The variety of gravel is displayed right outside the main building, so a short stroll will bring you across everything they have. The name of each collection is clearly labeled, so customers can match the look to the pricing sheet. Once you decide what material you'd like, pull your vehicle around the simply-laid and paved path to the pile of your choice. The employees will take care of loading, and while they try to be mindful of your car's load capacity, that's something you'll want to know coming in. FIGURATIVE: The customer service is sincere and sweet! The lady we met in their spacious, air-conditioned building walked us outside to a patch of gravel we might have missed, explained the whole process mentioned earlier, and invited us to ask questions as needed. The guys who helped load were as friendly as they were efficient. And the real kicker--they've accounted for the Kids! There's a Dig Zone on the north side of the building where our Kiddo hung out for a little bit. It would be even better with some sort of cover overhead but that it's there at all is so cool. When…read moreCanard's was purchased by DunRite, we continued with DunRite and didn't have a problem until this year. We requested an annual service on our current residence (4 yr old house). The rep inspected the system and reported back that we had a serious problem. He took me up to the attic where the HVAC units were and told me his gas detection device showed a high gas reading and the gas had to be turned OFF for our safety. Then he had me listen (via speaker phone) while he discussed the situation with his Boss. They pressed to set a date to replace the system but I told them I had to think it over. I did get a second opinion the next day from a neighbor's HVAC company. He reported that there was not a gas leak and everything was good. Summary: 1) Check references when a company has been purchased. 2) Get a second opinion when you are made to feel that something must be decided immediately. 3) Be suspicious.
