After searching Yelp, Google, and Facebook for help, I finally chose A-2-Z Cars and Trucks. Mike listened to my concerns, looked-up my truck on Carfax and, armed with that knowledge, immediately troubleshot the issue. Within minutes we found the culprit. And, within a day, it was fixed. Moreover, his pricing was more-than/fair and his follow-up was on-point. If I could rate this shop with anything other than five-stars, it would be more along the lines of- THE GOLD STANDARD; TOP SHELF The ACE OF SPADES. If you own a shop and provide these types of services, you need to follow the practices and principles of A-2-Z Cars and Trucks. These guys are clearly and easily THE BEST! I recently took my 2010 Mercury Milan to Tim at A-2-Z Cars and Trucks after a mobile mechanic…read morevisited my house and couldn't resolve an oil leak without a lift, particularly because my car's frame is rusted from years of northern winters. I found A-2-Z based on their stellar reviews, and I'm certainly glad that I did. Tim at A-2-Z examined the car in full and noted to me that while the oil leak was a concern, what was far more problematic was that the rear suspension of my car was hanging on by a thread. Long story short, he was able to secure the new part to replace the rusted one I needed at a great price from a junkyard, and he took care of the oil leak (while replacing old spark plugs) at a reasonable price for the parts and labor involved. When I came to pick up the car, he and Mike showed me the trashed part that was replaced on my car. The back end of my car was so rusted that it could have snapped. Now, my car has new life and will keep going safely for another year or two until I'm ready for a new vehicle. If you're in the Royse City area, you can safely trust your vehicle to the staff at A-2-Z. These guys are great!

Best automotive repair experience I have had…read more Christmas Eve, I called more than 15 shops. Finally this one answered with knowledgeable assistance and personable demeanor. I had to be towed an hour to get there. They diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts brought even quicker and I was out there door with peace of mind for my holiday travels. They advised future issues that might come up, honored their parts and service with a warranty and have a very nice waiting room where I could work. Kudos to Kevin for his excellent customer service and the entire staff seemed to be friends and happy. Even on Christmas Eve.

However, the other guys did not install my manual shifter correctly after 2 attempts & having my car for over 1.5 months. The shifter when installed correctly, is supposed to prevent anyone from going to into reverse instead of 1st gear. I was told to drive it a bit & bring it back, that happened twice. The problem was never fixed. You would think they would work on it right away since they had already received my payment but my car was thrown to the back of the line. After literally being bribed by one of the service managers, which I provided proof to the manager, the shifter installed incorrectly & being without my car for a long time due to all of the errors, I regret the day I let them work on my car.
