This is a great hotel and the reason its a great hotel is the staff. They all are so friendly at front as soon as you walk in. Shout out to Hermani on night shift front desk for her extra niceness and a pleasure to speak to. The house keeping is also so friendly and helpful too. The water they give you is such a plus and the no charge for parking. I stayed 10 days and will return. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because I feel they need to update their pool and area and pool (shout out to Michael pool server for how awesome he was). They need a face lift on property even tho clean. Also the sign for the property needs to be hire on road cant see and pass constantly. Shuttle needs to just run every 30 mins and no sign up. Thanks for the beach towels to take down. OVER ALL GOOD PLACE TO STAY.

We stopped a couple of months ago and had a good experience at the hotel. The staff is friendly, attentive and provides good information of the hotel services like the shuttle to the beach and amenities. It was clean, comfortable, in a good location and has a restaurant on site.

We stayed here for four nights while visiting family. The lobby is elegant and there is plenty of parking spaces, which is really convenient. The staff who work here were all very friendly, helpful, and kind! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable! We ordered room service and the food was delicious and was delivered quickly. They have a pool and workout area, although we didn't use either this trip. We had a drink a couple nights at Shula's Steak House and Bar in the hotel and it was very nice! We are diamond members so we got a daily food credit too, which was another bonus!

Enjoyed my recent stay at Hilton Naples. The staff was friendly, especially Michael our server at the pool. The rooms aren't the most modern but definitely comfortable. I love the Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom and the free parking is a nice perk. The pool is a relaxing oasis with poolside service and great drinks from Shulas. I also had an exceptional breakfast there. Their lox & bagel was so fresh and absolutely a great way to start the day! I look forward to staying again next time im in Naples!

It's a good hotel, the facility members do care and quick in and out. Exercises room is big has windows. Little dated but great shuttle to the beach walk to tons of restaurants on the road just outside. Great people watching. Get the balcony one if you can. Beds are comfy staye

I really do not go out of my way to leave a public review unless I really feel compelled to do so, but this was a really bad stay. This is a flag (franchise) Hilton property and it really shows-- it was in complete disarray and in my opinion, an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. My stay began with me being denied Hilton Honors status along with the perks that come along with it for the duration of my stay due to my reservation being booked through my work travel site. I was later informed by Hilton directly that this was a decision made by, and at the discretion of, the franchised property. After an hour of frustration and time wasted disputing the above with the check-in attendant and front-end manager, as I am walking to my room, I see the pictured sign taped to the exterior of the housekeeping closet on my floor. Now, I'm not sure if the property was simply too naive or just disgustingly overconfident that no one in Naples can speak/read/or understand Spanish, but, in Spanish, the sign listed the days of the week and which sections of the room they clean on each day (headboard one day, bathroom toilet another day), BUT REST ASSURED, the closet is a daily task. Are you kidding me? How disgusting. As I continue down the hall towards my room, directly next to the vending and ice machines was the trash from someone's take-out as well as a stinky, used diaper. Classy. I finally make it to my room and am immediately greeted by a massive stain on the carpet. There was also sliding a glass door in the room but it was welded shut. I gave up and accepted my fate. The following four days of my stay, I lived in regret. Only one of the light strands were working by the pool, the towel racks were constantly filthy and unkept, and the exterior of the building was beyond neglected. On one of the days, water even began pouring out from a ceiling light fixture in one of the conference rooms while we were hosting a work event. You really can't make this up. On my way out the final morning-- I discovered they were hosting a post-funeral, celebration of life event on the pool-deck. Interesting! Also, this isn't the properties fault, but just so you are aware, most of the surrounding business and restaurants close before the sun sets. Despite the $300+ nightly cost, no form of breakfast is included either. This property needs some serious and immediate attention-- I am extremely concerned by the cleanliness issues both witnessed as well as the ones so blatantly on display (the sign). I would not return to or recommend this property to anyone.

This was a lovely evening with my best friend visiting "ye old stopping grounds". The services is excellent and effectively delivered to satisfaction! Layla brought us our drinks and put a smile on Daniella's and mine face that lasted for miles

We stayed at Hilton Naples, as my boyfriend just got an HHonors Gold status, so he insisted on only staying in the Hilton chain to collect loyalty points :) Well, it's a really nice hotel, centrally located with 10-15 min drive to the beaches and to downtown Naples. The rooms are a bit dated though, especially when it comes to plumbing and air conditioning. AC is weak and noisy, we couldn't get the temperature in the room down to 68F even when running the AC all night. The water pressure in the tap was very weak, even when the faucet was fully opened, the stream was just barely enough. The showers were also on the weak side. Other than that, everything was fine, the reception staff was nice, the beds were comfortable, and there was a free shuttle to the beach with towels and beach chairs provided by the hotel. Overall, a good value, especially if collecting HHonors points :)

This Hilton sucks. $300+ per night with super old amenities, almost zero it is. Bath tub is so tiny that I'm only 5ft 110lb still feels tight, bathroom has no vent either. Tv is smart tv as they call it but only local channels are shown, no streaming apps. The room has no usb plug, the fridge smells like dead fish inside. Carpet so dark it looks dirty. Why did we choose this place and pay this price for it??? So stupid that we trusted the brand. Never again Hilton.

My friend and I had a great experience at this hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and nice. Will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Naples. There is a Shula's Steak House at this hotel which was definitely a plus.

Our server was also the bartender (Jordan) who was extremely welcoming and super friendly. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us the rundown about the menu and some of the local favorites. We got a coconut shrimp appetizer which was delicious and my blackened grouper Caesar salad was beyond divine. I'm so glad I went with that fish option over the mahi. The grouper was extremely fresh, and the portion size was huge! My husband ordered the mahi-mahi Neuben (I.e. Ruben) which he said was surprisingly good! We also tried a few of the signature cocktails, which to my surprise came in tiki glasses! I absolutely love when a drink comes in fun glassware! Our experience at lunch was so great that we raved about it to our family. Which resulted in us coming back the very next day, but for dinner. We had 24 people in our party! I don't think that we would've been able to do this during peak season so if you're looking to bring a large group, definitely go off - season! Our server for the 24 person dinner with Sam and she was also beyond wonderful! She was our only server and somehow managed to wrangle a table full of chatty adults and six children! Kudos to her! Everything we ordered came out amazing! I absolutely loved the Maine Lobster Salad! Came with a huge portion of lobster, which, for the price was really great! The restaurant has an absolutely wonderful ambience and we were so impressed with the experience, the staff and the food considering this was our first time visiting. They're a bit tucked away inside of a private resort, but since they're open till the public, they do have appropriate signage for the location and it's pretty easy to find. Overall, both dining experiences were absolutely wonderful and I beyond recommend visiting Hogfish Harry's if you're ever in the Naples area. 10/10 recommend!

WOW, what a disappointment!…read more Decided to come here for mother's day brunch. Like many places in Naples, a prix fix menu was standard. I gave this restaurant two stars. Not for the food. But for the service. It really should be 1.5 stars but this system doesn't allow that. Let me explain. Let's start with the appetizers. Best thing on the menu was the beet salad and goat cheese. Probably the best part of the entire meal and its presentation was fantastic. Followed by the clam chowder. Lobster bisque was pretty bad as was the ceasar salad. Onto the main items. PRIME RIB. Many ordered this but not one person liked or finished theirs. In some cases overly fatty and in others the meat was super chewy and barely flavorful. Most of prime rib from all guests was taken home to feed to the dogs. Fish was a tri-tip, overly salty but also undercooked. Desserts - Have t say the donuts were the clear winner. Key Lime Pie had a gross drizzle of raspberry sauce (While do so many restaurants do this?). Creme de pot, so sweet that your teeth hurt from eating it. Look, if you are going to charge high prices and have a prix fix menu for a special occasion like mother's day or other, then THAT menu of items better be spot on and near perfect. In this case, "M" failed miserably. Certainly won't be back.

A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Many people come for the fresh seafood market, but don't overlook the restaurant side -- it's absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend.

The fish is not fishy at all. It is meaty but light and flaky. They give a good sized portion. The pimento cheese is to die for. I can't believe how much of it I ate on my last visit. Then we have the key lime pie. Wow. Double wow. It has a burnt sugar topping similar to creme brulee. The filling is light and tart. The pie ties with Sweet Melissas. The interior is super cute. I love the nautical colors. They have a nice bar too. Hurry up and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Service started a little slowly--we didn't meet our server for about 15 minutes, although another team member quickly brought us water and drinks. Once our server arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It seemed like he may have been covering several tables that evening, so we completely understood. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team. We'd gladly give Syren another try.
