They have really thoughtful organizing (especially compared to other thrift/vintage/second-hand stores) with everything clearly organized by size and type of item, then typically by color within that, so it's really easy to find items that will fit you. A great selection of accessories like shoes, bags, and jewelry too! The selling process always goes very smoothly too. The website and their social media have lots of clear info on how the process works and what kinds of items they're looking for, and really makes what could be a complicated process super simple.

This trendy label appeals to the younger, fashion-conscious, crowd. And then scattered throughout the store, especially in the back, there are styles that look a bit dated and ordinary. There are some high-price designer items as well. I think their jewelry section is rather blah. I've never bought jewelry from them. All sorts of used handbags and practically new shoes. Both my teenage daughter and I have bought clothes from here. Something for everyone. What I like about consigning my gently used clothes with this business is that they itemize the clothing that you give them. When the consignment period is over in 3 months, you know exactly which item sold and how much money you will get for it. Unlike another consignment store in the area that just gives you a number for your items and never tells you exactly what sold. Becomes a mystery. And then you have to hunt all over the place to find your items that didn't sell if you want them back. But here, I ask for items that don't sell back and they keep them for me to pick up within a window of time. They take appointments on their website for consigning your things the first few days of the month only. It's very organized and I appreciate that. They may not take many of the items you hope to consign. But at least they're honest and organized.

Last night I was desperately searching the internet for a bikini. It's a constant struggle finding a bikini top that properly supports and gives structure to my "girls". Victoria's Secret is usually my best bet, but they've cut back on their swimwear and also a lot of them expose too much cleavage. I picked a bikini off Ashley's site and went to pick it up today. I want to say, top notch customer service here! Very friendly staff, and adequately staffed to keep up with helping all customers. Need help in the fitting room? Just crack your door open and they will help. I loveddddd the bikini I order. It was so beautiful! But once again the top didn't do me justice. One of the girls tried to help me. She had me try hooking the straps and they sell inserts there too. But it just didn't work out. Fortunately, I found another bikini that was just perfect!! In addition to struggling with tops, I needed something to match a sheer pink and yellow 2 piece cover up and I found this beautiful scalloped bikini that was of the best structure. It held my girls just right without exposing much cleavage and was just really adorable and I'm so excited to wear it. The manager or owner (not sure but I know she was in charge) was really nice and helpful as well. I actually stopped here twice in one day and both experiences were wonderful! I'm so happy I found a great bikini for my upcoming vacation. BTW they have tonnsss of swimwear, bras, panties, undergarment accessories, robes, PJs and coverups and a few other things. The prices are on the upside, but I know at least with my bikini I trust its quality was surely worth it. TIP: They are most stocked with swimwear around April/May!

While the staff here are nice and knowledgeable about the products they stock, the issue is that…read morethe store is very selective in what they choose to stock and have changed to cater more to standard fitting bras/swimwear rather than those for women with non-standard sizes. I went in seeking a swimsuit that had the coverage of a bra, so I could feel comfortable on vacation. I wanted a one-piece or tankini swimsuit with an underwire, bra-style band, and padded cups (not just flimsy inserts that provide no support or lift) that would provide nipple coverage. They did not have a single option that fit these requirements. Instead, I was given swimsuits that didn't even have an underwire and/or bra-style band and told I would be "surprised by the level of support they had." The bathing suits provided absolutely no support, which anyone could have guessed.... I wanted a bathing suit top with at least some padded nipple coverage (which feels like common sense for bathing suits and being in and out of the water!!) and the fitter seemed genuinely surprised that I cared about that. Every time I go, I have the same issue. I don't understand why they refuse to stock more than a handful of padded bras or padded swimsuits that provide nipple coverage and don't have countless seams showing through my t-shirt. There's no way that I'm the only customer that wants additional coverage and doesn't want the seams from cupless bras (and my nipples!) showing through my shirt. I'm not even looking for cute prints or colors, just a simple bra or bathing suit in speciality sizing that provides sufficient support and coverage. This feels like something many women would also want, and it's very disappointing that the store seems to refuse to carry any significant stock that fills those criteria. The fitter claimed they didn't have the ability to stock the types of swimsuits I was looking for, but looking around at the displays filled strapless bikinis and non-bra related goods like clothing and bags, it seems like they are choosing to prioritize non-bra items and standard sizes rather than the specialty bra sizes and fuller coverage items that many women in WNY depend on. It feels like every time I leave this store, I leave disappointed because their stock of speciality sizes is so limited in its variety and level of support/coverage. If you're dependent on speciality or non-department store sizing and especially if you have low volume breasts, it's very difficult to recommend this store, even though I wish I could. We need better specialty sizing bra options in Buffalo.

We'd never heard of this quaint little store, but we're so glad we took the time to come in. Here's why. When you first walk in, you see a lot of Christmas gifts and decorations. Don't let that fool you though, there's something for everyone here. The store is so nicely decorated that I almost said "awww." The owner was right there at the counter with another employee, chatting about the Bills game. She greeted us warmly as we started to look around. There were a lot of neat gifts, clothing, and accessories in the front, center, and back of the store. They even had some witchy items, which is right up my alley. Their sale section has a lot of really nice clothes in it. My cousin bought a jacket and dress, which made the owner take notice. She was wearing the same dress my cousin had bought! I got a moon phase candle and a pretty headband. See? There're a lot of different products here! The owner talked to us for a bit before we left and she was really sweet. I'd definitely come back here, especially since she stocks a lot of things made by local artisans. This shop is so cute and stylish at the same time. I recommend you come look at what they have to offer here. You may just find a treasure or at least something you like. Happy shopping!
