highly recommended. Completely reliable. I called and scheduled a pickup to the Fort Myers airport, my flight kept getting delayed and by 3 times. Almost every 30 minutes before my pickup times I called Taxi Pam and reschedule, the dispatch was so kind, nice and I can feel smile on his face and he never got tired with me witches surprised me. Finally when my last pickup time came the driver was outside and text my cell phone, not even a minute late. I like that. The driver was a polite, charming and talkative Haitian young man. The car was clean, the driver was well dress up for a cab driver. One of the best features about this cab service that I really like, they can provide you in advance, the name and the phone number of your driver if requested. They did it to me beacause after called and reschedule 3 times, I felt so embarrassed because the dispatch was so nice, I was thinking to call directly and deal with the driver if I have to call to reschedule again or cancel. Make this your default transportation firm... We have been using Taxi Pam for 3+ years. The level of personal service is unparalleled. Each trip is pleasant and predictable with the car typically arriving 15-20 min in advance of the requested departure time. We have had family, clients and guests arrive or depart from Punta Gorda, Ft Meyers, Miami, Tampa, Ft Lauderdale in groups and as individuals without incident and more often then not I receive an unsolicited positive comment about the experience. One notable experience found us frantic missing my sons passport with a Miami departure and my daughter having to make the flight for work. A second car arrived to take myself and daughter to Miami while the first waited and assisted searching through luggage. When the passport was found my wife and son were quickly and safely delivered to Miami and made the flight! What I like the most about Taxi Pam is they never upset or complaints even if it's your fault or not because I was supposed to get a flight at 6 o'clock in the morning to get to DC then will need another ride at midnight from Rsw, I used them previously and knew that I could count on them but when I made it online via their booking system online, I made a huge mistake by reserving a car at 6h am wile my airplane was at 6 am. I chose Taxi Pam to provide service to board members arriving into Fort Myers for a board meeting at the Waldorf in Naples because I thought the company they suggested was too expensive. Both Serges and Tony - my contacts at Taxi Pam - did everything possible from the beginning to make the process of arranging pickup for so many individuals coming in at various times over two days (as well as departures) basically seamless. The price quoted was less than half quoted by the other transportation company so I was a little nervous about the service they would provide (remember we're dealing with the board here). I could have saved myself the trouble. Everyone was picked up on schedule and...just as important...the service was provided in a courteous and professional manner. Great car service in Naples. I usually do not need a lift to the airport; so, I was not sure what service to use to get from Old Naples to RSW airport by Ft. Myers. I took a flyer on Taxi Pam based on other reviews. They were Great. They called twice to confirm, and then when the driver got stuck in traffic en route to picking me up they apologized for the slight delay and kept texting his location and new expected ETA. "He is now 12 mintues away." "He will be there in five minutes." And he was, at 8:05 AM for an 8 AM scheduled pick up. NIce, clean car. Great and friendly, well-dressed driver who got me comfortably up to the airport in plenty of time. I don't know how often in the future I will need a car service in the Naples area, but I do not that whenever I do Taxi Pam is the car service I will be using. read more

I guess they deserve more than 5 stars. First time using a different car service after the last one that I have been using for the last 10 years left me few times at the airport with scarred option b. I reserved them 15 days ago when I was in Paris, France and never be able to call again to confirm or talk to nobody. When I got the Miami airport, things were excatly the way the dispatch explainded to me on the phone wen I made the reservation. I was so happy. The driver was well dress up on a black suit with my name on the sign and the Suv was very clean, smelt fresh air and we had a great conversation all the way down to Naples. Always punctual and early for pickup removing the wondering if my ride is going to show up so I get to my destination on time. Once again Taxi Pam prove themselves the best in town. We have to move a group of 20 people from Fort-Myers Airport to Ritz Carlton beach hotel for an important meeting very important. We call them an a short notice because our last option left us down, we were so worried about getting every one pickup on time but when we called in the last minute Taxi Pam and Car service, the dispatcher was so calm and confident gave me peace in mind. I was so happy that I can count on Taxi Pam for my taxi cab pick up and trust me this time they really save me and cover my back. My dad was suppose to pick me up at Fort Myers Airport and for some reason my place was 3 hours delayed, got to the airport at 12h15 am. Very professional, first class service. I came for the first time in Naples for a job training. Great reliable cab service. My husband's car was brake down and I need to call a taxi service at last minute. I call Taxi Pam and I was scarred about loosing my flight but the dispatch was so calm and confirm that a car will be in my house very shortly. Big surprise, I cannot believe it, a black Suv was outside my door in less than 10 minutes, after my first call. Excellent car service. I was impressed the other night when my husband and I were escorted as a Vip in a secret service vehicle. The Suburban was immaculately clean with Fresh bottle water setup inside waiting for us. From Miami International Airport to Naples, 2 hours of driving seems few minutes. The vehicle was comfortable and we had a nice conversation in the car with the driver who was really gentle and professional. He makes sure that the Ac is normal adjusted for us.
