NRT called me back promptly after seeing my missed call while I was on their website so the phone representative helped to explain everything and coordinate the available ride time. The booking process was easy and assuring with an email confirmation and confirmation call the day of. While I was impressed and pleased with the booking process, I was even MORE impressed with the *exceptional* customer service of my driver Stiliyan. I missed his arrival text so he came to the door to help with my bags and alert me to his timely arrival. Stiliyan was not only incredibly thoughtful, he was an excellent driver and phenomenal conversationalist. I felt such ease with his adapt driving skills and found such stimulating intellectual engagement with his conversation that the drive to the airport flew by. His navigation was impeccable and his conscientiousness was outstanding. I was looking for a car service and Yelp recommended this business to me. I called around but Naples Royal Transportation offered a simple fixed rate from the airport to Naples and their prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies I looked at. We rode in a newer Chevy SUV on the inbound trip and a Lincoln on the outbound trip. Both cars were clean and comfortable with bottled water provided. Just make your reservation and they will update you via text message when they arrive. This is a local, family run business and I am glad I found them. The transportation options in Naples, particularly to-from the Fort Myers Airport are limited for someone coming from Chicago where is easy enough to hail a cab or order a rideshare. This was my first time using Naples Royal Transportation. I used the service to travel to and from the RSW airport and the hotel in Naples. Booking the appointment was easy, although I would have liked to have gotten a confirmation number or some kind of mechanism to record/track the pick-up time. Going to the airport on the way back home was definitely smoother than getting from the airport to the hotel but that is mainly because the airport pickup scene is so chaotic--not a reflection on this car service. We flew into RSW and the price for cars was unbelievable so we found this company to take us to our hotel in Naples. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after 11:00 pm and Andre was right there to pick us up. He was very nice and courteous. The car was clean and everything went smoothly. The next morning, we called and Sergio picked us up at the hotel and took us to our rental car at the Naples airport. He was also very polite and courteous, everything you could ask for. Again, the car was clean and it was an excellent experience. When I made arrangements both times, I dealt with Alex and he was also polite and accommodating. If we find ourselves in similar circumstances again, we will definitely use them. Excellent customer service is not always easy to find but they have perfected it. read more

The great service I got from NRT began shortly after I requested a quote. I got an email replh very quickly. And the price was very reasonable. The driver Laslo arrived right on the dot and the car, a town car, was impeccably clean, it looked as if it had just come from the showroom. Laslo had two bottles of water in the console, a welcome touch. The ride was excellent, driver was careful and made great time. I'd contacted several places and none got back to me with quotes that included my exact details re dropoff.
