On Christmas eve night, I woke up to a flooded townhouse. I called a couple of plumbers who told me they couldn't come out until later in the week, then I called Hukill's. They were at my place in about 30 minutes and had the water turned off and helped me get started on a 3 months journey of insurance claims and the restoration of my home. During the entire journey, I was kept updated of all repairs and any delays (mostly caused by the products ordered having delivery problems). The entire Hukill's team was very respectful of both me and all my belongings. There was a lot of furniture and knick knacks that had to be moved and each item was treated with care. I am now back home (yay!) and couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Even though this company is very busy helping lots of people, I was always treated as if I was their only customer. If you ever find yourself in my situation or any situation where plumbing and/or restoration skills are needed, this is the company to call. You will be treated with care and respect and the end product will be glorious! Five stars is not enough to give these guys. They deserve the highest of ratings. My toilets were clogged and I had used a toilet auger to try and 'snake' loose the obstruction, but I was not successful. I called Hukill's in the afternoon and spoke to Patrick who was very courteous and he told me he could have a plumber out to my place in the morning. The next morning Shawn, from Hukill's called and let me know he was on his way. Shawn was very polite and professional and after trying to 'snake' the obstructed pipe from the front of the house, determined that he was going to need to remove a toilet and 'snake' the obstruction out from that location with his larger power-driven snake. He was successful in dislodging the obstructed pipe. He also informed me that the "angle stop valve" on the wall behind the commode needed to be replaced and showed me why. So, he took care of that as well. I am very pleased with the work done and the efficiency with which it was accomplished. I also thought what they charged me for the work was very reasonable (especially in comparison to another company that charged me an outrageous amount on one occasion). Great service. Highly recommend. Fair price. Efficiant process. We were having problems with our garbage disposal. Jordan communicated well via texts and phone. He arrived on time, was polite, friendly. First he examined the disposal to learn if it could be repaired. After his assessment we decided to replace the unit. Great experience today from Hukill's plumbing. Master bathroom sink was not draining properly. Jordan and Chase did a little trouble shooting and ended up cleaning out not only the master bathroom sink, but the sink in the half bathroom also. Entire job took about an hour and a half. We're in Ridglea Hills and had trouble finding great service. Our 1957 shower handles, pink bathroom of course, were dripping. Jordan was on it even before he got here.
