My name is Frank and they said an old lady said their name was Frank and took my meal. They said it'll be 2 minutes to make another one because they had me pay first well I've been sitting here now for 30 minutes in the parking lot after I get off work and they're telling me oh we're busy now. When they came back out to tell me this so-called dementia riddled lady took my meal they said it would be 3 to 5 minutes. Now they won't give me my money back so I can leave and go somewhere else and they are making me take the meal that they do not have for me yet and I am still waiting
