Having had Puronics equipment successfully improve the water quality at my previous home in Laguna Niguel, CA where hardness is more than double that of Keller, TX and the municipal water often smelled of chlorine that my pets wouldn't drink, I sought out Clear Water Rescue because they are a Puronics dealer. Travis and his installer were timely and friendly in their communication and the price was fair. The system has been in for about a year and any issues with hardness and taste have been resolved. I'd recommend Travis and Clear Water Rescue.

I am so happy with my upgraded water softener and filtration system!!…read more Joseph was very responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to answer a lot of detailed questions before I made my decision about the equipment, long-term maintenance, warranty coverage, and service costs clearly. Brandon and Tyler handled the installation and were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked quickly, kept the area organized, and left the installation looking clean and sleek. There was a plumbing issue during installation involving the inlet/outlet configuration corrected it immediately. They also noticed that my existing water-softener drain line was smaller than what they preferred for proper regeneration. Rather than ignoring it, they brought it to my attention and Joseph agreed to upgrade the drain line so the new system could operate properly long term. I really appreciated that they identified the potential issue before it became a problem later. The difference in my water was immediate. I took my first shower after installation and it was incredibly soft and silky -- noticeably better than the Whirlpool system I had for 7 years since it can soften and filter for chlorine and other contaminates. I also appreciate how simple the maintenance is. I only need to keep salt in the brine tank, and the system regenerates automatically. No special softener-cleaning products or complicated routine maintenance. I spent $3k for the unit and install, and this is one of the best investments to make for your home, skin, hair, and physical health. With a 5 year warranty and reasonable service fees after, I now have peace of mind after dealing with the failure of my previous unit. Thank you to Joseph, Brandon, and Tyler for a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them!!

I called supreme water filtration, and spoke with the owner Joseph, who couldn't be nicer. He also walked me through and educated me on the system and literally saved me money by not having the previous owner's company come out and negligently charge me money. Trust and integrity are huge in my book, and Joseph just reinforce that ideology. I would highly recommend anyone to deal with him and know that you are going to get a good honest vendor. Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6.
