I wouldn't book for an unaccompanied minor. I was not given many details at all about the ride I booked, so I called and emailed multiple times to try to get details about who will be accompanying my 9 year old and still didn't get the correct answers. I wasn't told there would be a driver and then a different person at the airport. I guess there was a last minute change for the person at the airport and I was not informed, just got a call from her when they ran into an issue with the bags (they couldn't pay for his bags and then charge my card after, don't know how checking bags for kids is such an issue for a company who does many UM rides a week) and I didn't know the person who was with my 9 year old. I was told that all the info for his ride with this company is shared with the camp that he was getting picked up at, however no one at the camp knew who, where or when he was getting picked up and the driver who called me wasn't the nicest over the phone while I was scrambling to coordinate everything from states away at 7am, everything should have been communicated by them in the first place as I was told. I was also charged a $30 late fee for my kid being probably 15 min late to the pickup spot because 1. he didn't know where to go and 2. They didn't communicate with the camp like they said they would to coordinate the pick up. But I am not even going to email them about it because I just want to be done. I was nervous when I wasn't getting details from this company about my kids ride, so I started coordinating between them and the camp, passing along info, times and names and STILL there were issues. I have 2 stars because Bonnie who helped at the airport was nice and my kid arrived safely on the flight. But the whole process up to that didn't make me feel comfortable at all with the safety and process for my kid. Won't be using them again thats for sure. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I will NEVER use this service again. Trying to book the trip in the beginning was like pulling teeth. They are not willing to work with you at all. Everything was booked via email, I never got to speak to a person which made me nervous. The trip, driver & bus were fine but, their billing department all work remotely which makes it damn near impossible to get ahold of a human being. After taking a trip in March, our card on file was not charged. After many attempts to contact the company, we gave up. We were finally billed 6 months later!! Additional charges with no explanation and again, unable to contact anyone to dispute. Unacceptable way to conduct business. I interviewed with this company, and passed a drive test. However there were several "red flags." I did not accept employment because of these major concerns: The company expects you to pay ALL the hard costs to get started, (there are many) additionally, expecting you to outlay cash for your own company required drug test. Also, Their website is misleading, Starting pay is $16. How Interesting that they are able to pay a third-party company to prescreen employees. It's not like they're hiring hundreds of people to process. Employee is also expected to keep chauffeur uniform looking sharp ... on $16 Hourly before taxes? Tips are discouraged, employees are expected to tell client that they've already paid for their services. They may treat their customers well, but it appears the perspective employees are not held in the same regard. read more

Awful experience both to and from the Miami airport with this company. We took the advice of the dispatch as to what time to leave for our trip to the Miami Airport for our international flight and the driver was so slow we were not allowed to check into our flight because we arrived LESS than an hour before the international requirement. We literally begged the supervisor to let us try and run for the plane. My 80 year old father, my two children and me with my 10 month infant had to run for our flight, all the while hoping our bags would be there on the other end. Very stressful way to start out trip and all due to the fact that our driver was incredibly slow and the company did not account for Miami traffic. We had Dolphin meet us on the way back and the driver was not standing outside customs where typically we are met (and where all the other drivers wait). He was in the completely wrong terminal and when I told him where we were located he initially told me to COME FIND HIM! Again, we were a party of 10 with some older travelers, children and an infant coming off a long international flight and he wanted us, with all our luggage, to look for him? Ultimately, it took him over 45 minutes to locate us. I emailed Dolphin the day after our return to tell them how disappointed we were in their service and never got a reply from anyone at the company. There are so many other car services in the SW Florida area, I would never use this company again. read more

I've never reviewed a car service before, but our experience with our driver from Naples Grande Resort to the airport was so solid, I figured I must. Too bad I forgot his name, but he was awesome. From the start, our driver was friendly, personable, and most importantly - a safe driver. I had an insane craving for Chickfila and he even let us stop and pick some up to bring to the airport! The best transportation service we have used. We have used them for two round trips, once to Ft Lauderdale International and once to the cruise terminal in Miami. Both trips were from Cape Coral. Our drivers were professional, polite, timely, safe and entertaining. They were responsive to the needs of their passengers. Tall, comfortable coaches are provided to transport groups in charter excursions. Our own trip included a microphone malfunction which pretty much screwed plans for on board remarks by an eminent lecturer. But Dolphin rallied and got it fixed for the return of the roundtrip, adding their profuse apologies. Teachers read below before booking a trip with this company. Our school hired two buses from Dolphin for a trip (approximately 2 hours) on November 2. The DVD player on one of the buses didn't work. This was disappointing, but things break and I understand that, so we made the best of the situation. The buses were to arrive back the next night to pick us up and bring us back to school. We requested that they try to fix the DVD player before then or bring a different bus. They were unable to do this so we switched the kids buses to make it fair and they got us home safe. We hired Dolphin again for a longer trip (3.5-4 hours each way) one month later on December 4th. This was a one day trip to Orlando. I called the company myself on December 2nd to ask them to check the equipment before they sent the buses this time. I spoke with Jennifer in customer service. I explained the problem on the previous trip. I told her that I am sure they must have fixed the equipment by now since it had been a month, but could she please have someone look into it before they sent the buses this time. She assured me they would take care of it. The buses arrived on the morning of December 4 and one of the buses had a broken DVD player again. It seems they have been disappointing all of their customers that get stuck with this bus for at least one month. The drivers were very courteous and safe. They were apologetic about the faulty equipment. They accommodated changes to our schedule on the most recent trip as well. read more

I travel to Naples regularly on vacation with my kids. The Dolphin Service from the airport and for excursions in the surrounding area is always seamless, professional and reliable. Last year we hired Dolphin to pick up my 82 year old mother-in-law from her flight from London to Miami and had them bring her up to us in Naples. She was exhausted, but so well catered to and cared for and we were so grateful for the kindness of the driver and the luxury car provided. We will be back down to find the sun in a couple of weeks and we will of course use Dolphin again. read more

Completely horrific experience. I wish I could give less than one star. We booked a bus from 10:00 PM-12:00 for our wedding as the 2nd leg to get our guests home. The driver showed up at 8:00 PM. We asked him to come back at the agreed-upon time. When he came back at 10:00 PM, he said that he was only doing one trip back to the hotels and that was it. Never mind that all the hotels were within 5 miles of the venue so 2 trips should not have been an issue, he simply did not want to stay til midnight (even though that is what we paid for) because he messed up and showed up earlier than he was supposed to. He essentially left my guests to find their own rides home (not easy to do in Naples since it's a smaller beach/retirement community and there aren't any cabs readily available). When I contacted the company, they said they could not do any refunds whatsoever, only offer me a limousine for 4 hours. Why would I ever want to use that service, even for free, after my first experience?! The driver would probably quit halfway through again anyway. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, especially if it's for an important event like a wedding. You'll just find yourself stranded somewhere calling yellow cab. read more
