They left me without gas or hot water for 4 days! Thomas couldn't figure out what the problem was even though Atmos labeled all the leaks. He cut a hole in my wall and left! He said I needed "parts" but the warehouse was already closed. I called the office multiple times to get an update, cost of repairs etc and kept being told someone would call me back. I called another company who said that a permit was never pulled for my house and it has to be done when Atmos cuts you off, new company came out had me fixed within a hour because I didn't need "parts",the city inspector came out the same day too. After my repairs were completed by another company I got a quote from Hawkeye for 3 times the amount it actually cost to get fix! Be aware and stay away from this place. Please see my Google review for pics regarding my experience with this company! After my review on Google the owner is harassing me and took down my review and changed the price I owe him! Update he has now increased my amount due for the second time and called Fort Worth to try and press theft charges against me. Truly a horrible company and human. Stay away!

Note: I was having plumbing problems , I headed to Home Depot for parts & hopefully some advice! Luckily I got help pretty fast ( I was stressed out bad ) I believe his name is David from the plumbing department so he started helping me find parts and we were discussing the problem. A young man seem to know David and they started discussing my deal. That man was Albert Molina. They agreed on parts needed. I thank them, Mr Molina gave me his Business Card. I texted to make appointment. He had said he owned the plumbing company. That was a God Send. Anthony came out and worked on my faucet. Thank you again for all you did. Things are much better. Sincerely, Pamela

Not to mention, thorough and efficient! 4 stars because I wasn't aware or didn't recall being told that there's a 5% charge on cards regardless of it being debit. I understand the reason for the charge but just would've been great to have been better prepared. They do accept payment via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash app, etc which made it easier but I'm a strong believer in communication. Besides that minor issue, I HIGHLY recommend using A. Molina plumbing for your home and/or commercial needs.

First off, I was understanding when Baseline couldn't make their first appointment between 4-6pm…read more They suggested a later time same day or the next day and I told them either was fine. I received a text at 7:21p that night stating Baseline would arrive in 15 minutes. I showed him to the restroom where I had an issue with a leaking shower head. A few minutes after he's in there, he stated I needed a new cartridge and he needed to go buy one. So here is where all my complaints begin - I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor for Baseline to travel to/from Home Depot to buy parts (for some reason he bought a cartridge AND a new handle that I didn't know needed to be replaced). I got pictures of the parts so I could research the prices and Baseline OVERCHARGED on both pieces. Home Depot charges $62.34 for the cartridge and $30.99 for the handle. Baseline charged me $93.51 for the cartridge and $49.76 for the handle. Also, I don't understand why was I charged for travel to/from a store when you as a plumber and should have basic parts like this in your van? The last complaint - he left a mess on my floor all the way to the entry door. He cared enough to wear booties on his shoes but didn't bother to clean up the mess.
