5-15-23 This was the worst experience I've ever encountered. I did not hear from my driver the night before and although the confirmation email stated to call before 10:00pm if you don't hear from your driver, I was at a dinner and called at 9:00pm PST which was midnight EST. I fully didn't intend to speak with anyone but to leave a message. As I was boarding my flight the next morning I called again approximately 7:30am EST since I had yet to hear if I had a ride that afternoon. Left a voicemail, also sent a text and email since it wasn't clear the method of communication. I received a scathing, condescending text from the owner asking "what is wrong with me" for waking him up at midnight and again at 7:30am. mind you he never responded if I woke him up with a ride confirmation. He texted he cancelled my rides as my punishment for calling him at off hours, and to take a taxi. It's amazing he still has a business. He was rude and condescending. There are plenty of other transportation companies that I will be using in the future. read more

I would not recommend them!!! Booked a car the night before from Naples to Miami. I received their confirmation email . In that email it stated the driver will text the night before (same day of booking) and I never received the email from the driver. I never thought twice about it. Yes I was preparing for an international trip and had 100 things to do before I left the following day, shame on me (the customer ) for not following up. No one showed up, I read my email again and realized I didn't get a text from the driver. I called their number several times and no one answered Just a message. I contacted them via Facebook and called the number that was on there messenger and that was disconnected. After 30 minutes of calling and calling, sending an email and a message, I finally got a hold of the owner Mark. He stated he does not answer his phone when he's with clients. I asked him where the car was. His response was "did I receive a text back from my driver the night before?". I said no, he said well you should've called us. Suffice it to say he was insistent it was my issue. Really? I had a confirmation email, but apparently that doesn't matter. It's up to me the customer to make sure his driver texts me. Maybe next time, I will be a better customer. But not with RideNaples. His system and his process is broken, he's a little business trying to grow, and he has no sense of customer service. He went to send a car over (45 min late) and we, in the meantime, had somebody else drive a us . I will never ever use RideNaples - EVER!!!! read more

Experience, both in the past and as recent as a day ago, could not have been better! Drivers are great, and pickup at the cruise port was absolutely perfect. Those who have cruised know that pickup may be the most challenging thing for a driver, and RideNaples managed it to perfection. Will absolutely book with them in the future. read more

Wish I would have read reviews - Left Stranded I booked 4 days in advance and received a confirmation via email. Driver arrived 10 minutes early and left before my 9:30am pick up to the airport without any notice. I tried calling without reply. Trip had been outsourced to Uber! I had to scramble and ultimately had to pay a second time through Uber directly. I left 3 messages politely asking for a refund and eventually received a text asking "what do you want?" I received a string of really rude texts from Mark stating he would not refund. Do yourself a favor and stay away. read more

I did not receive a phone call from my driver the night before as I was told would happen by email. so called the next morning leaving a message. received a text saying I had a driver. I texted back asking for a name. they said that showed a lack of confidence in their company and canceled my ride to RSW on the day it was to happen. not sure where I went wrong but I feel they are totally unreliable read more

Great communication. Had a very early flight. Received a text the night before from the driver confirming the arrangement. Was right on time for a 430 am pickup ( was actually there early). Only thing keeping this from 5 stars was the vehicle itself. Cleanliness left a little to be desired. Otherwise very reliable and would use again. read more

We have been using Ride of Naples for a few years now. Mark is great to work with. one time my ride was running late and Mark got us an alternative ride to the airport. He never disappoints. Last driver we had was Nathalie. She was outstanding. I would definitely request her again. read more

I need to rate them a zero! Made a reservation from home destination in North Naples to RSW for 11/9/23. My credit card got charged, I received a confirmation text and email with a note saying I would receive another text the night before with ride information for pickup. I never received the follow up text, and rider never showed up! I've called several times, left a message, sent an email so I could try and get a refund. They don't answer and have not responded to my email. Are they still in business? DON'T USE THEM! read more

Paid/scheduled ride for my son. Day before ride you get a ride reminder that says you'll hear from your driver by that night. Heard nothing. called the listed phone number where it said number out of service. next morning when ride was soon expected to come still hadn't heard from anyone, called again same out of service number. Thirty minutes after scheduled time an Uber showed up. Uber driver said they probably gave ride to Uber to save company money. meanwhile zero contact from company and sending driver thirty minutes late. I'm not sure if this company had closed up doors and was pushing clients off or what exactly happened. Thankful (this time) to have a delayed flight and still make it on time but will not use this company again or recommend. read more

I was 45 minutes late getting into Ft Myers airport. When I texted RideNaples, they were half hour away on Marco, rather than have me wait, 3 minutes later I was picked up by a very nice Uber driver whom they have an agreement with. The Ride Naples process and service are great. Easy to book. Reasonable rates. Great execution. They sent an email confirm with picture of the driver and car with great instructions the night before. Kurt was our driver on a late night pickup at RSW and also did the return a few days later. Great car and ahead of schedule both ways and very patient when he needed to wait for us. I had a reservation for pickup at 4:30 am on December 24, 2022. On December 23, 2022, I received a text with a picture of the driver, car, and license. When the driver failed to show, I called the emergency number and office number to no avail. I texted the driver more than once and he eventually responded 11 hours later. He said he didn't feel well, went to the emergency room and was not allowed to call me to cancel. I chose RideNaples because I like to support local, family businesses. Someone from the company should have called me. Not a good way to run a business. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Ride Naples is awesome. I highly recommend! I had 4 delays and a cancellation over two days and their flexibility in accommodating these changes was nothing short of fantastic! Scheduled and paid days in advance and no one showed up. No call, text or email. DO NOT USE!

BEWARE! We booked a ride for 11/13/22 but had to cancel 2 days in advance. I received the email notification stating that the ride had been cancelled and to please allow 30 days for all refunds to be processed and posted on my card. I waited a little over 30 days and reached out as I had not yet received my refund. Mark did initially respond in December via the website chat asking for my contact information, stating that he would get back to me. I followed up after a couple days of not hearing anything on 12/21, again on 12/30, and a final time on 1/5. This is in addition to numerous attempts of chatting on the website and calling. The mailbox is full and he does not pick up. Very upset as this company had good reviews but beware - unreliable. Going to try to get refund through credit card company as well or bring in legal support from a friend. read more
