I used RideNaples to Port of Miami from North Naples 12-22-2019 and return trip Jan 5, 2020. My Naples pick up called me the evening before to confirm. Eddie then called to report he was waiting in my driveway 20 min. before I expected. No rush, but ready whenever we were. He expertly loaded luggage, a wheel chair and a knee roller. His Van was spacious, comfortable and spotless. He was a cautious skilled driver and a pleasant conversationalist. He also respected "nap time". We arrived on time, relaxed and happy. Pick up Port of Miami was just as smooth. Phil called 40 min before our scheduled pick up to relate he was in the Port, less than 10 min away and to call when we cleared Customs. Pick up at curbside was smooth and we were off. Phil was an excellent driver and conversationalist with a broad knowledge base. We arrived home stress free and happy. Great customer service every time. This is the fourth time my family of six has used Ride Naples. They have always come through. We had our flight delayed from DTW to RSW by two hours. I could not communicate while in flight. As soon as we landed Mark had already seen that the flight was delayed and made adjustments. On our return trip home I made a mistake. I had booked our ride back to the air port for the 16th instead of the 8th. I text Mark at 9:30 pm the night before we are suppose to leave and told him my mistake. By 9:45pm my driver Naylin sent me a text confirming that he would be picking us at the time I meant to schedule. Drivers are always very courteous, professional, and prompt. RideNaples was perfect. Fit my business needs. They showed up when they said they would both at my house and at the airport. I didn;t have to worry about IF there was an Uber in the area and they were going tomake it to my house in good time. Although there was a change of drivers at the last minute at the airport, they were great about communicating the change before I even got on the plane to come home. So I knew what was happening. Good communication with customer. Made me feel less apprehensive about if I was going to make my flight ( since traffic and crowds at the airport really slowed check in down a lot). Two rides with RideNaples, to and from the airport. Mark, the owner picked us up on time even though our plane with late. So he had to wait for us, which was great of him. Very talkative guy! Armando took us back. Very nice man and his van was beautiful! Only problem, if you see it as a problem, was that he was 25 minutes early and we had to rush to get going. We already had a long wait at the airport, this just made it a little longer. Check rates carefully when signing up online, the final rates were more than advertised online, so only 4 stars. read more

Called Mark owner of RideNaples at the last minute to get a ride from Naples to Miami for an emergency trip to Ohio. My flight was leaving within 5 hours and he was able to get me a ride within 30 minutes. His driver arrived in a clean mini van, he loaded my luggage and was very professional through out the experience easing my anxiety. Mark ordered my wife and two young daughters, ages two and four, out of his car on Collier Boulevard because my two-year old was crying after a long day of traveling. Oscar did a great job. The night before our arrival he sent a picture of himself and the vehicle. We booked our ride for 45 minutes after our scheduled arrival. He confirmed with us when our plane arrived and was waiting when we walked out the airport door. We didn't have to wait until our scheduled time. I loved his flexibility. He knew a lot about the area we were going and suggested things to do that you wouldn't find in a tour book. We enjoyed his company and will use this service again. read more

Ride Naples provided great service! I was provided their information by a friend that travels to/from RSW and Marco Island. I stayed at the JW Marriot, when I asked the concierge about airport transport they didn't let me know about Ride Naples, so glad my friend did! A much more reasonable cost, Naylin was the friendliest driver, had great conversations! The app works a little different than Uber, you don't get to tip after the fact, so make sure you have cash on hand to tip your driver. read more

Thanks to this wonderful company my husband and I were able to return to Ft Myers without mortgaging our condo! They were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our driver made the ride home very pleasant. He bit only arrived in time to retrieve us from the airport but endured some nasty traffic and never wavered in his demeanor. Terrible. After this business canceled my scheduled trip at the last minute, he dragged his feet on reimbursing the prepaid cost of the ride. I had to threaten to sue him before he paid me back. A review of his court record shows that he averages 3 court cases per year over the last dozen years, every single one of them as a defendant. I panicked when our driver didn't show up exactly on time for our pick up to the airport. I called the main number and a driver was at my location within 10 minutes. Apparently the original booked driver was stuck in traffic. That happens but they responded quickly and provided a different driver within minutes. They were so responsive and professional I'd recommend them to anyone! read more
