Since we live out in the country, there was no way to easily acquire a manufacturers replacement part without a long delay, Robert made a connection with pieces he had available. He did an excellent job, was here exactly when he promised, and was extremely easy to work with. We will definitely call him again when we need repairs!

We did 10 hours of work to locate the leak, tear out the carpet, open the sheet rock, and shut down the water. He came at 12 noon - tried to figure out what to do for an hour, as he was very confused, proposing to run a line into our attic and back down. During that hour, I drove to the original contractor's house and asked him how the original plumbing was done. He said that loops of copper came from the slab to the next fixture. The plumber opened more sheet rock, and used a magnet probe to prove that the leak went to the next fixture (the shower 6 feet away). He did a bypass, including a corner, and the plumbing was fixed. We repaired the walls. He gave no estimate prior to the work. Then, covered with Satanic pagan tattoos, he said, "I am a Christian, and I can't stop smoking." He simply said, $2500.00 - (for a job that was worth $250.) If your business wants to call me 817-909-9150.
