I was told that we are allowed to call the cruise lines to book our customers and to confirm anything that needs to be confirmed naturally that's the way things are done. ummmm duh...yes thats what agents do call the crusie lines...I WAS scolded for having had called the cruise lines to confirm stuff for my customers really? I was told that I was making the cruise line you look bad because I was calling to confirm stuff my customers.. the owner of preferred has no clue what she's doing. But not preferred travel of Naples they slandered me and defamed me behind my back to the cruise agencies and several of my customers I should have sued for damages but I never did.. I will not be pursuing anything legal but I just wanted everyone to know the stay away from this place they are bad news There are so many other agencies out there to deal with...STAY AWAY!!!

We have traveled several times with them and have never been disappointed ... this time was no exception! We sailed the "Ancient Trade Routes" tour of Azamara Cruise Lines (Singapore to Dubai) in which Dream Vacations orchestrated our pre and post cruise extensions that greatly enhanced our overall experience. Their attention to detail (from our past experiences), allowed us to be confident we were going to have another great experience. Indeed, we did. They were also instrumental in handling questions and concerns throughout the cruise. I recommend Quinn Panzer Dream Vacations to help plan anyone's next vacation without hesitation!

From pick up a the airport to drop off at the plane in Dubai, it was excellent. We saw amazing places and met amazing people every day. Karen made sure it all ran well, resulting in an excellent experience for my wife and I! Thank you Karen for all your hard work and dedication to our unique trip. I'll be honest, I was really nervous about getting on this cruise ship especially after reading all…read morethe reviews after posting it. We initially booked this ship because of the location that it was departing from and the destinations that it was going to. Being a newer cruise line, there were a lot of things that they needed to fix and they were getting hit with negative reviews on social media. We took a risk and said it is what it is at this point. To our surprise, we actually had a great time on this ship. It was what I was looking for -- easy going, chill, with just enough options to enjoy yourself. The buffet is slim, but it wasn't bad. We loved the cheeseburgers and the pizza options here. I could eat plenty of it. Honestly, I'm pretty sure I had at least one a day. The rooms were surprisingly pretty nice. It was dustier than I would've liked it to be, but it's an older ship. Wish restrooms were nicer. The staff was great. Super friendly overall. Would I come back on this ship? For the price, maybe.

I took a five-day cruise on Margaritaville at Sea Paradise to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday,…read moreand overall, we had a really good time! The price was reasonable, the food was great, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout the cruise. The buffet in particular was better than I expected and had a nice variety of options. We opted to eat at the steakhouse a few times, as well as the sushi restaurant. We were happy that these options were available. There were a few hiccups. Margaritaville now charges purchases to your account throughout the cruise instead of waiting until the last day, and we had some issues with making payments on the account. My girlfriend's suitcase was also damaged during the cruise, which was frustrating. We also had a period where the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, and the room became extremely hot. Despite those issues, they didn't ruin the overall experience. We had a good time celebrating, and for the price, I think it's a solid cruise option. I'd definitely sail with Margaritaville at Sea again, I just want to try out some of their other ships next time!

Cruise planners advertised the cruise as "first class" all inclusive including first class travel. We booked this bucket list vacation and trusted cruise planners to make all the arrangements as this was what they advertised to do ( excursions, air travel transfers) . Unfortunately buyer beware, the excursions we booked were cancelled and were stuck taking 2nd and 3rd choices, we were unable to go on the first excursion to the glacier as this was reserved for I guess the real first class travelers, our first class airfare was 3 stops to get to Anchorage although there were plenty of flights that would have required 1 stop and then our flight was CANCELLED on the way home, we made our own flights using the American Airines ap as directed , we flew coach, and coukld not even sit with our spouses and then we were told ny CRUISE PLANNERS to submit our expenses to the cruise line REGENT CRUISE owned by NCL and they would refund our money, well this never happened Regent was refunded our airfare and will not give the payment back to us and said that we could have a $350 credit to a future cruise, horrible customer service by CRUISE PLANNERS AND REGENT CRUISE LINE NEVER NEVER USE either company
