They showed up exactly when they said they would. They stopped the leak and cleared a clog. Normally when I have a service technician come to the house they will only address the original issued called in about. Nothing was fixed or serviced. 1 month later, I called and talked to management apparently my case flip through the cracks. I called Rinnai multiple times and got resolution myself. I think they intend to do well but I fell through the crack. I called the office to let them know they're failure to communicate. Sounds like they want to make up for before...
