Rick was the best. I had a few lug nuts that wouldn't come off of a tire I was trying to change. I called and he was here in less than 10 minutes. I explained the situation, he assessed and we decided to fill the tire with air and I could get to a tire shop. No need to pull off the tire. But I learned more about why I couldn't remove the lug nuts. Turns out Chicago weather causes these specific types to swell over time and my standard tire iron wasn't fitting over them properly. Wow! I was so frustrated with AAA after waiting 7 hours for service for a dead car that was locked out. I texted Rick's through Google and got a response in 3 minutes! Sergio told me he would get to me in 20 minutes at 11:30pm. He was there in 15. After helping me with the lockout he even let me try my own jump before using his in case it could save me money.
