I was told that we are allowed to call the cruise lines to book our customers and to confirm anything that needs to be confirmed naturally that's the way things are done. ummmm duh...yes thats what agents do call the crusie lines...I WAS scolded for having had called the cruise lines to confirm stuff for my customers really? I was told that I was making the cruise line you look bad because I was calling to confirm stuff my customers.. the owner of preferred has no clue what she's doing. But not preferred travel of Naples they slandered me and defamed me behind my back to the cruise agencies and several of my customers I should have sued for damages but I never did.. I will not be pursuing anything legal but I just wanted everyone to know the stay away from this place they are bad news There are so many other agencies out there to deal with...STAY AWAY!!!

From pick up a the airport to drop off at the plane in Dubai, it was excellent. We saw amazing places and met amazing people every day. Karen made sure it all ran well, resulting in an excellent experience for my wife and I! Thank you Karen for all your hard work and dedication to our unique trip. At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. As per the usual we had to get acquainted with the ship and find our muster station. (that was easy) Now on to some food and drink. It was raining but we made the best of it and most did. Room time! Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? Ok :( The club was great every night and the white party even better! This is a small ship but still a fun ship. If its close to you, take a chance on it if you like smaller crowds this is the one for you! See you Soon!

First and LAST time on a Margaritaville cruise…read more The port parking was easy to find. We parked and checked our luggage with the porter. We entered the terminal to check in. Check in was easy but busy. We were assigned the time between 12pm-1pm to check in. Once on the ship, it was down hill. We went to our muster station, which was not labeled to find easily. Completed our muster. Then we went to get lunch from the buffet. The options were limited at the actual buffet area where you serve yourself. They had the buffet, cheeseburgers, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. The food was mediocre at best this day and throughout the week. It was a struggle to find something to eat that was edible and tasted good. Even the jello was tasteless. Once our room was ready, we went to it. Luggage was not there upon arrival, but it arrived shortly after. It was a struggle with the AC in the room from the moment we checked in. We told our room steward immediately, who said once the ships sets sail, the air would work better. That never happened. It was consistently warm to hot in our room. Guest services was notified a few times via phone and in person. But it was not fixed. Not even sure someone came to our room. We waited several times but we never made contact with the person who came to "fix" it. We made the best of it but it was not comfortable at all. Most of the time we were hot and sweating at night and while in our room getting ready for the day or dinner. Mohamad was fantastic! He was our room steward. He took amazing care of us and our room. Our room was always clean and we always had fresh and clean towels! Entertainment was lacking for sure and limited. There was a lot of time where there was very little to nothing going on and to do. The excursions through the ship were limited as well. We picked to do the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau. We walked off the ship and through the port to transportation. This part was easy and well organized. The resort itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and not crazy crowded. The beach was another story. Absolutely packed and barely room to walk down to the waters edge. Not sure if it's only for Margaritaville Resort guests and day passes or if it's open to the public too. Drink package felt pricey at $360 for 4 days, and this was on sale. We had two port days, one embarkation day, and one sea day. I would NOT ever cruise again with Margaritaville.

Cruise planners advertised the cruise as "first class" all inclusive including first class travel. We booked this bucket list vacation and trusted cruise planners to make all the arrangements as this was what they advertised to do ( excursions, air travel transfers) . Unfortunately buyer beware, the excursions we booked were cancelled and were stuck taking 2nd and 3rd choices, we were unable to go on the first excursion to the glacier as this was reserved for I guess the real first class travelers, our first class airfare was 3 stops to get to Anchorage although there were plenty of flights that would have required 1 stop and then our flight was CANCELLED on the way home, we made our own flights using the American Airines ap as directed , we flew coach, and coukld not even sit with our spouses and then we were told ny CRUISE PLANNERS to submit our expenses to the cruise line REGENT CRUISE owned by NCL and they would refund our money, well this never happened Regent was refunded our airfare and will not give the payment back to us and said that we could have a $350 credit to a future cruise, horrible customer service by CRUISE PLANNERS AND REGENT CRUISE LINE NEVER NEVER USE either company
