Overall a great hotel.... I guess it's why I've stayed here 3 times already. The hotel looks lovely from the road and the lobby is equally as impressive. The rooms look great too and love the bathroom (quite clean). The only part of the property that doesn't impress is the pool area; too cramped and feels kind of old. I LOVE that it's one of the nicer hotels that don't charge for silly stuff like a resort fee and no charge for parking; and they even have covered parking (parking floor under the building). The staff was very friendly; every visit they have been so nice. I hated my pillows and I complained and they made sure I was happy sending me 4 more pillows to prop my head back up. I like to stay here sometimes because it's so central to a lot of restaurants I like, as well as some parks/nature areas. read more

Perfect for relaxing by the pool, venturing out to the beach, dining in at Shula's Steak House or staying in with room service. Well kept, clean, modern, friendly front desk. Hilton Naples is a really comfortable and just a nice place to stay. During the 3 night stay, there were two weddings and a Dior training meeting. Maybe there were more events, hard to keep up with. No parking fees. Self and valet are at no charge. The offer a beach shuttle that looks like it is straight outta the 70's but is probably just a couple years old. The nice driver brought everyone beach chairs, towels and bottled water. This was so appreciated and he received lots of tips which was nice to see. You schedule the time for him to take and pick you up. He goes every half hour. This is such a perk. We had a car but who wants to get the car all sandy when you have this nice service. Shula's Steakhouse serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are located to the right when you enter the hotel. This is a great option for dinner. The manager is very nice and appreciates his customers. The location of this hotel is great. You are near the Coastland Mall, Waterside Shops, 5th Avenue, etc. The pool is clean and has a little waterfall going. During the day, you can order food from Shula's to be delivered to you poolside. There is a small jacuzzi. There is always a negative, right? Our room had a loose faucet. Every time I turned it on or off I thought I was going to break it. The shower head, when turned on, sounded like a helicopter was landing when you turned it on. No joke. I called the front desk. Maintenance fixed the shower head but not the faucet. We asked again and I guess it cannot be fixed? Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and looked nice. We had a pool view. Overall, a really nice stay. However, I do think they should make sure rooms are in good working order. read more

This is a great hotel and the reason its a great hotel is the staff. They all are so friendly at front as soon as you walk in. Shout out to Hermani on night shift front desk for her extra niceness and a pleasure to speak to. The house keeping is also so friendly and helpful too. The water they give you is such a plus and the no charge for parking. I stayed 10 days and will return. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 because I feel they need to update their pool and area and pool (shout out to Michael pool server for how awesome he was). They need a face lift on property even tho clean. Also the sign for the property needs to be hire on road cant see and pass constantly. Shuttle needs to just run every 30 mins and no sign up. Thanks for the beach towels to take down. We stayed here for four nights while visiting family. The lobby is elegant and there is plenty of parking spaces, which is really convenient. The staff who work here were all very friendly, helpful, and kind! The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable! We ordered room service and the food was delicious and was delivered quickly. They have a pool and workout area, although we didn't use either this trip. We had a drink a couple nights at Shula's Steak House and Bar in the hotel and it was very nice! We are diamond members so we got a daily food credit too, which was another bonus! read more

Awesome location with ample free parking. Hotel lobby is elegant in appearance. There's a person on site who can assist with reservations, etc. - I didn't use this convenience. Hotel staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Used the hotel transportation to the beach (with a guest) - very convenience, where the hotel provides chairs, towels and bottled water (all for no additional charge) - be sure to tip the driver (who was great and scheduled our times including the return trip). Loved the health facility at the location - treadmills, free weights, water and towel and other equipment. Not crowded at all. Nice pool which was popular with the guests (I didn't use it). Hotel room was clean with a coffee maker, refrigerator, great big screen TV with netflix and other streaming available. I got a room upgrade for being a Hilton member - Never hurts to join! Restaurant was very good, but only ate their one evening. Service was good. All said, the stay at the hotel couldn't have be better. I definitely recommend this hotel. read more

Enjoyed my recent stay at Hilton Naples. The staff was friendly, especially Michael our server at the pool. The rooms aren't the most modern but definitely comfortable. I love the Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom and the free parking is a nice perk. The pool is a relaxing oasis with poolside service and great drinks from Shulas. I also had an exceptional breakfast there. Their lox & bagel was so fresh and absolutely a great way to start the day! I look forward to staying again next time im in Naples! read more

I really do not go out of my way to leave a public review unless I really feel compelled to do so, but this was a really bad stay. This is a flag (franchise) Hilton property and it really shows-- it was in complete disarray and in my opinion, an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. My stay began with me being denied Hilton Honors status along with the perks that come along with it for the duration of my stay due to my reservation being booked through my work travel site. I was later informed by Hilton directly that this was a decision made by, and at the discretion of, the franchised property. After an hour of frustration and time wasted disputing the above with the check-in attendant and front-end manager, as I am walking to my room, I see the pictured sign taped to the exterior of the housekeeping closet on my floor. Now, I'm not sure if the property was simply too naive or just disgustingly overconfident that no one in Naples can speak/read/or understand Spanish, but, in Spanish, the sign listed the days of the week and which sections of the room they clean on each day (headboard one day, bathroom toilet another day), BUT REST ASSURED, the closet is a daily task. Are you kidding me? How disgusting. As I continue down the hall towards my room, directly next to the vending and ice machines was the trash from someone's take-out as well as a stinky, used diaper. Classy. I finally make it to my room and am immediately greeted by a massive stain on the carpet. There was also sliding a glass door in the room but it was welded shut. I gave up and accepted my fate. The following four days of my stay, I lived in regret. Only one of the light strands were working by the pool, the towel racks were constantly filthy and unkept, and the exterior of the building was beyond neglected. On one of the days, water even began pouring out from a ceiling light fixture in one of the conference rooms while we were hosting a work event. You really can't make this up. On my way out the final morning-- I discovered they were hosting a post-funeral, celebration of life event on the pool-deck. Interesting! Also, this isn't the properties fault, but just so you are aware, most of the surrounding business and restaurants close before the sun sets. Despite the $300+ nightly cost, no form of breakfast is included either. This property needs some serious and immediate attention-- I am extremely concerned by the cleanliness issues both witnessed as well as the ones so blatantly on display (the sign). I would not return to or recommend this property to anyone. read more

A year ago we stayed here for a weekend getaway based on friends recommendation. The front desk was very attentive, the bed was comfy and it was very clean. However, when I asked to borrow two wine glasses to drink a bottle of wine in my room that I brought from my cellar, they refused. I needed to purchase two glasses of wine in order to borrow the glasses. That is the stingiest customer service I've ever experienced. We stayed at Hilton Naples, as my boyfriend just got an HHonors Gold status, so he insisted on only staying in the Hilton chain to collect loyalty points :) Well, it's a really nice hotel, centrally located with 10-15 min drive to the beaches and to downtown Naples. The rooms are a bit dated though, especially when it comes to plumbing and air conditioning. AC is weak and noisy, we couldn't get the temperature in the room down to 68F even when running the AC all night. The water pressure in the tap was very weak, even when the faucet was fully opened, the stream was just barely enough. The showers were also on the weak side. Other than that, everything was fine, the reception staff was nice, the beds were comfortable, and there was a free shuttle to the beach with towels and beach chairs provided by the hotel. This Hilton sucks. $300+ per night with super old amenities, almost zero it is. Bath tub is so tiny that I'm only 5ft 110lb still feels tight, bathroom has no vent either. Tv is smart tv as they call it but only local channels are shown, no streaming apps. The room has no usb plug, the fridge smells like dead fish inside. Carpet so dark it looks dirty. Why did we choose this place and pay this price for it??? So stupid that we trusted the brand. Never again Hilton. read more

My husband and I travel a lot and almost always stay at a Hilton brand hotel. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 2.5 star. The hotel was clean and the staff pretty friendly and everything was okay. Some things we didn't like; the TV volume is controlled. Yes, it is controlled with a max volume of 10, which is pretty soft. If you have any issues with hearing, this may not be the place for you. Very good not great. We stayed in room 416 and with some cosmetic/refurb fixes could be great. See photos for mold, rust, cosmetic issues in that room that should be addressed. Excellent location. Shuttle to clam pass is good however the boardwalk in is very long. Service is fantastic as always. Pool is small but is nice if you don't want to venture to the beach. There's also a small hot tub. Covered parking is available for free! Excellent comfy beds and clean room/facilities. read more

This was one of my best hotel experiences I have ever had. All the workers from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay from the Starbucks coffee and cookies they gave us to the free shuttle rides to the beach with complementary Tommy Bahama chairs, towels, and water bottles. There's a great restaurant in the hotel too if you're wanting something upscale to eat. Also it is a great location we were close to tons of restaurants, a Publix, and a CVS. Henry and all other guest services agents made sure we always had what we needed - beach chairs, cold waters, bike rentals, etc. to make our girls trip special and unforgettable. Stayed here for Labor Day weekend with my hubby. Great location centrally located to everything. Even though property is not on beach they have a free shuttle that will take you there with chairs and towels. Being that there is currently a red tide washing up on the West Coast of Florida beaches with dead fish we did not need to go. Instead the onsite concierge supplied us with a listing of golf courses we could use during our stay. Even private ones which we were happy to go to as they were very well maintained. The staff at the hotel were terrific valet parking was free so tip accordingly as we always have to pay parking every where we go to park even in our hometown. Now our only issue very thin walls so we heard crying babies in the night. Than our last morning loud noises in the hall including the house keeping has a radio blaring on their cart. Between that and another chain hotel controlling the AC so it gets warm around 2AM. So that is when we leave to go home as there is truly no place like home. read more

We came here during Covid times and we were very pleased. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis (you have to ask for that) , there are hand sanitizing stations all over the place, the pool has socially distanced lounge chairs and when J went into the elevator so waited for it to be empty to ride with my family. The front desk wiped down their area constantly. We were able to use the beach chairs and towels for the beach even though we didn't take their shuttle (we drove our own car there because we had a wagon filled with beach things- a pop up tent, table and coolers and noodles! frisbees and balls! The gym wa allen 24/7. There were coffee canisters in the lobby and they refilled them when I asked for hot coffee! The hotel is a short walk or bike ride to the beach which is nice! The front desk staff was so in reis my nice and helpful. I was really pleased with our room- Florida Suite. Spacious. Perfect for a family. The refrigerators were a great help. This hotel isn't worth the price. First the Executive Lounge is closed indefinitely because of COVID, yet they let the guests walk around with or without masks. And most are without. Seems like they just don't want to front the cost of providing the service to their premier guests. Secondly, they don't have a bar of their own. You have to dine in at the expensive restaurant downstairs where most drinks will likely cost you at least $20 a piece. What service do they provide outside of providing shelter? As a business traveler the pool and jacuzzi means nothing to me. Hilton has been disappointing me at several of their locations the past few months. They blame everything on COVID. As a diamond member which is at the top tier of the Hilton Honors program I expect more. My company allows me to spend quite a bit throughout the year and it's my choice to select Hilton properties. The prices haven't changed much, but the service has drastically decreased over the last year. I'm seriously considering changing to a different chain altogether! read more

For the price we paid, this wasn't worth staying there for a week. The pool was very small with no view. We didn't have a patio or balcony in our room. Our view was someone's backyard & a local greenhouse. The hotel isn't on the beach. You have to sign up for a shuttle to take you to the beach. There were times when we tried to sign up, there wasn't available space. Not convenient. Bottled water, towels, and chairs are supposed to come with the shuttle service but half the time the gentleman working was short waters & towels. There was a microwave sitting in the middle of lobby. Super tacky. The shower in the room was tiny. Smaller than the standard bathtub size. When checking out, the gentleman at the front desk didn't even ask how our stay was after 6 days. Save your money. As a previous Hilton honors member, this was very disappointing. Not hospitable.... after being at this hotel for a few days I requested a late check out which was flatly denied. When I explained I am Hilton Hhonors DIAMOND member and that I was accustomed to having that courtesy extended I was again ....more emphatically denied. Lastly after explaining to Diane Cutshais (sp?) that the real baseline reason for my request was that my wife was traveling with me because we recently lost a child.... she was with me on this business trip so we would not be apart during this trying time. I was again flatly denied (even though I was willing to pay). So Hilton Naples lets a grieving mother sit in the lobby alone... COLD CALLOUS CRUEL I won't be back to this hotel EVER and I will reevaluate my loyalty to Hilton. read more
