Is the best car service in Naples they always on time reliable friendly respectful and clean.

I used this car service company because I was leaving on A very early morning flight out of Naples FL. Booking process was extremely easy and prompt. The driver arrived a few minutes early and was attentive. Got to the airport in no time and the ride was smooth. Will use again and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you! Looking forward to my next trip out! read more

We needed to be at Rose Marins on Marco Island at 6:30 AM from Naples to catch the Key West Express. We had 2 different pick-up locations in Naples, they did a fantastic job getting us there on time! Had a little snafu on the return trip, had to wait for about an hour because of their communication issues before we were picked up. Overall still would recommend their service! read more

The best car service!! The cars are always immaculate and the drivers are always a true professionals. They are always there on time. Handled all luggage, made sure i was completely comfortable with the temperature inside the vehicle. Had ice water for us. I simply cannot say enough to great things about them. They are the ONLY car service we will ever use. We have used them for years. They have become like family. Always are at the airport waiting upon our arrival. We greet with a hug. Thank you so much for the wonderful service all these years!! Looking forward to our next ride with you! read more

Grabbed a ride with my friend using this taxi company while in Naples on a recent quick trip. We were also on business and didnt want to rely on Uber and really didnt want the expense of renting our own car for the 2.5 days we were here. We chose to rent bikes and use taxis for anything else we needed. The weather is great this time of year and getting some fresh air really felt rejuvenating. Taxi Pam had a simple Mention Yelp discount that we used. Great way to save a few bucks! The car was clean, AC was cold and the driver was very nice and courteous. They were early to pick us up which was appreciated. Would use and recommend again if in the Naples area. read more

Had a great experience with this company. Friendly drivers, immaculate vehicles, on time pick up. Had the pleasure of the owner transporting us from our hotel in Naples to Ft Lauderdale airport. Highly recommend this car service and will DEFINITELY use them again the next time we are in the area!! read more

As an experienced traveler, I know the importance of the ride. Moving to Florida was hard for me. The Uber is not here, or the one we have in not reliable. Sorry Uber, but you work only well in big metropolitan areas, as NY, LA, etc. But what do you do in Florida when you need a clean, shiny car that shows up at your location with a moments after the call? - Call Pam Taxi. Once, I had an issue with my car and was stuck at Walmart in Naples. I had to be in Fort Myers to clean one of my rentals. I was in panic. I googled and Pam Taxi was number one on the reviews. I called, 10 min later a driver, a guy from Heidi showed up and drove me to where I needed to be. I felt like I was back in NY city, for he was on TOP of the line skillful driver. I felt safe and I knew I will be where I needed to be on time! He was smiling. I wished I remembered his name. Another time, I finished my work early in Fort Myers Beach and just wanted to go home . . . Serge showed up 30 min later in a fancy car. He was very intelligent, respectful and fun to ride with. My drive to Naples seemed to me just moment. He was very skillful driver as well. Now, I am putting Pam Taxi on my Guest Book for all the travelers to use. Thank you guys for a outstanding business. Helped us in a pinch when Uber and Lyft bailed on us. Was willing to drive 30 min when no one else would to help us out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

I called this taxi service because of the positive reviews. Also because everyone I know uses Uber and I thought I would give the local company a try. Sorry to say, the only thing positive was the driver. He was a gentleman. I called at 1:10 pm. At 1:30 pm, no taxi arrived. I called and he said he was 4 minutes away. That he was. When I arrived home , approximately 6.9 miles , and 46 minutes later, the fare was 25.00. Adding insult to injury, as I waited, a competitor drove by and said, "oh, you are still waiting, sit there, he isn't going to show up. " Another cab appeared with the words "taxiwoman " on the door, she was outright rude and obnoxious. So much for trying to give the local companies a fair chance. Never again!! Uber or Lyft are your best bests. Have never had a problem. read more

Friendly, professional, courteous, and on time with clean, well maintained town cars at a good rate...don't let the name fool you they can provide town cars, vans or taxis... but it is the management and oversight that sets them apart . They will contact you in the manner you wish- phone, email or text and they followup and confirm. read more

Black car service from Bonita Springs to Ft. Lauderdale = perfect for mommy and same price as renting a car one-way to fit 3 kids. Fantastic customer service. Owner is very personal and professional. Open to suggestions and resolving any issues. read more

Serge picked us up at the airport and brought us back again when we left visiting my inlaws. He was on-time, with a smile he helped with our suitcases and the car was immaculate and perfectly cool for the summer Florida heat. Also, on the way to our visit, Serge was appropriately friendly and engaging. Upon our returning to the airport, again, Serge was appropriately quite and respectful that we had phone calls to make and we were tired. This was the Best Cab experience and I would use no other. read more

Pam Car Service - Victor the best! - Taxis Near Me - Naples, Florida

I have used Pam Taxi several times over the past few years and it has never not been a 5-star experience in terms of price, reliability, availability (incl. on short notice) and drivers' friendly personalities and knowledge of the area. read more

My driver was great, he called to check in with me as the plane was landing, let me know when he would be parked waiting for me!

Inefficient, bad timing and poor english. I would recommend another company before using this one

Landing at the Fort Meyers (RSW) FL airport at 11:50 PM after a 9-hour flight, (including an entire flight re-schedule at my initial check-in on the West Coast) meant that I needed an airport shuttle service that would be able to keep in touch, track the change in schedule, be waiting at the airport, and be able to safely and quickly get me to my destination in Naples. Taxi Pam did all that with flying colors, and more! The booking and all communication was prompt, courteous and clear. The price was very reasonable ($50 for basic van taxi). Payment by card at the destination was seamless with no extras or hidden fees. The ride was comfortable and very clean, and the trip direct and quick. Great overall service! Thank you Serge! One last tip - for a late flight, get a taxi service based out of your final destination city. That way, both you and your driver will be headed "home" : )) read more

Bait and switch. They don't send confirmations. I was supposed to receive a call from driver that they were waiting for us at airport. I did not receive a call, and when I called them they forgot my reservation. Worst yet, they sent an old jalopy SUV that was an independent taxi driver, and had no affiliation with Pam. Would not recommend read more

I scheduled a pick-up for my parents to take them to a special dinner I had arranged. I requested a town car, and explained that it was a special evening and that I was interested in something upgraded from a regular taxi service. The person that I spoke to that day when I scheduled the pick-up was very nice. However, the driver ended up showing up one day early. That was not a problem and I told the driver that he had the wrong pick-up date and that I needed the service for the following evening, for the same time. The next evening nobody came for the pick-up. When I called to see what had happened, I spoke with John. John was incredibly rude. I tried to explain my problem to John, however, he kept cutting me off mid-sentence. When I would try to cut back in to finish explaining my issue he would raise his voice and try to talk over me and eventually hang up the phone on me. This happened three times. I called back a fourth time and told John that he no longer needed to look into my problem because I was not going to use this service due to the rude treatment I received, to which he hung up on me again. read more

Best taxi service ever! Ask for Surge, he's on time, friendly, safe, reliable, and knowledgeable. Went to RSW to Marco Island at 1am, and he was there at the right time! They ask for your flight information so they know all the details about when your flight lands. Thanks Taxi Pam! read more

WHAT A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE......the car reaked of bad air freshener.....the driver wouldn't accept a credit card and expected a 20% automatic gratuity. I was questioned as to why I was flying/where I was going and how long I would be gone. I felt like my home would be robbed while I was away! AVOID!!!!! read more

The worst taxi ride I have ever had!!! She shows up 10 minutes early so now I have to rush so I don't get charged a wait charge. The inside of the car stunk, plus no A/C! Then she takes me a long way to my destination even after I told her how to get their, she had no clue of the city! Very disappointed cost me $25 for what should have been a 10 minute ride!!! read more

I always use Taxi Pam for all of my trip since I discover them years ago and still happy because even for early morning or late night pickup, they never let me down. I like the new upgrade in their fleet and also a new phone system and the online booking. Good job guys. highly recommended. read more

These guys are the best. So sweet, so polite, so flexible, so on time. We were taking a car to the Miami airport from Naples and they gave me the driver's name and number in advance. I didn't need it but it's always nice to have. Give them your business! read more

Awesome Taxi Ride....picked me up at 4:30 A.M., right on time, if not a little early! Serge is the sweetest guy, kind, helpful and polite. $120 Naples to Punta Gorda in a nice, big, comfy, SUV. The back seat even reclined a little so I could get in a little nap after chatting with Serge. He's a careful driver too. Don't think twice about a different taxi out of Naples. Just pick up the phone and see if Serge is available. If not, I would think a different driver would also be nice and on time too. I was a little nervous about a 4:30 a.m. pick up and if they would be there on time, but I received a text on my phone that he was outside my door! So nice... :) Thanks Serge!! read more

I used Taxi Pam for a last minute pickup from RSW airport to Naples. They provided friendly service at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again. read more

This is a re-review. There were a couple of glitches the first time I used this car service. In order to make it right, the owner offered me a 50% discount on my next ride. I used Taxi Pam Monday to travel from Bonita Springs to RSW and the trip was perfect. The car was clean and comfortable, the owner, Serge, my driver, was pleasant and professional. I will use the service again. read more

Comfortable ride. Polite gentleman driver . Reasonable rates and prompt. The only thing missing was my morning coffee!!!

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. Horrible Horrible experience. Called to book a car for a friend days in advance. I was never provided any confirmation. I called multiple times leading up to get some form of confirmation via email/text and was told "give me an hour and I will send" - barely speaks English and come to the night a pick up was scheduled for and THEY MESSED UP THE DATE and had no good reasoning as to why. Leaving my friend stranded at the airport at midnight scrambling to find a taxi. Appalling service. NEVER USE TAXI PAM. read more

Picked up in a beat up old van with a driver who drove with one arm and occassionly yelled into her phone. The ride was on par with some of the taxis I rode in when visiting Peru. Except this is America. No wonder they say flying is safer than driving. read more
