Came here for a little getaway and it was a very nice stay even though the weather did not cooperate to use the pool the hotel itself was nice. The Resort like entrance and Lobby were impressive. Upon check in we were offered a glass of Champagne and Concierge was great providing recommendations. Our room was in the main building which was great as it was on the top floor and the balcony faced the pool. Spacious room with a king size bed and the bathroom was roomy with a separate shower and tub sadly one vanity sink and lighting in the bathroom needs help. The king size bed was a bit hard and after one night it was a bit rough, thankfully if you request it the hotel does have mattress topper that makes it so much better. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and courteous. There are 2 ( The London Club & The Claw Bar ) restaurants located in the hotel and I ate in both. Reservations can be made in the hotel and Open Table. The food was good unfortunately both restaurants have the same menu. There is a 3rd ComplimentaryComplimentary(sister) restaurant associated with the hotel - Syrens's which is located a few blocks away and easy to get to with complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. The hotel also has Complimentary use of the bicycles parked in front of the hotel. Daily continental breakfast - pastries, some fruit and coffee I was advised that if a future stay is in the future to contact the hotel directly for a repeat guest for a discount. read more

First off.... My husband and I are hotel snobs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again. The value is beyond. The property is spotless and well maintained. We loved the bar and the pool has a great vibe. This property is so well run. Of course I would have loved maybe more comfy pillows and a higher thread count sheets but again the whole package is pretty terrific!!! We enjoyed the free bikes and free shuttle anywhere within 3 mile radius. Even though they have a keurig coffee machine in the room, the lobby had free coffee set up with breakfast danish every morning. This was a welcomed treat we took advantage of everyday. The close proximity to 5th avenue was just great. Last spring I actually stayed at Inn on 5th and Bellasera blew it away!!!! We did book a one bedroom condo and having a kitchen and more space was so enjoyable. Again, we have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world (The Savoy, Le Sirenuse...) trust me when I tell you, this hotel is really a great property. Props to the general manager and the whole team here (from check in to bartenders, pool waiter, front desk, drivers...) We will be back! read more

We came here for 1 night staycation as part of Labor Day weekend. When arriving , there was no one else checking in so no wait! We got a glass of champagne each but there is no reason to hang out at the lobby esp with a 4 year old and our car out front so we were chugging them before getting to our room. It would be nice if it was a small mini bottle of prosecco you could just take to your room maybe as an option? The lady that checked in was good. The lady that gave us our champagne seemed she did not want to be bothered with giving it to us . (Then don't offer) We reserved a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious for the 3 of us, we were with our 4 year old. Lovely set up. It was very clean and we enjoyed eating our breakfast in the lanai. Good size dining area that we did not use. Comfy bed. Pool was great, not too crowded. We loved the free shuttle service to get to wherever you want in a certain mile radius including the beach (parking is limited for Naples beach) . They have beach chairs , towels , and umbrellas to use. They even offered beach toys but we brought our own. The drivers we had were great and even shared perfect suggestions for what to get for dinner at their sister restaurant. (See my review for their offsite Syren restaurant) . We got a 20% discount card to use at Syren and their onsite restaurant which was nice! I wish the hotel offered room service especially since they have a restaurant onsite or atleast was open for earlier breakfast. Think they did not open till 11am . While we enjoyed breakfast in our lanai, we had to order via Grubhub which took a bit. There was no ice in the ice machine unfortunately. I did appreciate all the k cups & cold creamer! Oh and there was a horrible smell in the elevator. Could not explain it and it was there for our whole stay. Bottom line, great hotel for its space, cleanliness, pool and free shuttle service. Location is great for proximity to restaurants, shops and beach! We got the FL resident rate so feel it was worth it. View was just of other lanais and walk way/greenery so nothing special there. My family and I have been coming to Naples the past five years for our summer vacations. I feel like Goldilocks. The previous four places (well three places with one repeat) were good but not quite perfect. Bellasera is my perfect Naples spot! I honestly did not want to leave! We asked for a quiet room away from the restaurants and elevator and got it! A lovely condo on the 3rd floor. The condo: We are a family of 3 and stayed in the two bedroom. Perfect size for us! Full kitchen which was great as we ate breakfast and lunch in the condo. The condo is decorated perfectly - very simple, clean, and modern with great seating (a breakfast bar, table, and living room). The beds and pillows were so comfy! I'm picky and they are good and firm. The screened in deck/balcony was heaven! I ate lunch outside every day! The housekeeping service is on point! They had the place spotless! The pool area is lovely! Great seating and the cabanas were so relaxing and a nice break from the sun! The staff is awesome! From the front desk team to the shuttle drivers, everyone is so professional and kind and seems to really love sharing Naples with visitors! The shuttle will take you anywhere in a 3 mile radius. We always walked to dinner but used to go to and from the beach. They also provide beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! We will be back! It was a dream vacation! read more

Having an amazing time at Bellasera hotel. Was a birthday weekend getaway with a family of five. Accommodations were perfect for a family as it allowed us to spread out. The poolside service cannot be beat- Cobel (not sure of spelling) provided superior service and was so welcoming. The food for lunch was great too- our favorites were the tuna app, club sandwich and salads. Poolside sundae and non alcoholic drinks for kids were pretty spectacular too. And...it's clean and well managed. We don't want to leave tomorrow! We will be back for sure and will tell friends! Thanks for making this weekend so relaxing and enjoyable. read more

Although the Bellasera considers itself to be a resort, I would consider it to be a higher end hotel, with rooms that are similar to what you would find at a timeshare. In my opinion, the Bellasera has a bit of a mixed feel to it. Don't misunderstand me, I enjoyed the stay and there are aspects that are outstanding. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and the Claw Bar and Restaurant is awesome! The pool is nice as is the location of the property. The fact that a hotel van is available to guests for rides within a certain range is also a nice perk. There also is coffee and pastries available in a very small room located near guest registration. The rooms, although comfortable, spacious and clean, are very plain and basic. The patio chairs are in need of a cushion and (other than the coffee station) room amenities are basic. At nearly $500 per night for a weekday night, that is during the latter part of the shoulder season, the value could be enhanced by 1) extending the shuttle range by a couple of miles (to include some of the restaurants and attractions that fall just outside the 3 mile limit); 2) more options related to the morning breakfast and a place to sit enjoy it; and 3) a few more in room enhancements. read more

This was a surprise trip for me and I was excited driving up as it looked interesting and after walking in, I loved the lobby. My husband had booked a suite, which was a very nice room. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the screened in balcony, although the chairs could use cushions. We didn't plan on cooking, but it had a full kitchen and dining area. Sadly, they placed us in 321 which is next to the elevator. We could hear the motor running and the bells dinging anytime the elevator was being used. There are 2 restaurants, but we didn't eat in either. We did try to use the pool, but both days there were loud kids playing and splashing, which took away the quiet time we were anticipating. The location to the heart of Naples is great and although they do have shuttle service, we were able to walk everywhere. From the minute I checked in to the minute we left, it was a great experience, the rooms, suites were big, clean and the AC worked great. The towels were fluffy and the bedding comfy. The couch and chairs in living area weren't all that comfy but we weren't sitting there long enough to really care. Will definitely be back it was such a great experience. read more

We came early and we're really impressed that our room was ready. It was so much more than a room, a one bedroom 850 square-foot condo with a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It's almost as comfortable as home, just lovely! It's a shame I'm not gonna cook because the full kitchen with blender, toaster, colander, pitcher, pots & pans, dishes & utensils were new. Room 110 was quiet, cool, dark at night & we appreciated the ceiling fans. Beth, the concierge was a phenomenal help giving us maps, brochures & booking our sunset cruise over champagne. The hotel is in a fabulous location, right in the heart of downtown. There is a complementary shuttle that would take us around, but it's nice having our car & There is a lot within walking distance. The pool looks lovely, there are towels. It's salt water and 86°; very nice! Lots of bicycles in front that we could use. They were beach towels and chairs to be borrowed as well. I just recently was staying at Bellasera Hotel and Resort where my brother Mike has a condominium. Friday night, April 11, 2025, I, Mike, my sister Lisa, and my dad and uncle along with my niece Gianna and her boyfriend partook The London Club, its music and its wonderful food. The food was impeccable. I had their signature dish St. Augustine stew, delightful mix of shellfish and spices in a red sauce. There was this jazz ensemble made of a bassist, pianist, drummer and a beautiful jet black haired syren with eyes that were as bright as the stars in the heavens. And this angel's name is Terrific Tessie. She was so wonderful and lovely and she had such a control of her voice. Each note, each refrain, each chorus she sung, they were a quiver of arrows that was sent from Cupid's bow into my heart. As an aside, Tessie, if you read this, and you are calling me, I will find a way to your heart if I have to break the sound barrier. Tessie, there are two lyrics that represent my feelings in my heart for you: Frank Sinatra sang, " Fly me to the moon and let me play amongst the stars. Let me know what spring is like on Jupiter and Mars. In other words, please be true. In other words, I love you." The second lyric originates from a Joe Cocker song: Mister get me a ticket for an aeroplane; I ain't got time to take a fast train. Lonely days are gone, I'm a coming home. My baby, she wrote me a letter. Their service was beyond scintillating and the food was an epicurean's dance through Heaven. read more

What a fantastic experience we had here. Every single staff member was wonderful - Joe, Gabby, Mary, Xian, Chris, Michele, Jeanne, Mike to name a few. They all went above and beyond from the moment we arrived to make our stay a wonderful experience. So personable, helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved the jet tub! The pool area was peaceful and fun. The Claw Bar and jazz club both had fantastic food and great service (and music!). I cannot recommend Bellaera enough. And bonus - barely any sign of virus related drama. Many smiles, handshakes and friendly interactions! (Though it was sad to see the housekeeping staff still masked. Great location, walking distance from the 5th Avenue shops and restaurants. The suites are large and well equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area and living room. We only stayed a week, but you could easily live here for a month. The pool area is comfortable with multiple cabanas available on a first-come basis. There is also a large hot tub and plentiful seating all around. The restaurant staff will come around and serve the pool area and you can order drinks and food. (Please see my review of their restaurant: The Claw Bar, the food and cocktails are wonderful.) There is a complimentary shuttle that can take you within in 3 mile radius and we utilized this often. Thank you Mike and Andy for your friendly service and for telling us about Brooks Burgers up the street. (See my review for details.) All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. We received lots of good recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The owners are on the premises daily helping out and working alongside their staff. Thank you Natalie, Michelle, Eric, and Dana...and thanks to the rest of the staff...I'm sorry I cannot remember everyone's name. A charming boutique hotel in Naples, which doesn't charge you for every little thing. Free parking. Free water. Free coffee. Plus it flanks one of our favorite restaurants, The London Club. The rooms could use a little updating, but that's about it. Our stay was amazing. The location is close to downtown and we enjoyed the shuttle service (Andy the driver was exceptionally amazing especially with the kids) the lend you the beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys for the kids or floaties for the pool (salt water pool which is great) and beach towels. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The whole staff in the hotel was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay again at the Bellasera and highly recommend it especially if you have a family with little kids. read more

So my husband and I stayed there while getting our condo ready to live in. At first it seemed nice. The big problem was not being able to sleep. For three nights!! The mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on a marble slab. It ruined the three days. There's no reason I can think of to have a mattress that hard. It didn't even give a little when you sat on it. We did report this at checkout just so they would know. The person at the desk only said "gee lots of people love those mattresses ". Didn't care at all. I'm writing this now and am so tired, as is my husband. The worst experience ever. read more

I loved this place. We booked a very last minute trip for our third time to Naples. First of all this is a great location. But most notably the staff was exceptional. My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Bellasera. It was for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration that we visited. It is nicely decorated and the grounds are nicely laid out. The room was clean and ready for our visit. We were so very happy to find this resort. They are COVID-19 compliant and that they are masking their staff, requiring patrons to mask, socially distancing at restaurant and bar and in general; and doing everything possible to make your stay enjoyable! Even in spite of the added difficulties and constraints during this Pandemic season. Mary, Beth and Al took good care of us. They went the extra mile and took the time to be personable and helpful! They answered our questions, helped us with biking and where to go, and gave us a welcome packet too! It was appreciated. We'll come again and look to stay at your resort.
