From the start, Wade was upfront about the process and made everything clear. I received a detailed video of the inspection, and they walked me through the necessary repairs with full transparency around pricing. While the repairs weren't cheap (as expected with an older vehicle), they applied available coupons to help bring the cost down, something I really appreciated. I was also heading out of town, and they worked around my schedule without hesitation. It genuinely felt like they cared about me, not just my vehicle.
