A-Class is thorough and the BEST! I live in the Northeast and arranged for them to pick up my 90 year old mother and driver her to Ft. Lauderdale to evacuate a hurricane. My mother was wheel-chair bound and A-Class picked her up at her home, drove her to the Ft. Lauderdale airport, and made sure she got into another wheel chair and took her to the ticket counter where the airline took over. She had to spend two weeks with us because her home lost power. We have been using A Class Transportation for a few years now. We use them many times during the year for an airport run between Naples and Miami. Both of our regular drivers, Dorian and Ernie are brilliant. They have maticulous time keeping and it is always so nice to have them take care of our journey. Made reservation over the phone for my college age daughter and her friends from Ft. Myers airport to Marco Island. Company had flight information details well in advance. Flight was delayed due to weather and didn't arrive until 5am. (obviously not A Class's fault). When we contacted A Class to find out where to meet driver, we were told it would be at least a 45 min wait for the car as the driver wasn't even near the airport. Not sure why they didn't track the flight or why they weren't in general area as I'm sure this happens a lot. We told company we would just find a different mode of transportation (they ended up getting another service in less than 5 minutes). The scheduler was very rude to my daughter on my phone and still charged me for the service. I later called to request the charge be taken off since they obviously didn't check the flight status or it wouldn't have been a 45 min wait. The scheduler was extremely obnoxious on the phone and yelled at me that I didn't know how things work and not to call them again. Obviously, I won't and will dispute the charge with AMEX. What stuck with me is how unprofessional and rude A Class was on the phone. I really wanted to find a reliable and professional car service...this isn't it! read more

A Class is the best! Last week our Fort Myers flight was canceled on Thursday, then rescheduled Saturday night at 8:07, then Sat at 1:30am, 2:30am, 3:10am. The plane was finally canceled at 12:00. A Class was communicating with us the whole time and ready to pick us up. We then were scheduled to go into Fort Lauderdale and arrive 11:30 pm on Sunday. A Class was there to pick us up. Very dependable, courteous and have nice cars. We only use them. read more

Service is rude, unaccommodating now - We used this company multiple years back and had a good experience with no complaints but this year when we booked over the phone the agent was very short, but worst of all while we were waiting for our bags the driver repeatedly called us saying we were taking to long and was extremely frustrated even to the point of calls and texts every few minutes and telling us noone else was waiting for their bags - we couldn't believe it! After a long day of travel and not being happy to wait for our luggage ourselves this was definitely not the experience we needed; we might as well have called a general taxi company. I am writing a 5 star review for A Class for the second time in just over 2 weeks. We have used A Class for about 5 years now. This summer we had excellent service to and from the Miami airport. The driver was professional, polite and a SAFE driver - very important to us on a midnight ride home through The Everglades. Last week I was VERY worried about getting to RSW to evacuate Marco Island before Hurricane Irma. I must have called 5 times to push up my pickup date/time. The dispatcher was so calming and helpful. And the driver for that trip was incredible too. I highly recommend A Class. read more

The best taxi service I've ever had the pleasure of using! You can make reservations ahead of time and they arrive early. Leave your credit card safely and securely on file if you're going to be using them as frequently as I did during my stay on Marco Island. There's a fee if the driver has to put it in but if you do it through the office, the fee is waved. Just be sure to let the dispatch and the driver know ahead of time that your card is already on file. The website is totally accurate in terms of pricing, from the airport to Marco was $64+tip! Super affordable! They have a flat rate for local trips on the island: no more than $10 including tip anywhere on Marco. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because dispatch didn't consistently give the drivers my number to call me when they arrived so they were either waiting forever on us or we had to keep checking if they had arrived. When I called to arrange transportation from Marco Island to Fort Myers airport I was told it would cost $65 - upon arriving at the airport the driver said it was $80. $15 isn't that big of a deal but it seemed a little shady of the driver and we will not be using this service again. read more

A class? More like A clASS! This taxi service charges 3 bucks per person for some odd reason. The driver purposefully drives out of the way to charge more money which is typical. It costed me and my 4 friends 17 dollars to go 1.7 miles up the road. Do not recommend this cab service. Use Uber its much cheaper!!!!! read more
