I called ABC Plumbing at noon, by 2:45pm Jayden L. was standing in one of three bathrooms we were…read moreconcerned that a blockage was in the sewer line. Jayden rapidly assessed the three bathrooms, checking each drain of each shower and tub addressing our concerns one by one all the way out to the outside drain port. This is Quality Care, Service, and Customer Relations have set the bar high for all other Plumbing services who follow; we will be calling ABC Plumbing for future maintenance and those surprises homeowners dread. Value- lets talk VALUE. ABC Plumbing found no issues with our plumbing, we were concerned over a small obstruction in the line which cleared itself. Nothing was wrong, therefore no charge as the licensed plumber's estimate was FREE!! I've owned homes from Alaska, Oregon, Illinois, California, and Texas. We've had plumbing services out on several occasions in each of these states, no one, I mean no service has ever come out with the offer of a "free" estimate who actually checked for an actual problem, not finding one, its "no charge." From the other guys, I get the estimate and a high-pressure sales talk, caving to the high pressure sales, I get their bill regardless of an actual existing problem. RECAP 6 Reasons to call ABC Plumbing: 1. Called for service, a licensed plumber arrived in less than 3 hours. 2. Estimate is FREE. 3. Checked for an actual problem, none found, NO CHARGE. 4. Estimate is FREE, NO HIGH PRESSURE, NO PRESSURE. 5. Plumber is respectful of our home, wears shoe covers, does NOT leave a mess for us to clean up. Plumber was dressed professionally in the company uniform, and was clean. The plumber was professional, someone that my wife and I felt comfortable with our plumber in our home. 6. I'll add this review to my Google Reviews so my followers which number north of a million may call the best plumber service right here serving Texans since 1991. Horrible customer service and experience with this company. I called the number provided on this…read morewebsite, and they dispatched a tech out to my residence. When the Tech arrived he advised his name is Anthony Coble and he was the owner of A-Affordable Plumbing Company. This was a Saturday evening, Anthony advised they usually do not work on Sunday's but since he is the owner he would come fix our water main leak. Anthony arrived on scene that Sunday along with three of his children, performed two hours of work and charged me $1,200.00. During the process of fixing the water leak, he busted one of our sprinkler pipes in the yard, killed two of our shrubs and cut through my neighbors internet wire. When I called Anthony back to come fix the sprinkler leak, it was like pulling teeth to get him back over there. When Anthony wouldn't return my calls I called the Office number back and spoke with David Stevens, who advised he is the true owner of A-Afordable Plumbing. David advised me Anthony is not the owner and that Anthony never turned in a work ticket showing that he was ever at my residence. David showed up at my house and advised me the job Anthony performed should have not been over $600.00. I asked David and Anthony for a refund which they both refused. David Stevens the owner/ operator of this company who sent Anthony Coble to my house, is reliable for this situation, but will not take responsibility for any of it. We are contacting a lawyer and will be taking David to court soon. I would strongly advise not to do service with either one of these individuals.
