He is thankful for each and every delivery. My daughter and I went to Naples on Spring Break 2015 and did not rent a car. (We were only there for 4 days) Aside from the airport/hotel shuttle, we were treated by Marceau's wonderful service. When I say honest, let me tell you......I asked him to take me to the resale/consignment district in Naples (awesome, by the way). He dropped me off there and I shopped for about 2 hours. Exhausted, I decided to call Marceau. He was already there waiting for me. He didn't charge for the waiting and promptly dropped me back off at the hotel. WOW Also, the fare to/from the Naples Beach Area to the airport is $70. When he took us to the airport, he asked for $65. Kind, honest, and professional (he didn't tell me about his life, I asked). Enough said.

After researching and talking to several travel agents, Mary Ann Ramsey (I think the owner of Betty McClean travel) was the only one who took time to get to know us, our travel habits, our favorite hotels, etc. Since this was the first time we needed to use an agent, we were slightly nervous. But Betty has been 5 star since the beginning. She gave us great advice about where to stay in the Serengeti, and took time to answer all our questions. Once we decided on staying at Singita Faru Faru, Mary Ann and her team made the whole process a breeze. The arranged all our travel, transfers, visa documents and correspondence with Singita. We even got care packages with maps and books on the animals before we left. A week before our departure, we got another care package with all our documents and travel arrangements printed out, currency conversion, information on all the areas we were traveling to, etc. I know she was in touch with the management at Singita before, during and after our stay, and we also got 30 minutes of complimentary spa massages because she is a Virtuoso agent. Also, when we arrived home we had ANOTHER care package with a beautiful book about the Serengeti. We had an amazing service from start to finish!!! Visiting Africa was an amazing experience, and we are so thankful for Mary Ann Ramsey, Linda Walker, Maggie Ziomek and the rest of her team for making our travels so smooth and wonderful. We are already planning our next trip to Africa, and will be using them again!

The shuttle is a great way to get on the water and experience a few places. We saw dolphins, bar hopped, and had a wonderful day. Below are the tips I have and pros/cons for your experience. Boat is cash or Venmo and there is a tip bucket for the captain. Captain will make stop recommendations based on time and if the spot has a happy hour. The day you want to go out, double check their Facebook page to make sure there are no weather related cancelations which can happen due to water or wind conditions. There is a step into and out of the boat. One passenger had a very hard time getting out, I am unsure if they returned. See photo for step. Most stops along the route will let you get a to-go cup to finish your drink on the water. The Dock (restaurant) does not do to-go drinks, all other stops do. Boat holds 24 people and they did a good job rotating in/out so nobody was ever declined to board. A couple of the stops are easy walking distance from one another so you could move to another spot within the hour if you didn't want to wait to move onwards, and still be able to catch the next boat. For example, if dropped off at Boathouse, you could walk to Dock and then catch the boat at the city dock 80 minutes later. It gets all three stops for you without burning an hour at each. Favorite stops along the journey were Syren and Cabana bar. Definitely want to come back!

We ended up canceling the cruise due to Covid restrictions. We instructed her to give us our certificates (which we own, not her) because we booked a cruise with our regular agent and never wanted to do business with her again. However, she decided to rebooked us on the cruise we already have booked with another agent! She not only stole these certificates, she has lied and hid what she was doing. We just happened to see it when we logged into our cruise account. She did not have any authority to book another cruise for us EVER. And just so you know, her paperwork is next to nothing. When we initially booked we only received a receipt for our deposit. Never did she provide us with a receipt of paid in full which she wanted more than 60 days prior to full payment due by the cruise line. Wanting everyone to know about how she practices business so no one else gets burned by her.
