The word "luxury" is used multiple times on the website. Don't be fooled. There is no luxury here. As soon as you enter the lobby you realize its not luxurious. Once you take the ekevstor to your floor its confirmed again. The halls smell old and musty. The room looks like your grandmother's house. The furniture is beyond outdated. The view from the room is nice. The heating and air unit is extremely loud and if you are watching TV you have to adjust the volume constantly. We made coffee in the morning to go. The lids are for some other size cup. The faucet in the shower is close to falling off, making selecting the temp difficult. As we were leaving there was a cockroach cracking by the room number on the side of the doorframe. I guess he wanted to say goodbye. Ps- I know bugs are common in FL but found this laughable considering everything else. I get that Naples is upscale and expensive.....I believe the truly luxurious hotels were $700 and up. So if you want a more economical room.....this is your option for $350. In any other city this room and hotel would at best be $150. I would try anything else but this next time.

Bedsheet behind the sofa bed - when I picked it up, it had baby spiders coming out of it.

Would've loved to give this more than 1 star but unfortunately it only deserves a 1 star. Wanted to get away for a weekday trip with my love, took time off, isn't too far from where we live so technically a "staycation". We were able to get this deal on Hotels.com and after staying for less than what we booked to stay for it isn't even worth half. Front staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. I asked if they had menus for around the area we can order from, I was told to ask the night time staff. I asked for plastic utensils, they told me I needed to go down to the restaurant to get them. The room was dirty and disgusting. There was pee in the toilet when we arrived, the sink was gross and dirty. There was sheet behind the sofa bed, dirty sheet mind you. We had spiders and bugs in our room, on the sheets, on the ground. Restaurant seemed fine, and the walking to tin city wasn't bad at all... that is the extent of our positive comments. We decided to check out early because of how disgusting the room was, the construction on the other side of the road kept us from even remotely sleeping in past 7am and to top it off when I went to check out early the employee at the front didn't seem to pay any mind or care one bit. I expressed that it was disgusting, dirty sheets hiding away, blood on pillowcases. Nothing - what room are you checking out of? Really?? You'd think you'd care a bit more on why someone would be leaving earlier than their stay was. We won't be back. Don't recommend staying at this location, save your money or go spend it at another hotel.

We decided to take a few days to go to Naples.. This hotel is in a great location on the bay side of the city right on the main street. It was perfectcfor just the two of us; but I really wouldn't recommend it for a whole family. It was a trade through RCI but, in my opinion, not a timeshare resort. It is more of a hotel. As I said, the location is great. We walked to Tin City and enjoyed the shops and restaurants there. We also walked to the Bayfront shops; but were disappointed that most all of them were closed on a Monday evening. Only a bar in a gazebo was open. There are also sightseeing boats and boat rentals within walking distance. We took advantage of that and had fun. When in Naples be sure to go tovthe Beach side and enjoy a sunset. Our little getaway was just perfect and met our goal of relaxing prior to my husband's surgery this week.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Comfy beds and a fantastic view. The Bambu bar was always a good time. Friendly staff at the bar especially Craig and Marley. They were always helpful and outgoing ! Had the grouper tacos 3 times at the bar. James at the front desk was wonderful always upbeat and had ideas for me and my friend Treysa every time we walked by. Location is in walking distance of alot. Everything was perfect can't wait to come back

Seafood gumbo generous and full of flavor. Fish large, fresh and crispy.

Excellent evening. Fish on the fish and chips was huge, cooked nicely and fairly priced at $22. My seafood chowder was full of fish, shrimp, etc (see photo). Smash burger was flavorful, hot and well-apportioned. I'd have it again. Good wines - guests said lobster ravioli were good. View outstanding, one of the best in Naples. Parking difficult. Service meh - but busy outside deck. Entertainment singer talented. Waiter mixed up our checks, we gave up and worked it out to our attendees/ guests satisfaction. (Check your bills before paying!)

Beautiful bay view from our luxury king room.

Really nice old fashioned charming hotel. Nice atmosphere for mature people and families with small children. Has a nice in hotel restaurant/bar. Menu not very inventive but practical, bar drinks were very tasty. Pool area is beautiful, pool was nice and warm, hot tub maybe too hot. Room was spacious (king room with sofa bed) view of the harbor is very calming.bar area

I was in town for a conference, and was very excited to come and check out this hotel as I've heard great things about it. Upon my arrival, I went to the valet to drop my car off and ask for a dolly thing to bring the boxes in my car over to the conference exhibit hall. The valet man that greeted me was immediately rude and off putting telling me I couldn't use the dolly and that he didn't know where the conference was/exhibit hall was and I had to figure it out. He was absolutely no help and extremely rude for no reason. He eventually got the dolly and helped me find the conference (he found it immediately). The rest of the valet men were very nice and efficient. The valet line is like a chik fil a drive thru, very efficient and fast moving. The actual hotel was stunning. The bathrooms and lobby and rooms were beautiful. The pool and beach are were very nice as well. It's a beautiful hotel, that gives luxurious vibes. I had both food at the conference and food from room service/the lobby bar. The conference food was not that great. Some of it was good, while some of it was stale and had mold in it. That's unbelievable for a ritz Carlton. And like I mentioned previously, we had ordered some food from the lobby bar and told them about the tree nut allergy and a shrimp allergy for someone else. When they brought the food they told me to avoid one of the meals due to possible cross contamination, which I did. I took one bite of all the 3 other dishes brought and immediately had a reaction and had to run to the souvenir shop and buy Benadryl. This is extremely dangerous. Thank god I didn't have an anaphylactic reaction and need to call 911.

I took the one that looked the least rotten, peeled it and it was all brown on the inside, Went back to the bowl and one was really rotted at the stem, and another was split open.
