My friend refused buyer's plumber offer (and the pending buyer walked away.) The City inspected line from street to house ~ no problems! Integrity suggested perhaps someone flushed a toilet before the earlier test was run and that may have given a false test. But we suspect SCAM by earlier inspection...with that plumber clearly knowing my friend's house sale was at stake. Thank you Integrity Plumbing for coming out so quickly, and being so considerate of my friend's very tiny budget by charging a very nominal fee.
