We came in for a last minute trip and stayed two nights. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The staff was super nice and the place felt very comfortable. The only reason I'm giving it only 4 stars is the road noise: I'd come back, but would ask for a room facing the parking garage. I am a bit of a light sleeper, so I woke up at 5:30am each morning to traffic noise, it's on an intersection, so trucks getting going etc. naturally makes noise. This is a decent place!! Stayed here recently on a college scouting trip with my daughter. We usually stay at the Inn on fifth when we're in Naples, but they were booked so I decided to try the Park Central. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Of course it's not a prestige property like the Naples Inn, but for what it does, giving you a clean room and a comfortable bed and place to stay for the night, it does well! Breakfast offerings are somewhat meager. Might've been due to the time of the year, which was highly off-season, (but they were still reasonably full. It seemed). But 100% would stay again if I was coming to Naples and didn't need a prime location. read more

I just got back from a one night stay at the Naples Park Central hotel. I live in south Florida and randomly decided to do a quick day-trip. Since my trip was planned so last minute, I had slim pickings when it came to hotel choices. Looking back, I wish I would've spent a little extra for a better quality hotel... this experience was pretty crappy. 1) When I arrived I had to wait 15 mins at the desk before someone showed up. That's never happened to me at a hotel before. I heard the staff talking and laughing so I doubt they were super busy doing something else. 2) Super hard bed 3) VERY THIN WALLS!!!!!!!! Because of the location, all I heard every single minute (especially at night when I was trying to sleep) was SUPER LOUD car sounds, honking, people outside... oh my God it was as if my bed was in the middle of the turnpike lol. Any time a guest parked their car in the lot, I heard them pull in, get out, talk... I literally could hear they conversations perfectly. Horrible. 4) When you come in and out of the hotel, the staff never greets you. 5) Not even a complimentary cup of water lol usually even boutique hotels offer a little something. 6) Went to check out, no staff...... again. Just left my key on the table and left. Very bad experience. The only good thing was the distance from the beach and the shower had hot water. Stay somewhere else. read more

I'm in love! I want to stay here everyday! Great location. Can walk easily to 5th Avenue. Convenience store right across the street. Plenty of guest parking. Spacious rooms. Cute outdoor pool. Cool 2nd floor terrace overlooking the street. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Clean rooms and great reception area. Friendly staff. Free WiFi and great cable channels. Pretty quiet with the exception of the AC unit that sounds like a Boeing 747 jet at takeoff. Plumbing is also loud and you hear your neighbor's toilet flush. Beds are also very hard. "Breakfast " selection is laughable. So bring your own food or go to one of the great local cafes on 5th ave. But those are the only small issues. The price is right, location is great, and you have everything you need. I can't wait to work in Naples again to stay at Naples Park Hotel! read more

Stayed in the queen suite which was amazingly spacious. VERY Clean albeit dated and basic bath. Pictures at site are accurate. The price helps to look past this. Only complaint, but major, is that if you want to know how if feels to sleep on a brick, you'll discover it here. For this reason alone and maybe the ugly brown blanket sandwiched beteeen 2 top sheets, I would not come back or refer friends. It's a shame, but a bad night's sleep, makes for a lousy next morning. read more

I stayed here while visitng one of my buddies in Naples. I only stayed for one night and it had all the necessities I needed for a decent hotel. It was clean and did its purpose. Upon arrival the hotel looked a bit like a prison with bars over the windows. The building itself looks funny but is in a convenient area. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. Lupita or Lolita was great. I found it odd that after 11pm there was no one at the front desk and you have to go in through the back door with a key. I would expect someone to be there all night long just in case you needed something. For some reason we were given the Handicap room lol. It was larger but it was on the 1st floor so we had a beautiful view of the parking garage. We were able to park our car in front of the window so no one was able to stand outside the window and look into our room haha. The shampoo, soaps and conditioners were labeled with different hotel names. It was funny to see BEST WESTERN, HOLIDAY INN, and MARRIOT labeled on the bottles lol. All in all it was a decent experience for an $80 per night room. read more

Our stay at the Naples Park Central Hotel could not have been more relaxing and enjoyable. Parking is easy and under cover. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was much more spacious than I expected. We had two queen beds and received extra pillows with a call to the front desk. A really nice perk was the continental breakfast buffet which is complimentary. Fresh, hot coffee, tea, juices, cereal, oatmeal, fresh oranges, bagels were some of the offerings. We ate outside on their terrace where we enjoyed the Florida sunshine. The location is great, we walked to 5th ave and were just a short car ride to the public beach. I would recommend this hotel when looking for an affordable, clean, well maintained hotel with a location that is ideal for enjoying Naples. read more

We arrived prior to check-in but had called the night before and the front desk clerk assured us we could park there for the day as we were going to the very popular St. Patrick's Day parade. That morning when we arrived, Olga, was awesome and reassured us that it was ok to park our car there prior to checking in. After the parade we returned to officially check-in. Once again, Olga, welcomed us and check-in was a breeze. She recommended "Slidr", a local free transportation option...please be sure to tip your driver. We used it, and it was great...a prompt, friendly, clean car service. Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water, great water pressure in the shower. Major TV channels including ESPN. Adequate continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. read more

My father-in-law suggested a vacation to Naples and recommended my wife and I stay here. At first, I wasn't sold on this place being that there weren't too many reviews online (and because it was a suggestion from my father-in-law!). I agreed to stay based solely on the attractive location and rates. Much to my surprise, the rooms were clean, decently sized, and comfortable. The staff was amicable and helpful. It's a descent hotel room for the cost you pay. It was a descent size room, however the beds are not as confortable as they could be. The room was dirty, however acceptable to stay the night, the cleaning staff can do a better job at maintaining the rooms. Room furniture needs updating. There should be four towels of each kind in the bathroom where the rooms have two beds considering there may be up to four guests in these rooms. Overall, good enough to stay one night. read more

Naples Central Park Hotel is conveniently located at the edge of downtown Naples, only a short drive or a little bit longer walk from the Bayfront, 5th Avenue and 3rd Street. The staff at the reception was really friendly, parking is free and convenient and our room was nice, clean and spacious, with a recently upgraded bathroom. I did not particularly like the tiled bedroom floor - it somehow made the room feel uncomfortable (admittedly easy to clean though and more hygienic that old carpet). The bed was also not the most comfortable that I slept in on our trip - very flat pillows and not so great mattress. Breakfast was basic but not bad (very good orange juice). read more

I truly liked my staying in this hotel. The place is clean and modern. Yes, you can hear the cars a little by 10am but that didn't bother me because it was quiet all night! I liked how centric it is from the beach and restaurants. I can't believe I went to have pizza and grabbed Starbucks by just crossing the street. The only thing I wish it had lower prices because there's no breakfast included, maybe I could've stayed 2 nights instead of one. I stayed here with my girlfriend while on vacation last week and we had a blast. The staff person was almost like our personal concierge, directing us to the hot spots around town, the best parts of the beach, and the best food in Naples. We wanted to get away from the 'spring break hotspot' feel, and had a relaxing, wonderful time at the Naples Park Central. The rooms were big and clean. This is a good, basic, clean hotel, centrally located in Naples. Nothing fancy about the rooms or the premises, but it is a good value for the price. The room had a small fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a small tightly walled-in swimming pool by the entrance, and a terrace that is too hot to sit on in the summertime.
