We have stayed here before and returned based on our past experience, which once again proved to be the right decision. The location is very convenient, right next to the interstate with plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Check-in was quick and easy, and we especially appreciated the receptionist placing us on the first floor as far from the lobby as possible after informing us the hotel was hosting baseball and lacrosse teams that weekend. That extra thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. Our stay was excellent, just as it has been in the past. There was plenty of parking, we never heard any disruptive noise, and all of the hotel amenities worked perfectly throughout our visit. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we return. Used Bonvoy points for a six night stay. Convenient location w plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (Publix, Walmart and Seed to Table), and near 95. Checkin quick, parking good if you arrive at regular hours. We had a 2 queen bed setup for adult daughter, wife and I. Suite was well equipped, though bare minimum of cutlery, glasses and dishes, which meant washing dishes/glasses between meals if needed. Just bare minimum in kitchen - very small garbage can if you had take out containers, etc. Nice fridge, stovetop and microwave oven. Tiny dishwasher and just two pods of soap for a week stay. Rest of room was nice. Flat panel TV installed on the wall - but not at wall at the end of the beds, but on the side - I guess only open space. Beds were nice, asked for extra pillows. Had a nice view of a really busy car wash outside, table for dining an 4 chairs, cushioned chair. Bathroom was standard - but the closet door was broken and would not stay closed, banging into the bathroom door during the evening. Closet was really only open space for clothing, suitcases, shoes, etc, other than the bedstand drawers. Used the pool twice and sat at the tables around the pool. Nice when the sun was out, but lots of traffic could be heard. Breakfast was the highlight - not so much the food, but the smiling attentive staff who kept the food replenished, kept the tables cleaned and coffee pots refilled. Pretty much standard breakfast - eggs, either bacon or sausage, oatmeal, bread/bagels, cereal, yogurt and juices. Front desk staff were helpful with suggestions on best beaches and why. They gave us beach chairs to use - which was helpful given that we flew into Ft Myers and had no chairs or umbrellas. Great place to stay - easy in/out, near the highway, close to stores and some restaurants. Would stay here again. read more

Very pleasant stay with a friendly breakfast crew that kept things moving. The property has ample parking and is well maintained. It's a bit away from beaches but within 30-45 mins drive. Coffee and Tea is available all-day and appeared fresh mornings and mid-afternoon. read more

A beautifully property, built in the last year, so everything looks modern and fresh. It's located right across from I75 and the Walmart. You can't hear the highway from your room as it's thankfully a good distance from it. The Front desk staff are decent and checked us in quickly, however they failed to provide us with our Marriott Bonvoy welcome gift, usually a couple bottles of water. They also didn't put foam pillows in our room, as requested on the reservation. We had a studio king room which was on the smallish side, but still nice. There was a 3/4 sized fridge/freezer, mini stove, full size microwave, and big screen HD TV, but on the side wall, off to a weird angle. The walk-in shower was a nice size but the sink fixture lacked sufficient room for toiletry bags. Also in the bathroom, the noise from the exhaust vent was super loud, requiring us to ensure the bathroom door was closed at all times. The king bed was comfy with a light comforter, though only feather pillows were provided which we don't like. We didn't use the pool, but were told it's heated. The back courtyard is nice, with many tables and a couple of Weber grills to use. For breakfast, only till 9:30am on weekends, they had no hot food, just yogurt, fruit, breads, granola bars, cereals. There has not been much to smile about during the coronavirus pandemic, but if you are lucky enough to be able to take a short vacation in the Naples area, a stay at TownPlace suites might be a perfect way to celebrate the fact that things in our world are not so bad. Importantly, this is a new property, so everything is clean, fresh and up to date, including furniture, linens and fitness center. The location is convenient, right off the west side of the 75 interstate. There's plenty of free parking at the hotel and we were able to get a spot adjacent to the door. Also convenient is the Walmart sitting directly across the street. You can easily walk over to Walmart if you need to buy something you may have left at home. The downtown Naples restaurants, shopping and sightseeing areas are a 15 to 20 minute drive from the property. For many visitors, the lower priced room ratefor this location will be attractive especially when compared to downtown Naples lodging rates. These less expensive room rates make up for the short drive to the downtown area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind the Hotel is running their operation a little light on staff due to lower occupancy rates. The free breakfast is much more limited in their food offerings than in the past, but certainly is a sufficient meal to get you started for your day. The fitness center has everything you need for a good workout including resistance training and cardio equipment. The swimming pool is perfect for relaxing after a day of running around in Naples. So go ahead, cast aside any Covid-19 encumbrances and enjoy some time away from home like you did in the not so distant past. Salute! read more

Wow! We were so pleased with this Hotel! Staff was amazing especially Bryan and Tem at the front desk. We evacuated Sarasota for Milton and they allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs with us when NO ONE ELSE WOULD!! We were very grateful! The room was fantastic with 2 comfortable beds with new luxury linens. It had a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator (most places just have those tiny mini fridges) so we were pleasantly surprised because we brought a lot of food from our home anticipating the power going out.... There were dishes, utensils, pots and pans, even salt and pepper shakers!! Highly recommend!!! read more

I've stayed here twice and have had a decent stay both times. The first time (in late Sept '22), there was iced water available in the lobby all day which was great to fill my water bottle up with- the second time (this last Sun-Wed) there wasn't anything. On my first stay the gentleman working the front desk was so professional, gave me dinner recommendations and really welcomed me- this second time a lady was working and there were two men in front of me. I believe their company had booked their stay and instead of asking them questions she started on this path all about credit card fraud. It was late and I could tell we all just wanted to get our rooms assigned. The rooms both times were clean. The first time I stayed on the first floor which I prefer! The second I was on the 5th floor. I always stay in a studio which is great for longer stays because the small kitchen is a perfect set up and it's enough space to spread out. Housekeeping is daily unless you request otherwise. Toiletries are provided- but I do not love the brand all Marriotts have installed in the showers for shampoo/conditioner/body wash- it feels super cheap and what you'd expect from a lower class hotel. Parking is always a little tough- especially if you get in later, but it's in a convenient location with Walmart across the street and Dunkin' Donuts just down the way for a coffee stop in the morning. This last trip I had an early wake up to get to the airport. I was blow drying my hair (with the provided blow dryer) when the fire alarm went off (it was like 5am). It was SO loud and I quickly popped down to the front desk and the security guard (I think) was able to manually turn it off. Hope no one was awakened by the blaring sound and was surprised it went off at all. Last note- the pillow situation is not great. You get a bunch of pillows but they are so thin you have to stack them all for any sort of support. read more

This is a beautiful new hotel just off I-75. It appears very clean and just west of the Walmart heading towards the beaches. Currently due to Covid the hotel is very quiet and perhaps 1/3 capacity. We had Marriott rewards and got the room for no charge. Yeah ! We were given a two queen bed single suite. It did not have any couch as they suggested when we called ahead. It offered a kitchenette and small table for four. While room appeared very clean, we chose to clean each surface and high touch areas before use. We also pulled off the top bedding and comforters and placed in closet to avoid use. They appeared new and clean. Our main challenge was the room provided. It was a handicap accessible room. The shower area was difficult for family of four to use. The floor has no lip, rightly so for accessibility, however floor gets sopping wet and slippery. Shower also has two heads and two unique turn on valves with no directions. Water was not very hot but luckily not ice cold either. The body soap nozzle did not work, luckily we brought a bar of our own. We need more towels due to cleaning up the wet floor. This room clearly should have been reserved for someone asking for and needing these special features. We did not ask to be moved since we had settled in and only staying one night. Breakfast for Sunday morning was most disappointing. We understand not having hot items, but only a very very few items offered. English muffins, fruit, and yogurt. No small sealed milk cartons for kids and for health reasons. Cereal were in dispensers not small sealed containers. No danish or other items that can be purchased sealed in bulk by hotel either. Seems like they could offer some Jimmie Dean type items since each room has kitchen. (Home2Suites does this). We will have to go to Walmart and get some breakfast type items, luckily it's across the street. Strangely our tv offered another guests name thru out the stay, and even offer bon voyage to that guest the following morning. read more

A newly constructed hotel in Bonita Springs! The common area is decorated with modern art paintings. The suite is spacious and has a full kitchen. The beddings and towels are first class. They usually have free breakfast but because of current situation, they don't serve breakfast at this moment. The prices are fair. I would recommend this place if you are staying at Naples. read more

The manager Jason is so super nice and when I was distraught from the hotel I originally was supposed to stay, Jason calmed me down and was willing to work with me every step of the way after 27 hours of travel from Pennsylvania to Florida! I literally feel so blessed he answered the phone and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! I cannot thank him enough! Spent 3 nights here and generally had a pleasant experience with the facility. Our room definitely could have been cleaner, it was what we would call a once over. Lots of dust and trash and dust under the bead and between the furniture. We were also very disappointed to arrive to find the front desk staff not wearing face coverings. There were multiple signs posted throughout the hotel requiring face coverings. Next day, front desk staff and what appeared to be a manager also not wearing face coverings. This was the same for the rest of our stay as far as the front desk. We also noted the housekeeping manager never had face coverings, the pool contractors did not wear face coverings nor did the janitor. We were pleased to see most guests, the housekeepers and food workers were covered. read more

So my husband and I were super excited to try out this hotel because we had the worst luck at the previous hotels. We were placed in a handicap room which was wheelchair accessible. The shower was large! We thought it was great bc it was going to be roomy. Nope not the case. So the way the shower was built sucked, it from the sink to the toilet everything was flooded. It had two drains and they were pointless. When I spoke to the front desk they said that because of the discount that we had gotten that there was nothing else they could do. The front desk rep was super rude. The night shift front desk was walking throughout the premises without a mask. They didn't have any decaf coffee for my husband. The nicest and most professional staff member there that was willing to go above and beyond was a young guy named Giovanni. read more

We are staying tonight but I am tempted to stay a week. It is very nice and comfortable. We have everything we need and are comfy cozy. The best part of the stay was the front desk staff. The young man working was polite and on it. However, the COVID protocols were not being followed or up to Marriott standard. The breakfast area looked like a tornado had gone through it. While beds were comfortable, the pillows were some of the worst I have ever encountered. This truly was the worst Marriott stay I've experienced. Staff was indifferent and didn't rectify complaints. My room wasn't cleaned for 2 days and I was accused of leaving the "do not disturb" tag on the door (false). The sheets were not changed until I requested, even though they were dirty and was there for a 7-day stay. Breakfast area was dirty. And no employees, including cleaning crew in rooms, wore masks despite high increases in Covid cases. Lastly, my kitchen didn't have a trash can. I was brought one but it was too big for under the sink so it's sitting in the kitchen with no lid. The best is the remote was lost only to be found in the sheets of the made bed. My husband and I had the worst experience at this hotel. We complained that the room was dirty. Looked as though it hadn't been vacuumed, the refrigerator had rings on the door shelves and stove top was dirty. The GM, Dasha Chayka, didn't agree with us. We went back to the room with her and even after pointing out all the issues she kept stating that the room had been cleaned. She offered us nothing. She said there were no other rooms available. I'm hyper aware of cleanliness especially during a pandemic. I don't have enough space here to write all that transpired with this girl. Unbelievably rude and certainly should not be in the hospitality business or any position that involves customer contact. We've been unsuccessful in getting Marriott's consumer affairs to respond. read more

Robert, Joe and the GM Jason Barnard (and the hotel housekeeping staff) all generously provided outstanding Customer Service during our 2 week stay at Towneplace Suites in Naples! WOW! Robert SAVED the day in a giant way by going above and beyond the call of duty (because he knew we had been waiting for a full week) when Fedex arrived at the hotel and did not have our VIP business delivery again for the 6th day! Robert asked the Fedex employee to return to the truck and double check the interior for our overnight express box! And LOW and behold... The Fedex employee returned from her van with our box and it looked like perhaps it has been smashed into the ground under a 1000 boxes for the entire week we have been looking for the box!!! (Boo hiss to FEDEx!!!) And a giant Cheer ....the WorkPlace Excellent award goes to The MARRIOTT! Without Roberts persistence and commitment to producing amazing results this would not ever have happened and I am certain we would have absolutely never received our box or ever recovered our parcel from Fedex! A real lifesaver and miracle! Our deepest thank you to Robert, Joe and Jason for making our stay as perfect as possible!
