My first visit is with Bryson Donaldson, he over quoted and way under delivery. His quality of work is like hiring a guy from Craigslist. He replaced two laundry valve both with the same color and a shower stopper, all parts value under $100 and spent less that 1 hours, he wanted to charge $800, that $700 for labor.... Laundry panel was broken but he didn't even bother to replace it, which would cost about $40 including the two valves. Secondly he cut open the wall to install the new tube, said that's not his job to fix the wall as he's not a sheet wall guy. ... Could have told me before he started. I'm doing this review because I don't want anyone to get rip off and unprofessional quality work. I will include pictures so people can decide. Good thing I called the owner Travis and he came out and re-do everything, pictures included for comparison. I will never do business with anyone at Bow Tie Plumbing unless it's Travis and the bill is half what it was with exceptional quality. I know that every great business sometime higher bad employee. But what good is the owner understand and is willing to fix and that is a great value in a business. Based on the exceptional reviews, I called Schrader to come out and fix the problem. They sent technician Michael Badgley. I was initially given two quotes, one for roughly $800 and the other for $4,000. After a quick inspection of my home, Michael determined that he would have to dig a hole in the back yard at a cost of $5,700. While I didn't really understand how the quotes kept changing, I agreed to the scope of work as I'm not a plumbing expert and needed to get the stoppage resolved quickly. Bewildered, I later sent the receipt to my neighbor, who informed me that my house was pier and beam, not slab as it indicated on the quote. I recalled Michael asking me where the crawl space was and I wasn't able to identify it (my fault as an uniformed homeowner) although I showed him the area I thought it was in inside the master bedroom. He passed right over it without a second look. Later, after speaking with my neighbor, I was able to go over and find the crawl space myself easily. Michael fixed the pipe under the toilet in the main bathroom and then proceeded to tell me that I would need to replace all of the pipes at my house at a cost of $30k. He couldn't even assure me that the problem I had just handed over $5,700 for was fixed. The icing on the cake was the $100 bill that I had tucked into my lunch tote on the kitchen table in view of the technician, and when I returned later it was missing. That was certainly my own fault for leaving it unsecured. I was concerned about the entire process and wrote to the owner, John Schrader. I waited several days with no response to my email or phone calls, which spoke volumes to me as a customer. After my third attempt to contact him, I was finally passed off to a service advisor. I explained my concerns to him, that the crawl space was never properly identified and that I wasn't sure that the repair that was done was necessary. He offered me a refund of $750 "to remove my bad review" which I hadn't yet written. Less than 2 months later I experienced the same stoppage. I called Schrader again and was told that the pipes needed to be replaced. I finally called another plumber who identified the source of the stoppage, this time to be at the front of the house instead of the rear. They fixed the problem for only a fraction of what I paid to Schrader. He explained that the first repairs were unnecessary. If you like being robbed, by all means give Schrader Plumbing a call. I absolutely feel violated and taken advantage of as a single female homeowner. If you want to save your hard earned money and get the job done right, get a second opinion.

When the Tech arrived he advised his name is Anthony Coble and he was the owner of A-Affordable Plumbing Company. This was a Saturday evening, Anthony advised they usually do not work on Sunday's but since he is the owner he would come fix our water main leak. Anthony arrived on scene that Sunday along with three of his children, performed two hours of work and charged me $1,200.00. During the process of fixing the water leak, he busted one of our sprinkler pipes in the yard, killed two of our shrubs and cut through my neighbors internet wire. When I called Anthony back to come fix the sprinkler leak, it was like pulling teeth to get him back over there. When Anthony wouldn't return my calls I called the Office number back and spoke with David Stevens, who advised he is the true owner of A-Afordable Plumbing. David advised me Anthony is not the owner and that Anthony never turned in a work ticket showing that he was ever at my residence. David showed up at my house and advised me the job Anthony performed should have not been over $600.00. I asked David and Anthony for a refund which they both refused. David Stevens the owner/ operator of this company who sent Anthony Coble to my house, is reliable for this situation, but will not take responsibility for any of it. We are contacting a lawyer and will be taking David to court soon. I would strongly advise not to do service with either one of these individuals.
