Everything was provided (had my own shoes)and looked and fit good. Talked to some people at the wedding and found out that they paid as much as $100 more for the same thing. Frankly, it was probably not even the right suit for him. Because of circumstances for us, we didn't get a chance to have me see the suit until two months before the event. At that point, we took the suit back to Men's Wearhouse and said this clearly doesn't fit the way it's supposed to. The manager, Nate, was phenomenal. He took us through all the options and ultimately was able to get this suit tailored to fit my partner correctly. The new management and staffing gave me significantly more confidence than the staff from the spring. I recommend going to this location and asking for Nate. Also, if you happen to be particularly tall, the custom suits have options that are in the same price point as the off the rack suits, and they're probably going to fit better. We learned that the hard way, but fortunately we were able to make the suit that we bought work. I was very appreciative of the current staff helping us make sure everything was right and I definitely recommend working with them.

This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up. I have to say I was amazed on how many different suits, blazers, sport coats and ties they have to offer. The quality of the suits are just as good as Macy's but this place has more eye catching suits than Macy's. You do have to pay extra for alterations, at first i was disappointed because i feel that should be done for free. But when the employee said it will be done in 20mins, and not a week like other places i have gone to. The extra price for the services was well worth it. Looking forward to coming back

When I tried it on the boob cups were at my collar bones. They blamed my boobs saying they were too big for the dress even though the dress fit perfectly with the pins before they the sowed it. I had to have them undo some of the alterations. Other bridesmaids in the wedding went here and had problems with their dresses too. Also my friend in the wedding said that when she picked up her dress they held it up to my dress for reference (since both dresses had been shortened to Tea length) and when they saw that the dresses were totally different length and they didn't fix hers.

There's a Savers nearby, so I did a two for one trip today, but even without the second act, I'd say it was worth it. I hadn't been to this location in ages, so I was caught off guard by the new pricing policy. They've simplified it to mostly preset prices depending on the type of garnment, with signs posted at the door and on some of the racks. There was also a sign stating white was half off this week. Well, clear, as the little prickly plastic looked. I'm sure they do this to make tag swapping harder, but the little buggers poked me a few times when I tried things on. The vast array is sorted by gender and style. I perused most of it, skipping the previously used undergarnments. My hands were actually full of potential scores (some people had carts if you prefer). The fitting room doors were already open for me. Once shut, it was not much bigger than a phone booth. There were no hooks, and the mirror sat on the bench, wobbling when I tried to sit down next to it. I ended up carefully stacking my clothes on my backpack on the floor to avoid getting them dirty. Despite only being open for less than an hour, there were already dust bunnies and dirt specks making me struggle to try on pants while keeping my socks on. I was happy that I found both a sweater and pair of kids pants that fit me well. I discarded my rejects on the provided rack and quickly perused the housewares section. They also sell books and electronics and furniture, but being on foot, I opted to pay for my findings instead. Without a kid with me, the cashier assumed I was buying adult pants, so I was charged more (didn't realize until I got the receipt) but he offered a penny so that I wouldn't have to break a bigger bill. I don't think I'm going out of my way any time soon to revisit, but I could see myself coming back when the stock rotates to test my luck at finding something old to make something new.

The store gets 100 percent profit before paying workers and other store cost. They are at an advantage unlike most retailers who have to purchase then sell or resale. (This did not even make sense). He said he cleaned it and then used a roller and he couldn't get it off. I told him that the first time he cleaned it he must have washed it with a white cotton item. He first told me he cleaned it and the second time I came in he told me about the person who cleaned it the first time. He refunded my 10.50 after I asked but when I expressed that he ruined the coat and should be reimbursing me at the least 40.00 toward a new coat. He said "You WON'T be getting 40.00. I called my regular cleaner about possible same day service or even two day service and was told that was a "no go." So much for my 20 plus year's of business. So, to Yelp I turned and happened upon Colvin Cleaners. They told me they regularly do same day service as long as the garments are there by 10:30 am and that I could expect them back at or before 3 pm. Eureka!! I drove like a mad woman straight there from the southern tier and arrived at 10:32 am. Despite my tardiness for the 10:30 deadline, the counter staff was very friendly, bright and cheerful and greeted me with a "how can we help?" They set up an account for me, checked in my items, and told me I could expect a text when the dry cleaning could be picked up, all in under 5 minutes! I decided to run errands while in Buffalo for my trip. Sure enough at about 2:30 pm, I got a text informing me my clothes were ready. I arrived, to find yet more bright happy and helpful service staff at the counter. I paid a very reasonable sum for my clothes and was on my way. This place is great and advertises that they employ green cleaning methods to boot! If you are in the Buffalo area, make this business your dry cleaners!!!!! You will not regret it!
