They left me without gas or hot water for 4 days! Thomas couldn't figure out what the problem was even though Atmos labeled all the leaks. He cut a hole in my wall and left! I called another company who said that a permit was never pulled for my house and it has to be done when Atmos cuts you off, new company came out had me fixed within a hour because I didn't need "parts",the city inspector came out the same day too. After my repairs were completed by another company I got a quote from Hawkeye for 3 times the amount it actually cost to get fix! Be aware and stay away from this place.
