Pizza took a while but I understand it's not the quickest process so wasn't even made about that. I was upset when I bit into the combination we ordered and there was a piece of metal in it! Looked like a gnarled edge from an aluminum can. I called back to tell them and they asked me if I wanted to bring it back. Never offered a refund, asked if anyone was hurt, or even apologized. The pizza was great until that but the lack of customer service and biting into metal was disgusting. read more

Pizza is okay and Big if you get a family size. But not the best and last week when I went I placed a order at 1:30 to have it done by 4:30 and still had to wait 10 min for it even with all that time. I don't get how that happened but ok. Then the place from when I remembered being there 2 yrs ago seemed like it was falling apart. They had a water leak from the roof and lots of their beer latches on the machine were covered cause they weren't serving those types. What happened Rico's???? SUPER HUGE DELICIOUS PIZZA! So we heard about their huge party size pizzas. We came in at 8:30 on a Monday night for a party of 14 people. I was wondering if 2 pizzas were going to be enough. After all, it was 8.30 pm and none of us had ate dinner. The hugemongous pizzas come out: 1 pepperoni (because we're cheap like that) and one combo. OMG. Both pizzas were a hit. We were devouring them like a pack of velociraptors. 1 party slice is the equivalent of 2 slices of a normal pizza. I ate 3. Piggy, BUT IT WAS THAT GOOD! You can't stop yourself! Even with the hungry populous wolfing down the slices, we still had 3/4 of a pizza left!! IT'S THAT BIG! The staff was very nice. Attentive. Pizza was baked perfectly. Location was a normal pizza place: had some video games for the kids, a couple of big screens going with the game going. LOTS of tables for big parties and booths for couples or small families. I moved to Ceres about 6 months ago, found out about Rico's Pizza about 2 months ago and ordered my first pizza from them over the phone about a month ago and it was DELICIOUS! the pizza sauce and dough are very good and the toppings are LG sized and they aren't shy. Tonight we decided to order from them again, this time we went to their website. There was an AD for SLICE APP and you saved $3. I was getting it delivered and the delivery was $3 so i was like awesome, it'll even out to be free delivery. We selected the SUPREME PIZZA (basically a combination) and it opens up to where you select your size and then a category labeled ADD TOPPINGS: every time you select your topping it charges you .50-.75, I only know this because I only wanted half olives, and as I was scrolling, I seen the half pizza symbols and was like okay cool I can just hit that for half olives... but then it gave me a charge. And I was like oh, that's if you want to add toppings that aren't already on there or extra. Since i ordered a Supreme it came with olives why would they charge me if i wanted half olives... So I was like oh okay cool, I want to add Linguica, so I selected the whole Pizza symbol for Linguica. I then in the special instructions, put olives on half and hit submit. So the pizza is delivered about an hour later (which I knew would be and hour) and the guy leaves and I open my pizza....... all it is, is cheese, Linguica and half had olives. I am so confused as I ordered a supreme pizza and added Linguica and only wanted half of the supreme pizza to have olives. Is this common? Was it the App or was this just a mistake of reading the order wrong? Hmmmm... P.S the pizza was DELICIOUS, none the less. read more

Best Pizza in the Valley! I know good pizza and this place is awesome, the pizza is delicious! Great sauce, great crust and great toppings. Ordered a party carnivore. I asked if we could do half carnivore, half three toppings. She proceeded to charge me $3.00 per topping for the 3 topping half on top of the base price for the carnivore which is already $47. Total came to $63 for just the pizza. She was trying to charge me for one half of a pizza that I wouldn't get. I explained that the three toppings are cheaper than the carnivore toppings that I would not get. We ordered one of those huge party size pizzas! It was awesome! Took me back to my childhood when I used to go there a lot. It doesn't taste cheap and it's not overloaded with "uppity" ingredients. I am so sad our experience was so bad this time. I've been here two other times for parties and had a party here also and it was great! Then I suggested we come here for my daughters soccer team party, this time not so great at all. The two girls working the front today have attitude and are not helpful at all. They were charging for little cups of ranch when the other times that we were here they gave us a bottle of ranch. Came here for my sisters bday and i was hoping for a rush of childhood memories since we would come here a lot for past celebrations. To tell you that this place has been disintegrating doesn't do it justice. The pizza is still decent, but we ordered a supreme and the salami was way out of date. I tried a piece and it tasted like it was freezer burned thawed out frozen and then thawed out again. It was spotted green and I'm surprised they even had the generosity to give us a replacement, all the sodas on the fountain were flat and had to settle with a 2 liter that we had in the car(lucky us). Do your self a favor and don't give this place anymore money until they do something about their service or they just go out of business and something better comes along in its place. Also I was afraid to go to the bathroom because of the fear of getting stabbed, the hallway to the bathroom and the bathroom itself is really creepy. read more

I'm so annoyed. So i called to order Rico's pizza(Ceres location) at 6pm this afternoon, made it a delivery and was told 45 minutes or less. Waited and waited. 730 comes around, no pizza. Call back, then told that something was mixed up with phone number and addresses and they couldn't get a hold of me? So they asked me if i wanted it still and i said yeah sure, and the guy told me he'd discount and it should be here within 45 minutes so i was like yeah that's fine . Waited another hour and half and nothing! I called back at almost 9 and someone else said that there was nothing out and no order for it! You guys! I was so upset. I get things get messed up and I'm not impatient and i don't get angry with workers because i know these things aren't always done on purpose but it happened twice after i called back. The girl offered to remake it and get it here in 45 minutes and to get a discount the next time i ordered with them, i declined because it's been three whole hours.
