kept. There is also an adult only section of the pool with a lap pool , regular pool, and hot tub which was nice. However, the club where the pools are are a little far and the hotel staff transport you to and from the pools back to the hotel. Some times it takes five minutes but when they're busy you might wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle which can sometimes be hard to wait with small children. Also, if you want a shuttle to the beach it's great because they give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The downside is we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel. The same gentlemen that valet the cars are the ones that shuttle guests around. When they're busy valeting, shuttle services get backed up. I do think they should have more shuttles, but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Lastly, Larry was one of the best shuttle staff. He was personable, helpful, and always had a smile. Overall, we enjoyed our time here.

Because we arrived shortly before the restaurant opened, we had cocktails outside facing the Gulf. The hostess graciously accommodated us after we finished our drinks. The interior is appropriate for Naples. As I mentioned, my partner and I looked at the menu beforehand and felt like it was limited. With that said, the Caesar salad is large and presented beautifully with an oversized Parmesan crisp on top. The shrimp curry was flavorful and not too spicy. The chocolate decadence dessert was not what I expected. It's a deconstructed version (which I'm not a fan of) of chocolate cake. Nonetheless, it tasted great. As for the expense, well, it IS the Four Seasons...in Naples. You have to expect it to be expensive.

This is our first time staying at Latitude 26. It's a charming old Florida feel boutique hotel. Very quiet, emphasis On quaint hotel. My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed this stay. We stayed in room 7. The room is very spacious. Great amenities in the room. I believe it's the largest room on the property out of the 11 rooms here. This is our type of place. Laid back, quiet . My wife and I don't smoke and do not like to be around smoke. This is a smoke free facility and that was great. There has been guest coming and going during the week. While sitting out back on the deck we have maybe at times shared it with another couple but basically felt has if we had the place to ourselves. There are couple staff members that will be here in the mornings if you need something. They have taken care of us very well. They are extremely friendly. There are couple kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles if you so choose. My wife and I did take the bicycles out one day and really enjoyed those. She and I have really enjoyed the smallness of the place and sitting on the deck. There is a pool but it's above the ground type pool that is hard to get in and out of because there is a step missing but we manage to utilize it to cool off while laying out on the deck. A little more age on us and we could not have gotten in or out of the pool. There's plenty of laying out chairs and tables and chairs to enjoy the deck, watch the boats come by, fish constantly jumping, some dolphins also came by. We have loved the back deck on the bay. The complaints I would have with our room is the tub is very tall jacuzzi type tub and very hard and slick for 63 yr olds to get in and out of to shower. I did see that the smaller rooms had walk in and out showers and that is what this room needs if my wife and I are to stay here as we get older. Our door to go out on our deck was hard to open and close. Other than tub and the pool the place has been great. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and kind the staff has been here. We have really enjoyed our stay here. Very safe area to get out and walk. There are around 6 extremely good restaurants within a mile of the place. My wife and I would walk to them because we like walking and they have good sidewalks and the area is safe. There is a restaurant right next door called The Fish House which we frequented a lot. Very convenient. Would we stay here again? Absolutely. Great price, kind people, charming, clean, safe good WiFi and I could go on and on. I will say the room is very updated and nice but there are some areas outside that need some attention and loving care. I will say they have had two storms back to back this year so that could be some of it. Check this place out. Lissy is here on the weekends and she took great care of us. We stumbled across this quaint boutique hotel. We were in Room #6. It had all the amenities anyone needs and more. Our room had a king bed, digital fireplace, kitchenette and luxury walk in shower. The outside dock area was an excellent space for morning coffee, reading a book and tanning. There was a sexy little jacuzzi pool to enjoy. Kyacks. Bicycles. This place is amazing! Oh! they have continental breakfast from 7:30am to 10:00am every morning. Whenever we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.
