Chose to call DAZ and following a few calls back and forth, plus pictures texted by me of the water heater, my problem was diagnosed and solved. Dead batteries in a sensor on the water heater had shut down the flow of water. My first visit is with Bryson Donaldson, he over quoted and way under delivery. His quality of work is like hiring a guy from Craigslist. He replaced two laundry valve both with the same color and a shower stopper, all parts value under $100 and spent less that 1 hours, he wanted to charge $800, that $700 for labor.... Laundry panel was broken but he didn't even bother to replace it, which would cost about $40 including the two valves. Secondly he cut open the wall to install the new tube, said that's not his job to fix the wall as he's not a sheet wall guy. ... Could have told me before he started. I'm doing this review because I don't want anyone to get rip off and unprofessional quality work. I will include pictures so people can decide. Good thing I called the owner Travis and he came out and re-do everything, pictures included for comparison. I will never do business with anyone at Bow Tie Plumbing unless it's Travis and the bill is half what it was with exceptional quality. I know that every great business sometime higher bad employee. But what good is the owner understand and is willing to fix and that is a great value in a business. They did get the job done quickly, 20 minutes, but charged me $253.50 for a job that should have cost $150 tops. This was a one man job, installing 2 $3 cut off valves. They charged me $43.50 for the $6 worth of cut off valves. Then $135 an hour and a $75 service charge. To top it all off, they left the job without replacing the service panel and the bed pushed away from the wall. Very unprofessional! I called the office, told the lady how they had just left the job. She apologized and said she would call me right back. She never did! I will never call them again!

Pro Staff Plumbing I called them Saturday evening probably about 5: 00 really nice over the phone…read moretold me that he would have to charge me for Saturday rates which was $125 an hour with a minimum 2 hours he said probably with the issues that I had we were looking at around 300 or 350 I told him that I had my own parts that I had it broken apart was trying to fix it myself and couldn't he said no problem he had to go get his van great give him my address he came about 45 minutes or an hour later I thought it was kind of odd they sitting there van about five minutes him and his wife finally got out of the van i showed them the problems he said he probably had the part in his van that I didn't need to change the faucet he said saved you a lot of money I said great they went outside another 15 minutes came back begin to put the rubber seals back in the faucet all in all about 35 minute got through he told me it was going to be $350 I thought that was kind of high but I know calling people on Saturdays can be pricey so I go to give him a check we write the check out for $350 handed it to him and he said oh I forgot to add the part that I put on I said you're kidding me you're going to charge me more money I said how much he said the parts about 75 more dollars are you kidding me . he said no but he i would give you a $25 discount so just give me 50 more dollars you know I didn't argue with the man I said okay after it was all said and done he offered me a refrigerator magnet LOL I told him to keep it didn't mind paying the high price $350 but I was very angry after he tried to get $75 from me so for this reason I will never use pro staff Plumbing again so I'll give him one star for promptness
