I needed a ride to the Key West Express depot in Ft. Meyers Beach Florida. It was short notice, and the response time was very fast. The driver arrived on time , and the car was perfectly clean. It was easy to pay for my ride on their website . A great experience read more

I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Naples Royal Transportation. I needed a 2 1/2 hour ride to Miami from Naples one day with a return trip the next day. The drivers were perfectly on time for pickups, courteous, professional and personable. The cars were late model, spacious and spotlessly clean. What more could anyone hope for? At first I thought Naples Royal was an interesting name. After my experience though I realized it made perfect sense because they truly treated me like royalty. read more

Making reservations from Naples to Punta Gorda was easy. Our driver, Alex was punctual and very professional. The vehicle was a spotless, comfortable Navigator. The price was a bit higher than others but I feel it was well worth it. Alex is an excellent driver. I felt safe and relaxed. I will definitely call Naples Royal Transportation again. read more

I have had a couple of very last minute trips and Naples Royal was very accommodating. Clean, Courteous and On time.

When my travel plans changed unexpectedly less than 24 hours before my departure I suddenly needed a ride to the airport. Fortunately I discovered Naples Royal Transportation (NRT) could help even during this busy season. NRT called me back promptly after seeing my missed call while I was on their website so the phone representative helped to explain everything and coordinate the available ride time. The booking process was easy and assuring with an email confirmation and confirmation call the day of. While I was impressed and pleased with the booking process, I was even MORE impressed with the *exceptional* customer service of my driver Stiliyan. I missed his arrival text so he came to the door to help with my bags and alert me to his timely arrival. Stiliyan was not only incredibly thoughtful, he was an excellent driver and phenomenal conversationalist. I felt such ease with his adapt driving skills and found such stimulating intellectual engagement with his conversation that the drive to the airport flew by. His navigation was impeccable and his conscientiousness was outstanding. I will certainly use Naples Royal Transportation every year when I visit family and if possible, request Stiliyan again as a driver every time. Top notch service! read more

Great service, would definitely recommend and use them again for future travel to the airport

I was looking for a car service and Yelp recommended this business to me. I called around but Naples Royal Transportation offered a simple fixed rate from the airport to Naples and their prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies I looked at. We rode in a newer Chevy SUV on the inbound trip and a Lincoln on the outbound trip. Both cars were clean and comfortable with bottled water provided. Just make your reservation and they will update you via text message when they arrive. This is a local, family run business and I am glad I found them. They will be my first choice the next time I am in town. Thanks Bo and Sergio! read more

The transportation options in Naples, particularly to-from the Fort Myers Airport are limited for someone coming from Chicago where is easy enough to hail a cab or order a rideshare. This was my first time using Naples Royal Transportation. I used the service to travel to and from the RSW airport and the hotel in Naples. Booking the appointment was easy, although I would have liked to have gotten a confirmation number or some kind of mechanism to record/track the pick-up time. Going to the airport on the way back home was definitely smoother than getting from the airport to the hotel but that is mainly because the airport pickup scene is so chaotic--not a reflection on this car service. Drivers are professional, timely, and courteous. The cars are well-maintained as well, providing peace of mind when one is traveling the highways and byways of Florida. read more

Alex picked us up on time. Took good care in loading our belongings and was very helpful. He got us to the airport safely and did an equally outstanding job of unloading our bags and bringing them to the outside sky cap. read more

I was looking to book a transportation company for a small group of executives meeting in town over two days. Have reached out to several companies in Naples with rather disappointing results - price, incomplete quotations (missing service charges, taxes, etc.), and yes, late replies. And then I found Naples Royal Transportation! Prompt response, immediate itinerary/plan of action, best quote in town (greatest price for those out there looking to save!), honest, above all, and great service. I highly recommend their services! And to the reviewer who wrote earlier that this company didn't call back - I suspect that may have been a misdialed number as these guys call almost instantaneously! They want to serve and want to do it well - you should consider giving them another chance! read more

Great Car Service. Pickup from Home and RSW went w/o a hitch! Make sure they have your Mobile # so the Driver(s) can communicate w/you! I had given them our Home # and the Driver tried to call us bc we arrived early at RSW and he ended up calling our home! Top-notch Service! Will use them again! read more

Great people ptompt pleasant & very reasonable pricing much better than uber for sure

Communicative, on time, and had a car seat on request. Highly recommended. Drove us to and from RSW to Marco island.

Naples Royal Transportation has a great set of drivers in nice, clean cars. They've always been punctual which is important when traveling. I've been using them for the past year and wouldn't even consider using any other car service. Alex and his team are excellent when it comes to customer service and professionalism. Next time you need to get anywhere around southern Florida, give Naples Royal Transportation a call for an outstanding car service you can rely on. read more

We flew into RSW and the price for cars was unbelievable so we found this company to take us to our hotel in Naples. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after 11:00 pm and Andre was right there to pick us up. He was very nice and courteous. The car was clean and everything went smoothly. The next morning, we called and Sergio picked us up at the hotel and took us to our rental car at the Naples airport. He was also very polite and courteous, everything you could ask for. Again, the car was clean and it was an excellent experience. When I made arrangements both times, I dealt with Alex and he was also polite and accommodating. If we find ourselves in similar circumstances again, we will definitely use them. Excellent customer service is not always easy to find but they have perfected it. read more

On time and professional! Our driver showed up on time for a very early...4 am pickup going from Naples to RSW. He texted us about 15 minutes before pickup time to say he had arrived at our hotel. Left a message never called me back. They are definitely not reliable. I would give them a 0.don't waste your time with this company

I had a wonderful experience with their service, from my home to RSW. The driver was on time, very courteous, and professional. I arrived on time, with some additional time to spare. I couldn't have asked for better service. read more

The great service I got from NRT began shortly after I requested a quote. I got an email replh very quickly. And the price was very reasonable. The driver Laslo arrived right on the dot and the car, a town car, was impeccably clean, it looked as if it had just come from the showroom. Laslo had two bottles of water in the console, a welcome touch. The ride was excellent, driver was careful and made great time. I'd contacted several places and none got back to me with quotes that included my exact details re dropoff. Only Naples Royal Transportation replied quickly and based their quote on the information I sent. When we use a car service we want to have confidence in the company and I definitely trust the professionalism and integrity of NRT. Many thanks to them for the great service. read more

We used for the first time yesterday to go to RSW on our way home. We have been isolating for several weeks because we are nervous seniors. One of the best rides we have had anywhere. On time, immaculate car wiped down everywhere. Delightful driver ( Alec/ Alex). Would use again and again and highly recommend to anyone! read more

My husband and I used Naples Royal Transportation for the first time in January and was extremely happy with their service. Unfortunately we had a three hour delay with our flight so it was a welcoming sight to have our driver Alex right there to pick us up. He was so nice ~ very professional, pleasant to talk with and provided a nice smooth, safe drive home. I also appreciated the quick confirmation I received to my online booking request and I found their rates to be very reasonable. I would highly recommend Naples Royal Transportation. read more

I had several groups of family and friends traveling between RSW and Naples over the past week. I talked with Alex, set up the itineraries, put my credit card on file and sat back and relaxed while Naples Royal Transportation did all the work. The drivers were professional, the cars were super clean and comfortable. Even with a few flight delays, everyone was picked up and dropped off right on time. I will definitely use their transportation service in the future. read more

Prompt, professional, and affordable! 5 stars! Great reliable transportation services while in Naples.

We recently tried this service for the first time a few weeks ago. I was slightly nervous about doing so because this was for an international business guest who we had not yet met in person, so it was especially important to have a good first impression. We were not disappointed! I was able to book online and manage all communications through email and texting. Naples Royal Transportation kept me notified of their arrival to the airport with good instructions about how to find them. Our guest said that the driver was friendly, helpful, personable and professional. We will definitely hire Naples Royal Transportation again! read more

Fantastic!!!! Always on time, great vehicles, super clean and very friendly!!!!

We used Naples Royal Transportation both ways between Fort Meyers airport and the Ritz Carlton Golf Resort. Alex was our driver both times - everything was super professional from start to finish. We will use them again when we are back in the Naples area! read more

Naples Royal Transportation is far and away the best limousine and car service in SW Florida. Alex and his drivers are thoroughly professional. Their communication is great and their cars are immaculate. Prices are competitive. Drivers always look professional with white shirts and ties. Prompt, timely, courteous service is always given. This is the only company I would consider using for airport service to RSW, MIA and FLL. read more

Great service. On time and efficient. Yelp keeps telling me that my review was a little short, but I think I said everything necessary by saying Great Service. On time and efficient. Is this long enough for you, Yelp? Short and to the point is usually enough communication. read more
