We were going through a real rental car emergency; stranded in Alligator Alley mark mile 63 for more than 5 hours. Hertz had promised in 4 opportunities to send us a lift. They never did. Finally we asked for help from Highway Patrol who called us a cab. The driver, whom I call Angel though that's not his real name, immediately called me back, told me EXACTLY how long the ride would take for him to get where we were and how much it would be. He was in Marco Island sharing a barbecue with his family as it was a Saturday. He kept calling us to know if we were ok and giving us his current location. He took us safely to Fort Myers Airport. He brought with him all types of yummy food, water and a fantastic smile!! Thanks to his wife too, as she was so nice as to think even about our bellies!!! He even waited for us at Hertz in the airport until they assured us they had a replace van reserved for us. The service was THE BEST!!!!!!!! I fully recommend it to everyone!!!! read more

My wife and I were in Naples for a wedding recently and randomly scheduled Naples Express for the drive from Fort Myers Airport to central Naples. Engin was our driver and it could not have been more pleasant. He texted me just as we were walking off the plane and was at the curb when we walked out of baggage claim. The drive down was as if we had a family member we hadn't seen in a long time drive us. It was such a comfortable, safe and efficient trip, I asked Engin if we could schedule our return trip with Naples Express and, specifically with Engin as our driver. I used to do a lot of business travel and never met a guy like Engin. Everything from the reservations, follow-ups, pickups and deliveries was handled professionally. I even got some gardening tips from Engin. read more

Naples Express Transportation was fabulous! Our flight was delayed by about an hour due to weather delays and we were fully accommodated with no extra fees. Our driver, Engin, was quite personable and a real delight to converse with. The service was over the top in every manner! We were so pleased that we booked them for our departure day back to the airport in Ft. Myers. There is no need to look anywhere else - simply the best! The dispatch office even called us before our departure to Marco Island to clarify one detail in our reservation - simply over and above! Great folks to deal with! read more

I had to make a last-minute trip to Naples under somewhat stressful circumstances, and the flawless service I received from everyone I dealt with at Naples Express was incredibly helpful and calming. My plane got in close to midnight, more than two hours late, but my driver was so chipper and entertaining that the ride from the airport was the best part of a very long day. A different driver took me back to RSW and he, too, was extremely kind, thoughtful, and professional. Now that I know to call on this fabulous family business, I'll no longer dread getting to and from the airport. read more

Excellent service! Personable and always arrives in time! They go above and beyond the ordinary! When arriving this past fall I had missed a connection and had lots of luggage along with my dog - long story short I had my personal vehicle delivered to the airport and on the way to my final destination a tire on my vehicle blew - the owner stayed with me along the side of the highway at nearly mid-night for almost 2 hours to make sure I was safe and arrived to my destination safely - additionally following up the following day! A+++++ in our family! read more

Incredible experience! They know how to provide a world class level of service, you won't be disappointed. Used them to transport a group of 5 from Naples to Ft Myers airport, very early in a.m. Engin, our driver, got there early, knowing we had to install a car seat, was extremely professional, friendly and thorough. Every detail was considered. Will definitely use them for any and all transportation needs in the area...to top it all off, prices were very reasonable! read more

I highly recommend this transportation service. There was a text and call from my driver, Engin, when my plane landed in Ft. Myers. Once I had my suitcase, he was right there to pick me up and take me to Marco Island. The car is very nice, clean and comfortable. Engin is a consummate professional and so personable. He drove me back to the airport at the end of my trip. He confirmed my pick up time, was right on time and got me to the airport ahead of schedule! read more

I recently took a trip to Marco Island, Florida and I was in search of a reliable and reasonably priced car service to get me from the airport to my hotel. This service definitely was that, and more! My driver, Engin, was so friendly and quite knowledgeable, so I ended up with a history lesson of the area. I like the fact that it's a family owned business and everyone I dealt with took pride in the work they do. Would use this service again! read more
