The location is great, the amenities are also great. As far as checking in, I believe more training is required. Need a bit more friendliness on part of the front desk. This place has great potential. We will definitely be back.

The property is fabulous. And the rooms are spacious and with a lot of light. I traveled for a wedding and the lobby was a great place to meet family for pictures. My husband and I only interacted with the Front Desk staff and they were OK. They could be more welcoming and personable, like other Marriott properties. Our favorite place was the pool. We appreciated that we could jump in the pool at night coming back from the wedding. The pool and bar/restaurant offer a fabulous rooftop.

We recently stayed at the AC Hotel Naples 5th Ave and were genuinely impressed. It's a newer property with a sleek, modern aesthetic and a prime location--right on 5th Avenue and directly across from Tin City. We were visiting with our 22-year-old daughter, and all of us loved the vibe. The rooftop pool area is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We didn't have a chance to dine at the rooftop restaurant, but we did enjoy cocktails there one evening, and the space itself is just stunning. Our room was comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches: a travel shoe cleaner in the room, essential oil shower bombs in the lobby each morning (a lovely surprise, though I do wish they were available at night too), and a mini fridge stocked with free bottled water and chilled glasses. I also have to mention the long built-in "bench" in the room--perfect for sitting or storing luggage. Such a simple idea, but so smart. Why don't more hotels do this? If I had one complaint, it would be the bathroom doors. They're modern in design, but not the most functional. They're hard to close and don't offer much privacy--a design choice that looks good but isn't very practical. Still, that was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic stay. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Naples.

AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue combines a particular sophistication with a host of practical comforts, bringing modern hospitality to the heart of Old Naples. This Southwest Florida hotel enjoys an ideal location along Naples' unofficial main street, surrounded by upscale shopping, dining, cultural arts, and entertainment. Waterfront retail, restaurant, and recreation venues Tin City and Bayfront are across the street, while Baker Park and the sugar-white beaches of Naples are only a short distance away. AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue comprises 150 sleek, modern guestrooms along with amenities including an activated lobby and ground-floor café, 2,500 square feet of flexible meeting space, a rooftop pool, and Limón, a destination rooftop restaurant and bar with seating both indoors and out. It was an absolute dream. It was the perfect boutique hotel (3 story) to spend an evening with my husband and good friends. I thoroughly enjoyed to rooftop bar with its fire pits, beautiful views, pool area and bar. I loved the room as well because the king bed is perfect and I spwptnlike a log. I didn't love the shower as it was difficult to have the hot water stay at one temperature however. If you do drive here. note that there is a $20 daily fee. The room also was quiet and that was lovely as well as spacious. everyone who we interacted with at the hotel was a pleasure to deal with! I would definitely come back!

This is a nice, new hotel which is very modern in decor. We were only staying one night and it was a perfect stop. Location was great to walk into town for dinner and breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable, with the only distraction being a bit of traffic noise as we faced the road. The bar is extremely nice and huge. Unfortunately the pool was closed while we were there, but it looked very nice. The staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely return.

Rooftop-Very beautiful place to visit! Service 0 , food 0 Definitely not worth coming here.

I was in town for a conference, and was very excited to come and check out this hotel as I've heard great things about it. Upon my arrival, I went to the valet to drop my car off and ask for a dolly thing to bring the boxes in my car over to the conference exhibit hall. The valet man that greeted me was immediately rude and off putting telling me I couldn't use the dolly and that he didn't know where the conference was/exhibit hall was and I had to figure it out. He was absolutely no help and extremely rude for no reason. He eventually got the dolly and helped me find the conference (he found it immediately). The rest of the valet men were very nice and efficient. The valet line is like a chik fil a drive thru, very efficient and fast moving. The actual hotel was stunning. The bathrooms and lobby and rooms were beautiful. The pool and beach are were very nice as well. It's a beautiful hotel, that gives luxurious vibes. I had both food at the conference and food from room service/the lobby bar. The conference food was not that great. Some of it was good, while some of it was stale and had mold in it. That's unbelievable for a ritz Carlton. And like I mentioned previously, we had ordered some food from the lobby bar and told them about the tree nut allergy and a shrimp allergy for someone else. When they brought the food they told me to avoid one of the meals due to possible cross contamination, which I did. I took one bite of all the 3 other dishes brought and immediately had a reaction and had to run to the souvenir shop and buy Benadryl. This is extremely dangerous. Thank god I didn't have an anaphylactic reaction and need to call 911.

I understand prices go up in season, but this seems excessive in my opinion. Because I am vegan and eat a healthier diet, I continuously request bananas at the complimentary breakfast buffet. They seem to be offered sporadically. This morning, the bananas offered should NOT have been. they were over ripe, rotten on some and gross. when i asked if there were any other bananas, I was met by an unfriendly "they're all the same". I took the one that looked the least rotten, peeled it and it was all brown on the inside, Went back to the bowl and one was really rotted at the stem, and another was split open. I took them out of the bowl and let the woman know that they were bad and should probably be thrown away. I went to get coffee, and she put them back in the bowl. Are fresh bananas too much to ask when I'm paying $315/night for an average hotel??

What truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff doesn't just provide great service--they create lasting relationships. Nikolaus at the front desk remembers us every time we visit, including details about our lives and story. He goes out of his way to make us feel welcomed and valued, like we're coming home rather than checking into a hotel. And Larissa, who supported our wedding, is simply a beautiful human being--kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making every moment special. Her warmth and care played such a big role in making our wedding day feel effortless and magical. We're in Naples often, and LaPlaya is always a highlight of our trips. The level of care, attention, and genuine hospitality is unmatched. If you're thinking about having your wedding here--do it. There is a small jacuzzi. There is always a negative, right? Our room had a loose faucet. Every time I turned it on or off I thought I was going to break it. The shower head, when turned on, sounded like a helicopter was landing when you turned it on. No joke. I called the front desk. Maintenance fixed the shower head but not the faucet. We asked again and I guess it cannot be fixed? Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and looked nice. We had a pool view. Overall, a really nice stay.
