I faced a hardship because I did not look and read every single thing on her cluttered counter. I could understand refusing the return had the dress been worn, or if the return date was lengthy, but she refused to return my money because there was nothing else in the store worth purchasing. The most challenging part was the owner's deplorable attitude. She only cared about how the purchase impacted her, not me. Had she returned this item, I would have been likely to patronize her business in the future, now, all I will do is avoid it and warn others to be 100% certain of their purchase.

The store is very "boutique" in style and carries young women's clothing, shoes and accessories. I would say the target age for this store is 18-25, but even someone my age loved their clothing as well (I am 39 for reference). The style is very soft and feminine. Much of the color palettes is currently pastels and soft nudes. There was even a small bridal section. The price point was extremely affordable - and even more so with all of the sales racks; which by the way were extremely neat and organized! Just as much as the full-priced racks! Above all, I found the store extremely aesthetically pleasing. Everything was easy to see and look through and very organized by color and style. FYI, I did not notice any plus sized clothing if this is your size. As I write this, I quickly popped on their website and only noticed 3 plus sized tops on clearance. I am not Plus-sized, but I am curvy, and peaking at the clothing I think there are many items that were better suited for small frames in general.
