We loved this hotel. Upon our arrival and check-in in the lobby we were offered prosecco in pretty glasses and they offered my daughter a bottle of water which was a nice touch. Our rooms were ready upon checking in and it was an easy process. When first walking in the lobby I loved the chandeliers and luxury feel of the hotel. They have valet service which they're all extremely nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that was equipped with a kitchen/sink/fridge/and dishwasher which was nice on nights we wanted to eat in. The beds were my favorite as the sheets are very comfy. The view is stellar over looking the marina with boats docked. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. I also think the highlight of this hotel is the service. Our rooms were cleaned every day, even when we were in our rooms late afternoon and needed the room cleaned later on in the day without having to ask to come back later for cleaning. Also, the pools, hot tub, and lazy river are so fun and beautifully kept. There is also an adult only section of the pool with a lap pool , regular pool, and hot tub which was nice. However, the club where the pools are are a little far and the hotel staff transport you to and from the pools back to the hotel. Some times it takes five minutes but when they're busy you might wait 10-20 minutes for a shuttle which can sometimes be hard to wait with small children. Also, if you want a shuttle to the beach it's great because they give you towels, umbrellas, and chairs. The downside is we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel. The same gentlemen that valet the cars are the ones that shuttle guests around. When they're busy valeting, shuttle services get backed up. I do think they should have more shuttles, but other than that it was a wonderful experience. Lastly, Larry was one of the best shuttle staff. He was personable, helpful, and always had a smile. We have a beautiful two bedroom suite here looking out to Naples Bay. It's a beautiful hotel although the parts of it is under renovation, which is a bit of a drag can't use the adult pool nor the lazy river pool . So everyone's crammed into a pool that's really small.. the fitness center is really good. The front staff is excellent and so far the concierge. the valet has all been really amazing. read more

My girlfriend & I had the pleasure to stay here from 8/1-8/5 . We found the hotel, staff & service all to be amazing! We dined at the on site restaurants ( Indulge for lunch, Cafe by the Bay for breakfast each morning, Bluewater Grill for lunch & the high light of our dining experience was our dinner at Blackbird Modern Asian ( decor, food & service were outstanding)! Faith the concierge warmly greeted us when we arrived with a nice cold glass of champagne, she arranged all our shuttle rides and helped us plan all of our activities. Mina checked us in & gave us all the information we needed about the hotel & area. Our accommodations were absolutely lovely, a beautiful room in building # 1 with a stunning view of the water & boats from our balcony. The entire hotel is immaculately kept clean and beautiful, every staff member was cheerful & polite. Tom the hotel shuttle driver was very friendly and made us feel so welcome and safe as he picked us up & drove us to all of our off site activities ( Naples Pier, shopping & restaurants in Tin City, 3rd & Fifth Streets). The gym, men's & ladies locker rooms, lazy river pool , water fall & other pools were all exceptionally clean and relaxing!! Nice room and great location. Front desk is rude and unhelpful. They called my room at seven o'clock in the morning waking me up to ask my full name simply to just hang up on me without telling me why. They couldn't find the name on my booking or something is what they told me when I called back. Amenities are too far IMO to be charging a resort fee. I only received housekeeping one time during my three night stay and never any turn down service. No, my DND sign was NOT on my door. Naples Bay is a beautiful resort located on the water. We were greeted by super friendly staff at the valet and the front desk. We were able to check in early and use the amenities while our room was still getting cleaned. The amenities were a short walkable distance where you will find a few pools, small lazy river, spa, fitness center, and the pool bar and grill. I am sad to say the actual hotel had no food, water, ice, or coffee. It was a bit inconvenient to have to go over to the amenity center to get all that. Also the amenity center closes at dusk, so no evening swims are available. Also a big bummer for the summer when it is so hot all the time! Lastly, the staff went above and beyond for my husbands birthday. At booking I notified them of this occasion and when we arrived to our room there was a special treat waiting for us. Wow! Our stay is not over and I couldn't wait to write this review! This place is incredible. The grounds are beautiful. Right on the marinara with beautiful views. Multiple restaurants on site. The hotel room is gorgeous!! Upon checking in they gave us a glass of Prosecco. So sweet! Also, having learned it is our anniversary trip, they delivered a hand written card with wine and chocolate to our room! Everyone is amazing. 1 week before our trip we received a call from Hope, the concierge asking if she can help us with planning. We gave her some suggestions of things we love to do and she put together a detailed list of which we have gone through many of her suggestions! Naples Bay Resort is a pretty nice hotel with great amenities. Our room was clean and pretty basic; we had a nice view of the water, but the hotel also overlooks the Highway, which takes away from the experience. The gym and sauna/steam room facilities are outstanding! That was my favorite part of my stay. The complimentary breakfast was great, and every person that works here is so kind and helpful! There are several different pools, so the hotel is family friendly but also allows adults to relax. The daily shuttle is a convenient way to get down to 5th Ave. I did use the spa, booking a 4pm massage. It was not the best massage, but I wonder if that was because it was so late in the day and the masseuse was tied. Overall, I would stay here again if I was in the area. read more

I had some business in Naples and Marco Island. It's these deals that make me love my work. Mrs.E always comes with me to these locations and bonus I convinced my daughter to let us take our two youngest grandkids. We arrived late Thursday night but someone was waiting for us to check us in. They took our luggage to the room and helped us with all our check in needs. We had a two- bedroom unit with a sundeck. Really nice and overlooking a waterway. This is a top resort in the Naples area. They cater to your every need. Restaurants, shops, multiple pools and a hot tub. Even a lazy River. Another bonus, free valet parking. It was just great and especially having the kids with us. Hope, the concierge was extremely helpful giving us places to eat that were kid grand a list of local attractions. Thanks Hope. They have a shuttle that takes you to the pools which runs every half hour but it seemed like anytime we needed it it was available. Just a couple of slight negatives. First, on Friday the electric was out on half our unit. A utility company problem so I can't blame the resort. As soon as it was rectified the front desk let us know. Next, and this may sound silly but the pool surfaces seemed very rough. The kids were scraping their hands and legs. Other than that this resort is top notch and I would love to go back. read more

Stayed at the resort for a long weekend on November 18, 2023 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a water view suite (1 bed, 2 bath with LR and full kitchen). Room was spacious and very clean. Balcony overlooking the waterway was perfect for unwinding. Access to the Club was included (multiple pools with full bar and restaurant). Location is perfect for 5th Ave access (either 15min walk or resort runs a shuttle every hour). Big plus!! The cafe on-site was okay. Didn't try the other restaurants on-property yet they had nice menus. Free self-parking in covered garage on-property. Resort is pet friendly. Would recommend for travelers looking for a nice get away. read more

In my opinion it's overpriced for what there is...from the map, it appears you can walk to all things offered here, but you can't as the pool/lazy river, spa and restaurants are located several blocks down and across the main thoroughfare of Naples (Highway 41). For almost $400 a night, I'd rather look at the ocean, be off the beaten path (without noisy traffic) with a regular pool. Not our cup of tea for the price. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My experience with this place is terrible and I have not even gotten there yet. I was supposed to fly to Florida this morning and hurricane Debbie changed those plans and all flights are canceled until at least August 8. We tried to cancel our trip because there is no way now for us to get to Florida. The front desk receptionist Dominica was very rude. The manager Nicole is even worse. They will not answer the phone or return a phone call. They refused to refund us or even speak to us. The state of Florida is experiencing a hurricane and they will not even speak to customers they just want your money. The rudest company I have ever dealt with in my life. Not even a call back to reconcile the situation. Great Job. Oh yeah and when you ask for the number to the general manager, they refuse to provide that information. read more

Stayed here May 30-June 3 2021 - Room was very spacious, included full kitchen/ two bathrooms/ washer & dryer and balcony. Room service was great. Walked downstairs to the cafe for coffee every morning and sat outside and had a fabulous view. They automatically sold us on their free shuttle to the beach that included umbrellas/chairs and towels, could not be more thankful as we were four girls with no guys around, this was a HUGE plus. Walk to the Clubhouse was not too far, enjoyed the open bar, food was delicious as well. Overall a huge thank you to all the staff and Amir at the Café. read more

If negative stars were a possibility, i would definitely without a doubt go with that rating. Absolutely disgusted with this "resort". From the terrible customer service to the sewage canal outside our "waterway view suite." This place was a disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival Inappropriate remark from the front desk lady at the "club". Told me my beach dress was not appropriate to wear ,in a very arrogant tone, especially for a place that had no one else booked to stay here. On the website they overly advertised the lazy river, it was like a kiddie pool you buy from Walmart also when we got here it was closed. We had to ask them to turn the waterfall on for us since it was the only exciting about the entire pool area. The hot tub was anything but hot. Freezing at best. The drinks ordered at the pool bar were so vile and unpalatable i had to spit it out and take it back and order another drink, which was awful as well. Oh and not to mention extremely over priced. The elevator was sickening it smelled like human urine and a hint a mold. When i say a hint it was overwhelming i almost vomited. The ANTS in our room were all over everything! I picked up my phone in the morning off the bedside table and my hand was covered in ants!!!!! They were crawling all over my face while i was sleeping!! The breakfast cafe was sadly disappointing. I ordered a CHEESE omelette that had no cheese in it at all. The sausage, egg, and cheese bagel (added tomato for $1 which was the tiniest sliver of tomato I've ever seen) the sausage was pretty sad itself. So all together awful breakfast. I'm not sure if it was a lawn mower or trash compactor that was going off very early in the morning. So much for sleeping in on vacation. The shuttle to go to the beach takes forever, so we had to call an Uber and pay $15 (plus tip) there and back. Lovely..... Boat rental advertised on website no one was around to give us any information. When someone actually came along they treated us like a burden for wanting to rent a boat! No room service (for a RESORT?!?) The alarm clock clearly hasn't been touched in ages or whoever stayed here before us set it for another country. Who knows. House keeping came into our room when a "do not disturb" sign was posted on the door before we went out. We asked for clean towels that morning. They came in and just threw towels on the sofa. Am i wrong or are they supposed to be folded? On to the most wonderful failure in customer service I've ever experienced, we came back from dinner and our room keys didn't work. We were locked out of our room! Called customer service and they said the one thing no one in the service industry should ever say- "NO". "As in no we can't help you call someone else." So that was a fun hike over to the reception desk. Overall biggest waste of over $1,000 ever. When you go to a resort for vacation i feel like you should leave happy. That was obviously not the case here. They didn't even try to make it nice for us to stay here. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. It's awful. Naples Bay resort is situated in a great location in Naples, being a five minute walk from Tin City restaurants and shops and a 20 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on fifth Avenue. The hotel does provide a free courtesy bus to various stops on fifth avenue and will collect you for the return trip when you are ready. We were two couples staying in a two bed/ two bath apartment with water view. I would recommend pay a little bit more like we did to have the harbour view as you will overlook the boats. The apartment was very clean and decorated very well with very comfortable beds. We had the most amazing maid. She replenished all our teas/coffees and even turned up with a kettle when she could see we were boiling water in a saucepan for our very British cup of tea. This lady was always smiling and cheerful and a great asset to this hotel, I wish I could remember the name. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a great meal and attentive staff. The swimming pool area and gym are just outside the hotel ground and across the road but a very nice area. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. After seeing all of the great reviews, we booked 4 nights here to celebrate my husband's birthday. As soon as we arrived late in the evening, we noticed the room was not clean. Being in an epicenter of the coronavirus, you'd think they'd be taking steps to ensure the rooms were spotless. We started wiping the room down with paper towels and Clorox wipes. The paper towels were covered in yellow and black dust and dirt - even on the countertops, night stands, and kitchen table. Additionally, we noticed that there were what looked like shampoo splatters all over the bathroom floor and a used roll of toilet paper that hadn't been replaced. It was too late to change hotels at this point, so we just went to bed. Then, in the morning, there was a cockroach in the shower and the cleaning staff was not wearing masks as they cleaned the rooms. Just plain gross. We left after the first night and will never be back. Even though the staff and manager agreed it was completely unacceptable, the manager refused to refund our money. We left and are going to the big name "H" property down the road instead to spend the rest of our vacation there. read more

Update to a previous review regarding no accommodations for pets to eliminate. Brought my senior dog to the public park which is the only area for pets, is not part of the property and due to the distance of the walk, she overheated and became ill. The front desk had zero concern. Also and unrelated, two restaurants that are listed on their website are closed. Again, misrepresentation. When returning home, will speak to my attorney and file suit. Will also file dispute with American Express. This place is a disgrace. Very unfortunate update as of 9:59 pm...my beloved 14 year old dog was pronounced dead at at the emergency vet. She overheated while walking back from the Naples City Park that the Naples Bay Resort utilizes for their guests to use to walk their dogs. Just too far from the rooms in the heat. They should not call themselves a pet friendly resort unless proper accommodations with grass are provided that don't require a long walk to get to. Checked out early in a hurry in an attempt to get her to an emergency vet but it was too late. If you have a dog that doesn't tolerate heat or is old, please avoid tragedy and stay away. While wavering between four and five stars, I am going with five as I had very few quibbles with our stay at Naples Bay Resort. We had a "fourth night free" which made our stay quite reasonable for the area. It was a better rate than we could find on Sanibel Island or at Pink Shell in Fort Myers -- and frankly much nicer. Our one-bedroom condo was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen and dining/living area all flowed together. While we did not use the kitchen for more than making coffee or heating leftovers, it was stocked well enough that we could have cooked some meals had we wanted to. The round table more than met our needs. Tuscan-style furniture is not my favorite and the upholstered pieces were showing a bit of wear. Nonetheless, it was great to have a living area separate from the bedroom. The small balcony -- with two chairs and a small table -- overlooked the marina which looked just like the pictures on the website. Pleasant! The bedroom had a comfy bed, dresser, bedside tables, and a decent closet. Also a second door to the balcony. The bathroom was on the dark side -- that Tuscan style again! -- but it was quite large and arranged so two people could comfortably use it at the same time. The section closest to the bedroom had a vanity/sink, tub, and toilet with the latter partitioned off from the rest of the bathroom. Another door led to a smaller vanity/sink, shower, and second toilet. Bath products were ROAM, a new name for me. Quite nice. Naples Bay Resort has a several dining options (and a few shops) as part of the resort. We had three meals at 1500 South (see review) and also purchased breakfast pastries at Catalina Cafe (see review). Our poolside lunch at Blue Water Grill was particularly good. We tried to get into Bonefish Grill one night, but the wait was too long. That's a chain we can find elsewhere so we did not pursue it a second time. We appreciated the free valet service and also took advantage of the shuttle to and from the Naples Bay Club. We spent one afternoon at the pool area and had our stay been longer would have visited again. The women's lounge/changing area, which is shared with the spa, was lovely. It took DH and me a bit to figure out which part of the pool area was best -- away from the kids. Once we settled in, we had a very relaxing time. We ordered a poolside lunch and drinks from the Blue Water Grille. Felicia was our upbeat server. High energy and service with a smile. Marilyn Soffer, the chief concierge, was very helpful in making sunset cruise and dinner reservations for us. In fact, all of the staff, with the exception of one waiter, was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping services were more than adequate. No complaints. The only thing missing for us was the beach. And, of course, we knew that when we made our reservation. Definitely would consider a future stay. All in all a great four days. read more

Boats dot the scenery on a series of lagoons surrounding the premises. Nice decor and quoet lobby with a very nice front desk staff. " Hope " the concierge netted us a great table at a dockside eatery so use her services! Very helpful. Valet team are awesome friendly guys. Remember people here make a loving off tips so be generous! The one drawback here is the hotel is close to a fast moving throughway. Thus the four stars. Beautiful resort. Only a few small issues kept it from being a 5. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was very spacious and has a fabulous view of the boat docks. I would stay here again. The small things I noticed that kept it from being a 5 were that our sink had toothpaste in it upon arrival and our shower looked dingy. Not sure if the shower was dirty or the tiles were just older so I didn't complain. Also the pool is a long walk depending on where you are staying so a shuttle bus is available. read more

Nice enough place but know before you go...pet friendly does not mean what it sounds like. Only one pool where you can go with a even a small dog. Bar, even outside is off limits. Also, one person in hotel tells you one thing and someone else tells you something completely different. Dogs not allowed on the beach but they recommended the beach. Dogs are not allowed on Naples pier and they recommended that. They recommended tin city and when I tried to bring her in I got screamed at. What an ideal location for an amazing resort. You literally do not need to leave this establishment, since it has everything you would need. Comfortable beds, a beautiful view, and a quite a few restaurants- not to mention one of the better pools Naples hotels have to offer. We stood in 2/2 villa that overlooked the bay and it was gorgeous. It was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. The pool has a lazy river (which I stood on for about 2 hours), a hot tub and a waterfall pool that is abnormally large. I really enjoyed myself at this resort. The breakfast buffet at the Meridian was very good, They have so much of a selection and not to mention they have a waffle & omelette stand. The service was average, the room service was lacking and I had to go out of my way to look for someone when I needed to. Albeit, everyone was very nice and helpful. However, there is only one hit that bumped it from 5-4 stars: The pool's location. it's VERY far from the hotel, granted they have shuttles to and fro, but it isn't the same. If someone did not know about the shuttle service, it's a very big inconvenience. That's one of the reasons why I did not return to the pool a second day. There is a smaller pool on the other side of the hotel within walking distance, but it was very small. I would say that they are worth checking out and staying because of the ideal location and the great pool! read more

A two-night stay at a resort we just heard about. Great prices ($155 plus tax per night)! How amazing to find this gem! Here's the deal: Suite: in a word, WOW. One bedroom suite with living room overlooking the marina. Separate bathrooms (two showers, one glass enclosed, one with a tub) and vanities. King sized bed was wonderful, and room included sleeper sofa (perfect for daughter and her fiend, giving mom and dad privacy!). Full kitchen, microwave, stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, all utensils and cooking tools. Absolutely perfect! Housekeeping was immaculate and absolutely unobtrusive! Property: again, WOW! On the water, marina views everywhere! Perfectly maintained (the whole property, even the free parking in the garage, was spotless!). Coffee shops and restaurant options on site at marina, or just a 5 minute trip to Fifth Avenue. Naples Club next door (complimentary shuttles every 30 min; every hour for the beach and Naples Pier) was wonderful! Lazy river, several pools, spa, bar. Definitely try the deluxe cabana ($100): fresh fruit platter, Evian, lotions, towels, fan, wifi, and service was perfection! Definitely try the nachos, the Kobe burger, and the pool punch bucket! Staff: Tony, our shuttle driver, was exceptionally. Went out of his way to reschedule trips to accommodate us, and was equally charming in our conversations! Gabriel, the front desk agent, took his time to explain all dining options and answer any questions I had (and I have to say that the ladies definitely developed a crush on this young man!). I would be hard pressed to find any fault here! They should consider having a second year round dining option on site (bonefish currently, but Art Smiths 1500 South is closed for the season through November). We will DEFINITELY be back, for a longer stay next time! read more

My recent stay wasn't a good one, unfortunately. I think I expected more from an upscale resort. The good: Let me say that from the start, the staff was wonderful! The procedures, however, to accommodate reasonable requests from guests is horrible. The little coffee shop was great! Clean and actually both the drinks and food were fantastic. I met the manager and she was wonderful and talkative. The opportunities for improvement: After a great day with boating on a Saturday ready to shower and just take a nap and relax. I returned to my unmade room at 2:00 p.m. My room wasn't yet cleaned so I immediately went down to the front desk and asked that my room be cleaned. When asked from the front desk clerk what time would be convenient, I said the word "now" and the word "now" translated into an hour and a half later when I was greeted by housekeeping when I was in my room trying to take a nap. My guest called Saturday morning downstairs to the front desk requesting additional towels since the ones provided in my room (a total of four). My friend and I enjoyed the pool the night before and we used 2 to bath with and 2 to dry off after using the pool. I was catching the 10:00 a.m. departing boat and would have liked fresh towels to shower before 9:00 a.m. When trying to make a request for fresh towels, my guest was told to re-use the still moist used towels from the night before as "Housekeeping was not on staff and they could not deliver fresh towels until they were staffed". Now, I expect answers and situations like these from hotels that are WAY below the $250+ a night stay, not from an "upscale resort". Either situation was a guest fail in the hospitality industry. Never say no to "reasonable requests". The GM needs to be made aware of procedures that don't allow guests to have a pleasant stay. The staff was nice, but powerless for simple requests; not how you run a resort. The bigger pool was in a different section of the development. The front desk clerk suggested I walk since the shuttle just departed, it would be another half hour for the next one but it's "a short 5-minute walk". Just like others have mentioned, that 5-minute walk turned out to be a 15-minute walk. (Not that close.) So really the front desk should be truthful and say 10-15 minute walk, through an adjoining parking lot, trail, some highway sidewalk, and just a little further. Sorry, but out of 5 stars, you get a 2.5 (that's being generous). There is definately room for improvement. I'm looking around for my next stay in Naples. read more

We only stayed for a night and we had a gift certificate: Very pleasant front desk staff/great views/nice pools/great rooms. The breakfast at the Catalina Cafe is AMAZING as well, plus they have the sweetest staff. Only issue was the outdoor seats were ripped, and there were bugs (small thin black looking creatures) that were crawling on our things when we woke up the next morning. read more

unless you are dealing with the valet service or the unbelievable staff in the cafe stay as far away as you can from this place. absolutely the WORST rude bartender by the pool bar. the clubhouse staff is inattentive, front desk cant make change to tip the valet, employees dont hold the door they make sure they run ahead of you so they dont have to hold it. read more

I recently stayed here in one of the cottages as part of a family vacation and loved it. It was very close to the downtown portion of Naples and other attractions. I enjoyed most the poolside area that was conveniently located across the parking lot. Michael the bartender was very friendly and made some nice drinks as well. The lazy river was relaxing and so was the hot tub. It was family friendly and quiet so there weren't a lot of loud or obnoxious guests. The only drawback was having to leave. I definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to going back. read more

We visited family in Tampa and were on our way to Miami Beach. We made this and Naples our half way stop. These are condominium suites that are rented when not in use by the owners. This is a part of a large boat-in resort so the lay out is more for that than a true hotel. The room was very spacious and the bath/shower room huge! There are boutiques and boating related shops that surrounds the resort's moorage. Breakfast is served in the yacht club to non members. Really a super view by the pool with well prepared omlettes/pancakes and traditional breakfast buffet. I would have liked to spent another day there to enjoy some of the resort amenities. read more

Love, love, love Naples Bay Resort! Yes, we had a few hiccoughs all THREE times we visited this summer but cleverly we could overlook those minor bumps. First visit was a Father's Day gift for my hubby and we loved the marina view as we sat on the balcony enjoying a cocktail. Second visit for the 4th of July was also amazing--we rented a 2 bedroom and the kids had a blast. We were left without power for a few hours which was a bit of an "adventure" but the hotel was able to get it back up and running just about the time the fireworks ended. The lazy river, proximity to downtown/ the beach, and amenities are awesome. A few things the property can improve upon, but overall one of our (newer) fave spots! read more

I am leaving this review on our last day and a few hours before the check-out. The hotel staff goes the extra mile to make sure that your stay is the best experience ever. In particular, the concierge, Marilyn, and a tennis club staff, Sharon, were very friendly and informative. Marilyn kindly presented our daughter with a surprise b-day cake! Thanks to the staff members and nice features of the resort, we forgot that we came to Naples to enjoy the beach, and spent the most of our time in the resort. It has been the best vacation experience for our family. read more
