Short review: Stop looking, you will be hard pressed to find a better company to work with. The product is top notch, the delivery team was outstanding. Post installation support was prompt and it was a pleasure dealing with professionals all the way around. Long review: My family was looking for a small finished cabin for our "stay-cation" property. After investigating a DIY shed to cabin conversion, my better half (smarter half) suggested finding a company that does complete builds. I found a few builders on line, then saw pictures of Wolf Valley's products. My wife and I decided to visit their build facility, and were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the materials used. We decided on a custom floor plan of our own, with help from the team at Wolf Valley (thank you Josh). We managed to fit 3BR and 2BA in 864 square feet, but still keep the building feeling "big" and every room fits a queen sized bed. Phil and the delivery team were absolutely professional. There were challenges getting the 48ft long building moved on-site, but the team worked on the problem until it was solved. I never heard a single complaint or saw any indication of throwing in the towel. They got the building on site and set-up. Post install, there were some minor problems. Minor roof damage caused during the delivery were repaired within two weeks after notifying Wolf Valley (this would have been sooner except for schedule conflicts on my end). Simon installed the building anchors, fixed the damaged roof, re-wired a mis-wired switch, and replaced a bad on-demand water heater. Wolf Valley stands behind their product. The only critique I have would be for anyone having a pre-built structure delivered on site, request a pre-delivery visit by the driver or someone on the delivery team. This would have helped me better prepare the driveway entry to accept the building delivery, by removing a tree that was in the way, preventing damage to the building (that was promptly repaired by Wolf Valley). My wife and I will be recommending Wolf Valley to anyone in the area we know looking to build a small home, cabin, or shed. I would recommend Wolf Valley Buildings for anyone looking for a nice shed. We had a small shed which we were using for our yard equipment, and we needed more storage ever since we converted our garage to an extra bedroom. We looked around in the Denton area for an 8' by 12' shed and saw one we liked that had a storage loft on both sides, but the price was a little higher than we wanted to pay. Then someone recommended Wolf Valley Buildings, so we went to their website. Then we decided to take a trip out to their site in Itasca, TX (south of Fort Worth) where they build the sheds. We just wanted to make sure of the quality since the prices were so much lower than the ones we had seen in the local Denton area. That's where we met the young salesman, Steven Lockwood. He was very friendly and helpful and had experience working with several other shed builders before he and other family members decided to start their own family business. We could tell that the quality and workmanship of the sheds was excellent, much better than the ready-made ones offered by Lowes. And we liked the idea of buying from a family-owned business. One thing I liked was that the price that was quoted included the delivery fee and set-up fee as well as the tax. Steven said that the shed would be ready in one month, but it was actually ready before that. It was delivered by a young man named Steve Miller. He was very skilled at single-handedly using the latest technology to get the shed set up for us in less than an hour. Now we are very happy with our shed. We chose a cute design with a 4 foot wide door and two windows. It sort of looks like a tiny home. One thing that we decided to do ourselves is to paint the floor to protect it from damage. Of course we didn't think about asking about having it done when we ordered it. Apparently not everyone goes out to the site to check the quality, so if you don't have the time to drive out there, you won't go wrong with Wolf Valley Buildings and just ordering over the phone or online. read more

In the process of searching for a good quality storage shed for my backyard, I saw an ad that was posted on You Tube that was about the Wolfvalley Buildings. I clicked on the ad and checked out all their information, I was really impressed with what I saw so I called to get more detailed information, pricing, etc. I had to leave a voice mail, but it didn't even take five minutes that I received a call back from Ricky Scott, I was really impressed that I even got a call back after trying to talk with several other building manufactures, that I still haven't heard back from. Ricky and I spoke for a while with him answering all my questions very professionally, matter of fact to the point that we scheduled a time to go see some of their buildings on the yard they have, allowing us to see what kind of quality they were. I can tell you this company makes a great product, has a great staff, all the way up to delivering the building we did purchase from them and would do again in a heartbeat! The delivery driver called me and setup a delivery time, got here as scheduled, moved the building into our backyard, leveled it, and was gone in no time. He did a fantastic job! I searched all the shed builders I could find. Whereas several were close in the same price if you just look at size. When I compared to what I actually wanted in quality Wolfvallley stood out. I didn't know if they would deliver that far out (150 miles), but I was in range. I dealt with Steven Lockwood. We corresponded many times while we worked the details of exactly what I wanted. I am very tall and I insisted on 8ft walls with all of the other dealers, most of them have a standard of 6'7" and I would be hitting my head on everything. I also wanted plenty of natural light inside, so I asked for a lot of transom windows. I actually found a draw app for sheds and I drew what I wanted and sent it in. He matched it exact. The price was fair. I wanted a Gambrel 12x16, with the extras I wanted I got it down for about 7000 on Rent to Own, but no interest in 90days and I'll have it paid by then. Steven Lockwood was very easy to work with and very prompt about answering my emails. I'd ask for him if you contact the company. The delivery driver did an excellent job of putting it where I wanted and leveled it. Very polite and professional. The quality of the shed was excellent. Things that stood out was it had 4 (4x6)beams instead of just 2, Sanded 3/4plwood floor, 2x4 16inch on center walls, windows were properly headed, doors open and close easily and I had an extra door installed. Steven Lockwood, I had a very good sales person. My wife and I went to their location and talked to Steven personally, We talked about what I was looking for in a storage/work shop and he was very helpful. The paper work all went smoothly. Steven set up a date for his crew to come out and start the building for I had to had it built on site because of it's size(14X24). They actually were able to start a week earlier than thought which was perfect for me. The workers called the day before and started building it in the afternoon around 5:30 pm which surprised me that they was willing to start that late. The workers (their were only 2 of them) were very efficient and worked until dark. They got all the lumber unloaded and built the floor and got it leveled. They said that they would be back the next morning at 6:30 am. they showed up at exactly 6:30 am. They got started and finished my building sin the early afternoon. It was like magic watching those two work was if they could read each others mind to know they were going to do next. I did not know that they were also the painters. I thought that a separate paint crew would come out to paint it. I am very pleased with my new building from Wolf Valley Buildings, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a building built. I have been working with Steven Lockwood at Wolfvalley Buildings for almost 2 years now. Steven has been excellent in helping me decide which company to go with. I have just received my 3rd shed from Wolf Valley. An 8x10 for a utility building to house my hot water heater and ispring water filtration system, tools and a wardrobe. It arrived yesterday. It matches my bedroom and bathroom tiny which is a 10x16. It works great for my needs. I even have an antique clawfoot tub. My 14x26 is my kitchen and living/music room. It has a porch with a ceiling fan that I enjoy very much. The 2 are connected by a deck. I have wanted to build a tiny house for 30 years. I'm in the country. Quite with amazing sunrises, sunsets and many moon pictures. Steven and Wolf Valley helped me make my tiny living situation a reality as I waited too long to actually build myself. This has worked. Steven has helped me through it all. I'm about 6 months from being completely finishinhed with my tiny living project. This is a delayed review related to a shed that I ordered in May. Delayed so I could own and use the shed, and see if there was any follow-up needed by Wolfvalley. I am a very satisfied shed owner, with zero complaints. 1. built on-site, vs delivered. the crew was excellent. three guys worked together in sync, and crew leader (lino) was great 2. one negative was quickly remedied, with no attitude, other than fair and helpful. Mary in customer service was great. NOTE, the locking door handle is a unique and very good design. potential problem as it only comes with two keys, and keys are not reproducible. WV acknowledged that issue. The locksets can come with four keys. they sent me a new lockset, with 4, for $20. 3. the salesman, Steve Lockwood was helpful and patient throughout my decision process. Be aware, they will come off the price, and back-off the hurry up tactics if you know their prices are competitive with tuff shed and others. 4. they made material substitutions at very reasonable price adjustments. such as treated plywood floor. 5. my shed is anchored down for coastal windstorm, and that resulted in the onsite build, which worked very well. I received a well made shed, with a sturdy ramp, and all of the minor modifications that I requested. Very pleased. read more

I spent quite some time looking at loafing sheds for my horses, and finally decides to fo with Wolf Valley Buildings. Smart move on my part, as I am very pleased with the people, the process and the results. Norman, the salesman, was great. I don't think he knows the word 'No'. Taller sides? No problem. Built on site? No problem. You want it yesterday? Welll... Sanford, the scheduler,.made it happen as soon as possible. They were ready before I was, due to delays getting the dirtwork done. Josh, in administration, helped with details. He was very accommodating. Sanford, Nathan and Arlen, the building team, were amazing. They arrived at 0700 and were done by one PM. Yes, the same day!! Very nice job. They even closed off the opening at the top of the kick boards. Plus, they were very meticulous. I explained how a stray screw or peice of metal could be an source of injury to a horse, and I have never seen a tidier work site when they were done. Plus the price was very reasonable. A great value. I needed to replace a 20 year old Heartland Shed. I started my search at Heartland, reviewed their current construction specs and pricing and was not thrilled with the offers. I then searched online for sheds in my area-Plano/North Texas and happened across Wolf Valley Buildings. In comparing the construction specs I liked the differences I saw. The pricing was also a good value for what I was buying. I contacted WolfValley and Merle took the call. He quickly created my order, and confirmed it including delivery dates in writing. My acceptance of the order started the construction, I had ordered a 10x16 with a few upgrades and asked that it be delivered built. On delivery day the shed arrived, was unloaded and positioned easily right where I wanted it placed. Upon inspecting the shed, It was as good as I expected it to be. I am writing this review 4 months after my shed was delivered, and I am still just as satisfied as I was when it was delivered. I probably will be retiring in several years and relocating to down size my residence, but that shed is not going to be downsized, it is going with me! read more

We recently purchased a building from Wolf Valley and the whole experience from initial contact to delivery and follow up was fantastic. Our initial contact and sales person, Ricky Scott did a great job explaining all the options, payment terms, etc. and made sure things proceeded on schedule. He was very helpful though the whole process and was available to answer any questions we had right up until delivery. I can't remember the name of the guy who delivered our building, but he was great too. He manuevered into a REALLY tricky space, set everything level and had a great attitude while doing it. They even give you touch up paint. The main reason we went with Wolf Valley instead of a big box DIY store is the quality. The Wolf Valley buildings are miles ahead of the big box vendor buildings. They use stronger, thicker materials throughout and are built to last. I found I could get a Wolf Valley building of the same size cheaper than a lesser quality big box building. I made several calls to local places near me for several days getting no call backs from anyone eagerly wanting to get something delivered ASAP. I did a Google search and Wolfvalley Buildings popped up with many others. I just made some calls not realizing no one is open on Saturday. I left a few voicemails at some and I really just gave up and figured I'd mess with it later. I never left a VM at Wolfvalley and even still, I got a call back Monday morning and talked to Steven Lockwood. He was very professional and informative and you can tell he's been doing this a while. I spoke with Steven lockwood as my sales tech and he was a massive help. he walked me through all there sizes and styles at my own speed. he took quite a bit of time out of this several day process to help me get exactly what I was looking for. after ordering the delivery was ahead of schedule (if convienent for you) and the delivery guy was excellent and fast and willing to move the shed exactly how and where you wanted it. after receiving the shed it was in excellent condition just as advertised. Steven even sent a follow up email asking how the purchase was. the payment process is extremely easy and service reps were a pleasure to deal with although the interest in the rent to own program is very high they make the payments affordable on most budgets. So about a year ago I had baught two lots that now equal out to be 60x90 and sat a single wide, the day of our move in tood took the Uhaul to the property and went back to the rental where there had still the AC working, the next morning I went to work and Husband went to our now forever home, He discovered the house caught fire over night, all was lost... a year and a half later we are stil living in this mess, desperate for something, we looked and looked and nothing we liked, then out of the blue I found this website ... Within a week I was contacted by Simon the install and logistics coordinator. I had a timeline to work with, Steve and Simon made sure the deadline I had was met. On the day of install Sanford and Titus arrive promptly at 7am ready to work and never stopped until the project was finished. I recently had a 10x12 Ft loafing shed put on my property, the crew was Sanford and two other workers and they did an awesome job. Only had a couple of snags first being the trailer when it was loaded out they shorted me by the sheet metal necessary to complete the overhang. I've been assured that they'll be out by early next week to finish the job. They got stuck in my yard and I mean really stuck, all the way to the back axle and I had to have a friend bring down a large tractor to pull them out! Lol I'm his effort to get it out they damaged the sprinkler line on my septic system, But we went to the hardware store and bought the supplies to make repairs. Finally they were able to get on the road heading back! Again they were always friendly, professional and made sure I was taken care of! He worked with me to pick the right building, was able to accommodate a minor customization, and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. My building arrived sooner than expected (very exciting), was the perfect color, and was easily put in its place by the young man that made the delivery. He was professional and very skillful in driving his big truck and placing my building. He even had a paintbrush ready to touch up a small spot that the forklift scuffed. Steven Lockwood from sales contacted me almost immediately and worked with me to have a 14X16 lofted barn built on-site. Steven took his time to explain the options and worked with me to put the plans together. From there, it went to the construction manager who coordinated the build. Thereafter, the construction crew showed up on time and built a lofted barn that is exactly what we wanted. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
