I decided to have Airmasters come out and give me an estimate on a new system. Shannon came that afternoon and went over everything and at a price I could afford. I got a $1,000 rebate from Daikin and then I will received another $1,200 check via United Co-Op Electrical Services for having a new, efficient system installed. Can't beat that. Shannon said I was more than welcome to check other places; however, for me, Airmasters has always been fair and treated me right. New system was installed a week later. Been running for two days now and love it. I recommend Airmasters to all my friends.

Curly was terrific on the phone, he showed up with one of his guys, ends up I had discharge from the washer line that was connected to it. Dirt and waste can back up if that happens. It was a mess, but they ended up fixing the shared branch drain, it was all clogged and messed up. Big Blade is the real deal, they really care about the customer, and didn't even ask for any feedback or reviews. They just do the job they are skilled at, with humility and honesty, something I look for when hiring a contractor of any kind. Great work!

They left me without gas or hot water for 4 days! Thomas couldn't figure out what the problem was even though Atmos labeled all the leaks. He cut a hole in my wall and left! He said I needed "parts" but the warehouse was already closed. I called the office multiple times to get an update, cost of repairs etc and kept being told someone would call me back. I called another company who said that a permit was never pulled for my house and it has to be done when Atmos cuts you off, new company came out had me fixed within a hour because I didn't need "parts",the city inspector came out the same day too. After my repairs were completed by another company I got a quote from Hawkeye for 3 times the amount it actually cost to get fix! Be aware and stay away from this place. When I called back and spoke to a supervisor he estimated $7000 to repair my clean out drain because it was obviously damaged. Daniel came - AFTER HOURS - and properly cleared the cleanout. He stayed to make sure it was running clear before leaving. Today I had a clogged tub drain. Two bottles of name brand drain cleaner didn't solve my problem. So, I called Daniel and he came out and cleared the drain with ease (hair - ugh). Plumbers get a bad rap, maybe it is deserved. But, Daniel is amazing! I will never use another plumber again. I will gladly pay full price for a plumber vs the $70 service fee for a second rate plumber sent by the home warranty company. FYI - the details on Yelp are not what the invoice has.
