They called my mom as soon as she landed (her flight was delayed btw) and arranged curbside pickup after she got her bags from the baggage claim. They then drove her safely to my house in Naples. They took pride in mentioning their cleanliness and sanitation practices in order to make us feel more comfortable using their services during the age of coronavirus. I wouldn't book for an unaccompanied minor. I was not given many details at all about the ride I…read morebooked, so I called and emailed multiple times to try to get details about who will be accompanying my 9 year old and still didn't get the correct answers. I wasn't told there would be a driver and then a different person at the airport. I guess there was a last minute change for the person at the airport and I was not informed, just got a call from her when they ran into an issue with the bags (they couldn't pay for his bags and then charge my card after, don't know how checking bags for kids is such an issue for a company who does many UM rides a week) and I didn't know the person who was with my 9 year old. I was told that all the info for his ride with this company is shared with the camp that he was getting picked up at, however no one at the camp knew who, where or when he was getting picked up and the driver who called me wasn't the nicest over the phone while I was scrambling to coordinate everything from states away at 7am, everything should have been communicated by them in the first place as I was told. I was also charged a $30 late fee for my kid being probably 15 min late to the pickup spot because 1. he didn't know where to go and 2. They didn't communicate with the camp like they said they would to coordinate the pick up. But I am not even going to email them about it because I just want to be done. I was nervous when I wasn't getting details from this company about my kids ride, so I started coordinating between them and the camp, passing along info, times and names and STILL there were issues. I have 2 stars because Bonnie who helped at the airport was nice and my kid arrived safely on the flight. But the whole process up to that didn't make me feel comfortable at all with the safety and process for my kid. Won't be using them again thats for sure.
