All were very courteous and they were able to identify the location of the leak and were able to note that it was an irrigation problem. They don't do that work but passed along a recommendation. Soon after Tim left I needed to turn off the water to the house so it wouldn't keep flooding our yard. As a novice, I tried to get the water main off and had no success. I called back and Chris walked me through it step by step. Thank goodness for his patience. This company didn't make any money off of me today because the leak was out of their domain.
