Wow. I was given a quote of $199 to look at the source of the backup up toilets at our home. They came promptly the same day. The technician used a scope to probe all the way to the street were our sewer finally emptied into the main city sewer line. The camera probe found that a break occurred in the city's connector to our private line. Finntastic Plumbing then sent photographs made my their camera probe to the city. The city of Cleburne came the same day and inspected the sewer leak at the street in front of our house. The city was convinced that the city was liable for the damages. I am so thankful for Finntastic Plumbing doing all that battling for me the customer. Bottom line, the city of Cleburne was convinced that they were at fault and they the city of Cleburne would handle the repair for the broken sewer pipe at the street. Thank you, Finntastic Plumbing! It's better late than never, in January of this year we had an issue where the cast iron pipes under our house had cracked and deteriorated so that the water had backed up and leaked onto our bathroom floor. I just wanted to say how thoroughly pleased I was with the work done by Finn-Tastic Plumbing. I needed two 50 gal water heaters & Flood-Stops installed in my attic, and was a bit concerned about about what it meant. My husband and I want to just how pleased we are with Finn-Tastic plumbing. I called a 1 pm and was given an arrival time of 3 pm. to my surprise they were early !!!! Don't see much of that now days for sure. I talked with the technician and kinda explained our problem and fears that he might have to go under the house (were on pier and beam). He assured me he would check things our thoroughly before he just started crawling around the house and he did. He located the leak where the water line goes under the house. What a blessing for him and our wallet for sure. Within 2 hours from his arrival our water was back on and we were happy campers. Let me begin by saying that I am very skeptical and very critical when it comes to using a company to do ANY work around or in my home. Additionally, If I go as far as giving a company a 5-star rating they have absolutely earned my trust AND my money. I had to have an old concrete sewer line replaced. It was a complex job because there isn't a way to access my sewer line with heavy equipment, so all the digging had to be done by hand! I researched four top-rated plumbing companies that specialized in repairing/replacing sewer lines. I am so glad I chose Finn-tastic plumbing. From beginning to end, this company was exceptional.
