This is the second time I've used Top Ride Transportation, and both experiences were excellent. The…read morefirst was for a cruise in Miami, and the second for a trip to RSW Airport. Mr. Gaby Boutros is absolutely the best--friendly, considerate, and always on time. The van is consistently clean, spacious, and perfect for multiple passengers and luggage. Pretty much the worst possible experience with this company. They have a business PayPal account in…read morewhich I deposited the fare the evening before pickup. Upon arrival at the airport they illegally detained my associate demanding an additional form of payment because they claimed they don't use PayPal. (The business is listed as paypal accepting according to the PayPal vendor list) I explained to them that the business has a PayPal account and showed the receipt where the funds had been deposited in the account. Still they demanded that I pay an additional $200 before they would let her exit the vehicle. I of course paid this so she would be released. What should have been an easy trip to the airport turned into an adventure in extortion and false imprisonment. Later they called to confirm that they did receive the money in their PayPal and will refund it ...... That was 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for a refund.......

Very smooth experience from beginning to end, starting with the excellent service I received when I…read morefirst called them up. For someone who was not familiar with the surroundings, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a reliable ride from downtown Ft. Myers to the airport. I even considered walking 5hrs along the highway to avoid the horror stories suffered by other travelers who've used other taxi/shuttle services to the airport. Luckily, I came across this service and it lifted a huge load off my shoulders. I also needed to get some work done remotely, so the quick, smooth ride saved me a lot of time before my flight. Even though I only called a few hours ahead, they had drivers available within half an hour. They took down my name, number, and location, and I received a call from the driver as he arrived at my pick-up location - a neighborhood coffee shop. It seems like they are very well-organized and well-staffed. The drivers are very friendly, professional, and hard-working. I was in a van that seats up to 8 people. The cost is reasonable, considering the quality of service and the stress-free experience. I made sure to tip accordingly and will definitely use them again when I am in the area in the future. Their services even extend all the way to Tampa, Sarasota, and Miami, among other places. Not sure how much those rides cost, but if you're in a pinch, this is definitely a reliable service to get you to your desired airport location!

Mega helpful!!! Especially when you're me! What do I mean by that? Allow me to tell you...The last…read moretime I used RideNaples, I flew in pretty late. What I forgot to do was to confirm the ride from the email they had sent me. They do this as a back up. Welp, apparently I missed the "back up" to allow for errors. I texted the owner Mark, who handled it like a true professional! He had an Uber there for me within minutes!!! Without costing me anymore and feeling like I got the "white glove" treatment despite the fact that I didn't confirm and verify. Second "dough head" maneuver on my part. I booked the ride online. I received 2 texts, one from the driver picking me up AND the owner the night before, confirming my drop off point. What the bleep was I thinking? I'm still not too sure how I had them dropping me off in a different town but apparently I did. (If I haven't said this yet, let's just say, it's not always easy being me!!). Insert goofy face here. Anyway, Once I gave them the correct address, Mark had to swap out drivers and did so with professionalism and kindness. I'm a fan! You should be too, especially if you're anything like moi.
