I wouldn't book for an unaccompanied minor. I was not given many details at all about the ride I booked, so I called and emailed multiple times to try to get details about who will be accompanying my 9 year old and still didn't get the correct answers. I wasn't told there would be a driver and then a different person at the airport. I guess there was a last minute change for the person at the airport and I was not informed, just got a call from her when they ran into an issue with the bags (they couldn't pay for his bags and then charge my card after, don't know how checking bags for kids is such an issue for a company who does many UM rides a week) and I didn't know the person who was with my 9 year old. I was told that all the info for his ride with this company is shared with the camp that he was getting picked up at, however no one at the camp knew who, where or when he was getting picked up and the driver who called me wasn't the nicest over the phone while I was scrambling to coordinate everything from states away at 7am, everything should have been communicated by them in the first place as I was told. I was also charged a $30 late fee for my kid being probably 15 min late to the pickup spot because 1. he didn't know where to go and 2. They didn't communicate with the camp like they said they would to coordinate the pick up. But I am not even going to email them about it because I just want to be done. I was nervous when I wasn't getting details from this company about my kids ride, so I started coordinating between them and the camp, passing along info, times and names and STILL there were issues. I have 2 stars because Bonnie who helped at the airport was nice and my kid arrived safely on the flight. But the whole process up to that didn't make me feel comfortable at all with the safety and process for my kid. Won't be using them again thats for sure. read more

Wowowowow! Robert, our driver is first class! This was our first time using Dolphin, normally we use Uber or drive and park from Ft. Myers to Miami but we heard great things about Dolphin. Dolphin exceeded our expectations!! Seamless and easy and relaxing. Normally Miami traffic at 5pm is rough, which it was, but I wasn't driving:)! So professional! Will use in the future. read more

I had another company cancel on me at the last minute and Dolphin came to the rescue for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party. Brenden made the reservation super easy. Very professional. Noemi 'Raquel' was our chauffeur and all I can say is a class act from start to finish. She loved the girls and the girls loved her. Well done Dolphin Transportation Specialists! read more

I just wanted to let you know Vanessa who works for the Ritz Carlton Sarasota FL is our shuttle driver, and she is AMAZING! I interviewed with this company, and passed a drive test. However there were several "red flags." I did not accept employment because of these major concerns: The company expects you to pay ALL the hard costs to get started, (there are many) additionally, expecting you to outlay cash for your own company required drug test. Also, Their website is misleading, Starting pay is $16. How Interesting that they are able to pay a third-party company to prescreen employees. It's not like they're hiring hundreds of people to process. Employee is also expected to keep chauffeur uniform looking sharp ... on $16 Hourly before taxes? Tips are discouraged, employees are expected to tell client that they've already paid for their services. They may treat their customers well, but it appears the perspective employees are not held in the same regard. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I will NEVER use this service again. Trying to book the trip in the beginning was like pulling teeth. They are not willing to work with you at all. Everything was booked via email, I never got to speak to a person which made me nervous. The trip, driver & bus were fine but, their billing department all work remotely which makes it damn near impossible to get ahold of a human being. After taking a trip in March, our card on file was not charged. After many attempts to contact the company, we gave up. We were finally billed 6 months later!! Additional charges with no explanation and again, unable to contact anyone to dispute. Unacceptable way to conduct business. Wish I would've cancelled the credit card given so they couldn't redeem 6 months later. read more

Horrible service, the driver smelled like cigarettes and we were 30 minutes late. Parked in handicap spot I don't know why? read more

Dolphin Transportation Specialists - I'm not sure why Dolphin Florida Transportation had to take a handicap spot. - Limos Near Me - Naples, Florida

I was in a big jam because we were rerouted to Tampa and needed to get to Naples and Tampa had no rental cars Dolphin saved us big time. What's even more impressive is our flight landed at 130a and they still helped us out. Our driver Harry was absolutely the best. First class service all the way. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone! Thanks again, Dolphin. You saved us big time! read more

I had a wonderful ride with Brian yesterday. He was extremely accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend using Dolphin Transportation.

Whenever I travel to Naples for business I always rely on Dolphin Transportation. They are simply the best service in the area - punctual, professional, courteous and - whether a car, limo, bus or coach -their vehicles are spotless and up to date. I can very highly recommend them - they make my Florida trips easy and stress free. read more

Awful experience both to and from the Miami airport with this company. We took the advice of the dispatch as to what time to leave for our trip to the Miami Airport for our international flight and the driver was so slow we were not allowed to check into our flight because we arrived LESS than an hour before the international requirement. We literally begged the supervisor to let us try and run for the plane. My 80 year old father, my two children and me with my 10 month infant had to run for our flight, all the while hoping our bags would be there on the other end. Very stressful way to start out trip and all due to the fact that our driver was incredibly slow and the company did not account for Miami traffic. We had Dolphin meet us on the way back and the driver was not standing outside customs where typically we are met (and where all the other drivers wait). He was in the completely wrong terminal and when I told him where we were located he initially told me to COME FIND HIM! Again, we were a party of 10 with some older travelers, children and an infant coming off a long international flight and he wanted us, with all our luggage, to look for him? Ultimately, it took him over 45 minutes to locate us. I emailed Dolphin the day after our return to tell them how disappointed we were in their service and never got a reply from anyone at the company. There are so many other car services in the SW Florida area, I would never use this company again. read more

I hired four different rides for the same day (wedding transportation), one being long distance to the other coast. All rides arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled time, the drivers were very professional and friendly and the office staff that arranged everything was extremely helpful. I would use this company for all of my transportation needs and recommend them highly. read more

I've never reviewed a car service before, but our experience with our driver from Naples Grande Resort to the airport was so solid, I figured I must. Too bad I forgot his name, but he was awesome. From the start, our driver was friendly, personable, and most importantly - a safe driver. I had an insane craving for Chickfila and he even let us stop and pick some up to bring to the airport! Amazing! And after all that, we still made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Accomodating and friendly drivers! read more

This company is AMAZING ! I've had the opportunity to use Dolphin Transportation on my trips to the Naples area and have found them to be EXCELLENT in EVERY way. The drivers are always personable and professional and their equipment is immaculate and state of the art ! I've had many personal transportation needs that they have easily been able to accommodate without challenge to their organizational system or equipment availability ! I recommend giving them a try whatever your Transportation needs are in the area. Dolphin Transportation Specialist are the preferred transportation company for the areas luxury resorts. They excel from planning to execution. Their vehicle fleet is both beautiful and immaculate with no other company in the area being able to compare. Having been in the special events industry in Naples area since 2002 I have worked with all of the services. Dolphin isn't trying to be everything to everyone (destination management company, tour company, etc.); they focus on being the best in transportation services and that's why they excel. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for all your transportation needs! The best transportation service we have used. We have used them for two round trips, once to Ft Lauderdale International and once to the cruise terminal in Miami. Both trips were from Cape Coral. Our drivers were professional, polite, timely, safe and entertaining. They were responsive to the needs of their passengers. The coach and the car that we used were both very clean, well appointed and mechanically sound. The online reservation service was easy to use. Tony, the person that we dealt with via e-mail was also accommodating, professional and polite. A very good organization that we will enthusiastically use again. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs transportation. read more

We were here in Naples juggling delayed flights and cancelled flights of various family members coming down to stay with us. Dolphin totally came thru for us on some very last minute pick ups when other companies couldnt! I was so grateful for this as it was our children, their friends and my in-laws. (all precious cargo!) Thank you Dolphin! read more

I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves one. They were so accommodating with my delayed travels. On time and made what was an end to a long day of travel so nice. We used Dolphin transportation for a ride from our Naples hotel to the airport. Our driver was Graham and it was his first day on the job. He was a very nice guy and we felt safe with him. I would highly recommend Graham to anyone and he will be my first choice when I come back to Naples. Thanks Graham for a wonderful experience. read more

Tall, comfortable coaches are provided to transport groups in charter excursions. Our own trip included a microphone malfunction which pretty much screwed plans for on board remarks by an eminent lecturer. But Dolphin rallied and got it fixed for the return of the roundtrip, adding their profuse apologies. Private limo service is also a business staple of Dolphin, serving the famous (TV's Judge Judy) and the not-so-famous from their Naples' base. read more

Dolphin is my go to source for all my transportation needs. Their vehicles are clean and well maintained and their staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn't think of using anyone else. Teachers read below before booking a trip with this company. Our school hired two buses from Dolphin for a trip (approximately 2 hours) on November 2. The DVD player on one of the buses didn't work. This was disappointing, but things break and I understand that, so we made the best of the situation. The buses were to arrive back the next night to pick us up and bring us back to school. We requested that they try to fix the DVD player before then or bring a different bus. They were unable to do this so we switched the kids buses to make it fair and they got us home safe. We hired Dolphin again for a longer trip (3.5-4 hours each way) one month later on December 4th. This was a one day trip to Orlando. I called the company myself on December 2nd to ask them to check the equipment before they sent the buses this time. I spoke with Jennifer in customer service. I explained the problem on the previous trip. I told her that I am sure they must have fixed the equipment by now since it had been a month, but could she please have someone look into it before they sent the buses this time. She assured me they would take care of it. The buses arrived on the morning of December 4 and one of the buses had a broken DVD player again. It seems they have been disappointing all of their customers that get stuck with this bus for at least one month. The drivers were very courteous and safe. They were apologetic about the faulty equipment. They accommodated changes to our schedule on the most recent trip as well. read more

From the phone call to reserve a vehicle, to the chauffeur who showed up early in an immaculate Lincoln Continental, every aspect of my trip went perfect. Completely horrific experience. I wish I could give less than one star. We booked a bus from 10:00 PM-12:00 for our wedding as the 2nd leg to get our guests home. The driver showed up at 8:00 PM. We asked him to come back at the agreed-upon time. When he came back at 10:00 PM, he said that he was only doing one trip back to the hotels and that was it. Never mind that all the hotels were within 5 miles of the venue so 2 trips should not have been an issue, he simply did not want to stay til midnight (even though that is what we paid for) because he messed up and showed up earlier than he was supposed to. He essentially left my guests to find their own rides home (not easy to do in Naples since it's a smaller beach/retirement community and there aren't any cabs readily available). When I contacted the company, they said they could not do any refunds whatsoever, only offer me a limousine for 4 hours. Why would I ever want to use that service, even for free, after my first experience?! The driver would probably quit halfway through again anyway. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, especially if it's for an important event like a wedding. You'll just find yourself stranded somewhere calling yellow cab. read more

I travel to Naples regularly on vacation with my kids. The Dolphin Service from the airport and for excursions in the surrounding area is always seamless, professional and reliable. Last year we hired Dolphin to pick up my 82 year old mother-in-law from her flight from London to Miami and had them bring her up to us in Naples. She was exhausted, but so well catered to and cared for and we were so grateful for the kindness of the driver and the luxury car provided. We will be back down to find the sun in a couple of weeks and we will of course use Dolphin again. read more

We used Dolphin for a large group we had in town for a wedding and the service was AMAZING. The driver showed up ahead of time and spoke with almost everyone in the group. Michael went over the route with me and made me feel really at ease about the entire trip. The price was the best in town... The 2 Best things about this wedding was our transportation from Dolphin and when it was over.....A few ladies used the Maxi Sedan service for some last minute shopping for the wedding and that was very cost effective also. Much better than UBER back home. read more

I am in charge of a competition team at Lorenzo Walker Institute in Naples , FL. I have used Dolphin Transportation for every event over the past 2 schools years and could not be happier. We have had some crazy external situations, weather etc. that were unpreventable, but Dolphin and their drivers have always stepped up and exceeded our expectations. I would rate this company beyond a 5 from the sales department (Barry) to the actual drivers (Jose and Arnold) on the road. This company has exceeded all expectations for service and professionalism. I highly recommend this company. read more
