Car was clean, scent free, and tons of room in the back to stretch your legs after a long flight! I was actually very shocked how much space their was in the back seat. Car kept at a nice temperature as well. $49 from Airport to Fort Myers Beach (Cash of 5% fee on Credit Card so just plan to have your cash ready). We did this instead of paying the $300+ for a rental car. Plus we didn't even need a rental car! Affordable cabs, walkable restaurants/shops, and cheap trolley made a car unnecessary. But that's a story for another time. Back to the cab! Michael made it very easy to make the reservation and make changes. You can also use the form on their website to hash out the details of your trip. They do require a reservation. This is not a taxi you're going to grab as you walk out with your bag. The reservation process is what made me chose Fort Myers Beach Limo over other companies. I like to know I've got my ride all figured out. The pick up process was very smooth, went just as the directions indicated. I received a phone call a few short minutes after landing, thus I then had the driver's phone number. As soon as we had our bags, we gave the driver a call and 2 minutes later we saw him rolling up. A+ easy pick up service. We did have an issue on the way back to the airport. We had changed our reservation (and had been confirmed), but we never got our 15 minute courtesy call. Then our pick up time arrive and we still heard nothing. I got a hold of the driver and he apologized extensively saying he had lost track of time. We sped over to us and thankfully we had planned some extra time. I don't think this is a common occurrence, as the driver was very apologetic and kind of shocked that he had forgotten to pick us up. Our ride back to the airport was comped 100%. I don't think that was necessary, but it was very generous and makes me confident to use Fort Myers Beach Limo the next time I'm in the area. Use this limo/airport shuttle service. You won't regret it! Tip: Accepts cash or credit card with a 5% fee on the card as I mentioned above. Plan ahead and have your cash ready to avoid having to pay this 5% fee and no problems!
