He told me that he would send me a check I asked if he had the address he said yes. He also refunded the charge for what they did fix as part of a good faith gesture which I appreciate very much. The reasons for changing the review to 4 stars are clearly about the integrity of Aaron the owner of Anchor Plumbing. So they charged us full price, left a hole in the yard and left us with no more information than we had before they came. I had to pay another leak detection company to come and find the leak. They quickly found the leak (in a different part of the yard) and said they would not have charged us had they not been able to and no professional leak detection company would charge if they couldn't find the leak. Will not use or recommend Encore again.
