I also was told the soonest Scott could come out was in three weeks. On the day of the appointment, I called to confirm the appointment window and the office assistant confirmed that I was scheduled for a 3p to 5p window. Had to leave work early to meet the window (not a problem, planned it in advance). Scott never showed up. Waited until 5:30p before calling to get an update, but the office was closed and I was directed to Scott's voicemail by the automated answering machine. Left a voicemail. I called back first thing the next morning to explain the situation and the office assistant took my phone number so she could call me back after talking with Scott. I never heard back. I called one more time the next business day and left another voicemail. I still have not heard anything back from Scott or the office assistant. It really sounds like Scott and his team do great work, but I have not experienced the prompt or courteous responsiveness that others have. I understand that things happen sometimes, but a business should always communicate with its customers when a scheduling issue arises. ***************************** UPDATE Scott called me personally this morning to apologize for missing the appointment last week. The lack of communication appears to be due to the office logging an incorrect area code on my phone number. My subsequent calls alerted the office to the error. I'm giving Scott and his team the benefit of the doubt and we are going to try to meet again tomorrow. Upgrading my review to a 3s for now.

Beware! Ivan was very responsive in providing an estimate and scheduling the install of our…read moresprinkler system. His estimate included a 1 year warranty. However, that changed once the invoice was paid. We have had 3 leaks since our install earlier this year. The first two repairs required multiple text messages and more than a week to get the repair completed. For the most recent leak, I sent multiple texts again. Ivan kept responding with "I'll be out there this week" but he never showed up. After more than two weeks, I sent a message that I would hire someone else to fix the leak and send him the bill. He showed up the next day. That showed me that repairs are not a priority unless it means money out of his pocket. My water bill doubled with this last leak. I asked him for partial reimbursement due to his lack of response. He refused. He stated that he could tell I was watering too much because my grass was green. 1). Isn't that the purpose of a sprinkler system? I thought the sprinkler system would be more efficient and save water while keeping the lawn healthy. 2). I sent him a picture of our open pasture with very green Bermuda grass. We have had more rain than normal which is making everything in my area green. We do not water the Bermuda pasture. 3). My watering schedule and duration did not change from the previous month. If my yard is getting too much water, it's from all of the leaks in the sprinkler system.

They did a great job removing a 50' pine tree that was planted too close to the house 30 years ago. They also removed a large hackberry & elm tree on a fence line about 20' from our pool. No branches nor extra debris went into the pool. They showed up early and got straight to work. The crew was well organized and worked well together. Overall they did a great job and left my property cleaner than when they started.

Hired this "company" to regrade and lay new sod in my backyard. What I got was a short-cut job…read morewhere they just removed existing top layer and placed new sod directly on top of that. No grading to speak of. No measurements. No calculations on flow, drop, degrees. They left maybe a 1/2 inch of foundation showing and the new grass level with the concrete patio. And essentially created a major drainage situation that has resulted in water in my home on multiple sides of the property. THE WORST PART - when I contacted Carlos (owner??) about this, his only response was to charge me to fix it. $#&?! I normally don't post bad reviews, but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
