What initially created the need for the call was a gas fireplace that would not ignite I had previously tried ChatGPT, called a chimney sweep company, and even called the previous owner of my house, all to no avail. Within a few minutes of of arriving, Jordan was able to locate the hidden shut off for the gas fireplace and get it working pretty promptly. While here, he was able to notice a couple of other things that needed attention. My tankless water heater had been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, and the technicians from Hukill's were able to manage that. And also, when it came to a clogged sink in our master bathroom, they were able to address that as well. By the end of our time together I had heard some good stories from Jordan, I was able to practice my French with Joseph and most importantly had a lot of small annoyances cleared up (literally) leaving my home in better functioning order than when they arrived. They worked with our insurance company and coordinated everything. The lead rep from Spectrum (Jordan Justice) even came out when our insurance inspector came to do the actual inspection to see how much damage was done to the roof to see how much needed to be repaired or if the entire roof needed to be replaced. He met with the inspector and discussed the damages etc. Jordan went the extra mile throughout the entire process and we really have appreciated it. You don't get that kind of customer service much anymore. He came by during the roof removal and install of the new materials, more than once, to make sure the roofing guys were doing everything the way we had agreed upon. He also followed up afterward and inspected the job. The roofing crew did an outstanding job! Spectrum Contracting had great sub-contractors. The roofing crew worked for over 14 hours on a hot summer day but got it done in 1 day. We would highly recommend Spectrum Contracting for any roofing work you need and this is particularly due to Jordan Justice and his attention to detail and customer service.
