Mega helpful!!! Especially when you're me! What do I mean by that? Allow me to tell you...The last time I used RideNaples, I flew in pretty late. What I forgot to do was to confirm the ride from the email they had sent me. They do this as a back up. Welp, apparently I missed the "back up" to allow for errors. I texted the owner Mark, who handled it like a true professional! He had an Uber there for me within minutes!!! Without costing me anymore and feeling like I got the "white glove" treatment despite the fact that I didn't confirm and verify. Second "dough head" maneuver on my part. I booked the ride online. I received 2 texts, one from the driver picking me up AND the owner the night before, confirming my drop off point. What the bleep was I thinking? I'm still not too sure how I had them dropping me off in a different town but apparently I did. (If I haven't said this yet, let's just say, it's not always easy being me!!). Insert goofy face here. Anyway, Once I gave them the correct address, Mark had to swap out drivers and did so with professionalism and kindness. I'm a fan! The driver didn't show up for a ride from Naples to Miami airport and told me on the phone (after I contacted him) that he was dispatched to another customer and nobody bothered to reach Joe my ride, which was booked way in advance!!!!! If I could give a 0 star review, I would. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unreliable cab service in my life. I scheduled my 3:45am pickup two days in advance for the airport, I got a confirmation and my credit card was charged immediately. They send you an email telling you your driver details will be texted to you between 8pm-10pm the night before your service, and if it's not, to call their number right away. Naturally, I received no text message and tried calling the number provided 4 times. At this point, I was getting very nervous because it's very hard to get a cab at 3:45am and needed to make an early flight. There are also very limited options on Marco Island for taxi services. I finally get a response saying that they have COVID and they might not be able to drive me at 3:45am. I told them a little heads up would have been nice so I could have tried to find another service to drive me at 3:45am (as it was already 10:30pm the night before). They continued to take no accountability or responsibility for the poor communication and couldn't understand why I was upset. The driver continued to attack me over text messages and would not let up.... I had to end up blocking his number. It's actually unbelievable. I cannot explain to you the unprofessionalism of this driver and this company. BEWARE! DO NOT USE.. if you need to find a cab to the airport from Marco Island, USE ANOTHER SERVICE!!! read more

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I booked a transfer from Marco Island to RSW for an early morning pick up and was charged extra due to the time frame. The time of pick up arrived and no driver! My husband and I had to scramble out of bed and get them to the airport (we are seniors) and they barely caught their flight! No return calls from the owner and NO REFUND!!! In my personal opinion, after reading the other one star reviews - this apparently is a pattern with this company. This is a pretty crooked way to do business when people are counting on you to get them where they need to go, especially when you make them pay in advance. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - so hopefully someone can do something to stop this criminal behaviour. read more

Prepaid for a ride to airport from home. Their emailed receipt promised a confirmation text from driver the night before pick up. No text. Made two phone calls, one that night and one next morning, to report the problem. No answer; no return call on either. Not good. But, luckily, a driver did show up at the agreed to time. read more

This company should receive zero stars. They send an email to expect a text with instructions for pick up the night before, but no text came. There was a number to call if the text were not received by 10 pm. That number, as well as a different number on their website were disconnected both on the night prior to the pick up and throughout the day of the planned pickup. No one was there to meet at at the airport. WE had to take an Uber to get to our destination. The RideNaples fee was prepaid. This company is either a scam or is out of business. A great, dependable, fairly priced car service. I use Ride Naples everytime I travel between Marco Island and Fort Myers RSW and they've never disappointed. All the drivers are courteous and prompt. I've had the pleasure of being driven by Michael the past several trips and we compare local restaurants. Paul is the night owl driver and his dependability takes the anxiety out of the trip. On top of that, you're never more than a phone call away from the owner, Mark. Highly recommended. read more

Beware!!!! Stranded at Ft LauderdalePort by RideNaples on 1/15/23 after we prepaid Ride Naples $174 on 12/9/22when we made the reservation. Ride Naples sent credit card company a receipt for the 12/9/22 payment but failed to notify us they would not be picking us up on 1/15/23. After we waited at the port and tried to contact Ride Naples we had to call an Uber to transport us from Ft Lauderdale to Marco Island on 1/15/23. We disputed this on our credit card and Ride Naples sent the CC company a copy of our payment on 12/9/22 which the CC card accepted as proof of service. The service was reserved for 1/15/23. Owner takes no responsibility for Ride Naples not showing up. read more

My first experience with RideNaples was a good one. Jonathan was on time and helpful. Yesterday, however, i never received a follow up message from a driver about my pickup at the airport. Numerous calls to the business number only got me to a full message box and no answer from my email. Needless to say we were confronted with no ride from the airport. Fortunately I have an Uber account but was dismayed at having to pay $70 in addition to the $54 RideNaples had already charged my credit card. Is anybody running the show there? read more

I used them before and the experience was good. This time, last minute they changed to an Uber driver and although the driver was fine it was not what I ordered. If I wanted an Uber driver I would have hired one instead of Ride Naples. There was confusion as the driver thought he was picking up Mark or Mike and I'm not comfortable getting in a car where we don't know who the driver should be and the driver doesn't know who we should be. Not the driver's fault. I blame Ride Naples for this. I did not get what I paid for and have no idea who kept the tip I prepaid. I do not think I will use them again. Very disappointed. read more

Stay Away from Ride Naples! I booked a ride from RSW to Marco Island in Jan 3,2023. I never got a confirmation text the night before, tried to text and call to double check - never got a response. called the phone number they say on their app to call - mailbox was full, no messages could be left. I continued to text and email and call for several days - no response. You have to pay when you book, so I'm out my money, had to book ride with another company, and today is Jan 11th, still no response. BEWARE!! Their website and App are still booking rides!! There were posts about owner being in a wreck and in the hospital. So, if that's the case why are they still booking rides, taking money, and not making it right with the rides they collected money for and never delivered? Book with someone else!!! Terrible. Instead of receiving a call the night before as was told in an email, I had to call and was told do not worry the driver is on the road. Next morning I was to be picked up at 4:30 am for a flight at 6:00 am. I called at 4:10 am because i heard nothing from the driver. The owner said he would call me back. But again I had to call. Finally he said another driver was 13 minutes away. It's now 4:30. After a few more exchanges he sent a Lyft driver who arrived at 5:10. He got me to the airport as quickly as he could. When I got through TSA my name was being called because the door of the plane was being closed in 5 minutes. I ran to the gate and made the plane. Not a pleasant experience for one in her late 70's. Driver never showed up yesterday. This is the second time it happened Tried to call Mark but telephone number listed on receipt said that it was not a working number. No one got in touch with us the night before. Then tried to call Mark directly and left several texts but no reply. Cannot not take the chance of using them again if they are not responsible to get us to the airport on time to catch a flight. no stars! terrible experience with this company at the end of December 2023 and would not recommend them to anyone. I had a 5 am pick up scheduled for North Naples to Ft Myers airport and didn't receive text between 8-10 pm the night before that they had previously emailed to say I would receive. I called their number and left a message and also sent text message to posted number. Finally at 11:51 pm I got a text from Mark saying he had Covid and my pick up was cancelled. I finally got a confirmation from an Uber driver after waiting for 2 hours, got 2.5 hours sleep and then got Uber to the airport for my flight, and then a full day of work when I landed in Boston. Despite multiple calls and texts to the company, I have yet to receive my refund of $55! Very unprofessional company. read more

He was a very nice man, But continued to short Me money on the few months That I drove for him and never kept his word. Several times forgot to pay me and made me wait. I have a beautiful car. You want to know, "How did we do?" Well, get ready to find out: We booked online for a pickup at 5:30 on January 5, 2023 from Ft Myers International Airport to our address in Naples, FL. As requested by the reservation form, we provided both our email address and mobile phone number, expecting that you would use one or the other to communicate when the flight arrived. We paid the requested fee of $45.00, and a 20% tip, by credit card at the time we made the reservation. Our flight arrived on time at 5:00, and we tried to call RideNaples to let you know that we had arrived, and the gate number where we would be awaiting pickup. The only phone number we were given was (239) 216-2435, a landline number. When we called the number we received recording saying that we should leave a message. The next recording stated that the mailbox was full and could not receive any messages. (It is 8:27 pm on Friday, January 6, as I write this review, and the mail box is still full). To make a long story short, we waited until past 6:15, hoping that we'd get a phone message or text, but neither came. We then took a taxi from the airport to our home. The fee that we paid to RideNaples is listed as "pending" on our credit card account. We've spoken to the credit card company, and were told that once the payment is processed, we can initiate action to cancel it, which we fully intend to do. We booked with RideNaples based on previous experience, but things have obviously changed there; the mere fact that they would ask for a review on a trip that never occurred .
