In Techgrity Is the one shop I will always take my cars to. They are honest, trustworthy and always stand behind their work.

Took my car in for an oil change. It took a long time but I was fine with waiting because I had work to do in the lobby. However, when they called me up after it was all done they told me my break pads were horribly worn and that they needed to be replaced My response, that's weird because I just replaced them a month ago. Their response was oh our guy is new. Fast forward a few months and I noticed I'm missing a lug nut. Took my tire off to put on a new set of lug nuts and the bolt is sheared off. DO NOT go to this shop. The last people to take care of my car don't know the difference between new and worn brake pads and created a safety issue and now a problem I have to spend more money on. 100 percent do not recommend. EDIT: In response to the owners response. I was never told about a missing lug nut. Honestly that's even worse on your business. Why would I continue to drive months later when I was missing a lug because a technician never told me about. Why would a business even let me drive a car with a missing lug nut? That's a huge safety issue. Wow, even more so to NEVER go here. Wish I could give less stars. read more

I recently moved to Denver, and had to find a new place to get my oil change. I always went to Valvoline back in VA but realized how far the nearest Valvoline was in Denver. I found InTechgrity through Groupon & Yelp, and made an appointment for a Thursday. I arrived around 20 minutes before my appt time and Chris was able to take me in right away. He estimated around 1 hr for the wait time but finished within 45 minutes! Chris told me what additional services he recommended after doing a video scan of my car. While he explained to me why I needed those services done and recommended those services be completed sooner rather than later, he was not pushy at all, which I appreciated! Westminster is a little out of my way but will continue coming out here as it is hard to find a good auto shop for my car needs! read more

Our car was overdue for an oil change prior to a mountain trip, and our typical shop was booked up. It was very easy to schedule by phone. Anthony, the desk attendant, was friendly, and service took an hour just as he stated. There were out-of-pocket fees for a Subaru Forester XT oil filter because they "don't keep it in stock", but I guess they ordered it in the 2 days between when I scheduled and the actual appointment. Overall, I paid $80 for 100% synthetic + filter + disposal. Not bad. Videos of the engine and undercarriage are nifty. Definitely recommend this shop for an oil change! Tip: If you're looking for a bite while you wait, there's a decent little diner about a 5-minute walk from Intechgrity. read more

My Jeep Grand Cherokee started making weird clicking sounds after an alert about 4WD needing servicing. I called a few mechanics who I just got a bad vibe from - seemed uninterested in helping or said just to show up but it's first come first served. InTechgrity was able to get me in the next day with an actual appt time so I didn't have to miss work waiting around. They called me back right on time when they estimated when it would be diagnosed. They found a part in town that was half the cost of what the dealership charges and had it rushed over. When they installed the part there was a further issue - the entire transfer case needed to be replaced. They called and went over all this and explained they aren't charging for the part they ordered since there was a much larger issue. We were contemplating trading the car in anyway and I mentioned this. The mechanics went the extra mile and even gave me their input and opinions on what cars they felt were reliable and what they see often within the shop - they're knowledge was very helpful. They discounted the oil change I needed as well and fixed a few random things free of charge (replaced a cap that stops the minor oil leak we had). This place went above and beyond and they were super friendly and honest! We'll definitely be coming back for our future auto servicing needs read more

I wanted to like this place, and tried really hard to feel good about using them as our go to shop. They did some very simple work on our vehicles with no issues. But then I had an AC issue. They replaced the condenser and my AC was all good to go, but then I started having trouble starting the vehicle, and it would die at red lights or stop signs. This started happening the day after they replaced the condenser. It wouldn't start at all within a few days so I towed it in, and they told me it was just a coincidence and I happened to needed a new alternator. They replaced the alternator, and I was on my way. The very next day, my car wouldn't start- and luckily was near an AutoZone. I replaced my battery and all was well. For one more day. Then my car wouldn't start again, so I had it towed to intechgrity. they said the alternator was faulty, so they replaced that again. Guess what? The very next day it wouldn't start again. I can't understand how a mechanic could not figure out such a simple issue as this, especially after two times in the shop for the same problem. Who knows, it probably needs a new starter, but I guess they never thought about that. Here's where the fun begins. My car was broken into in the middle of the night while sitting in their lot waiting to be worked on. Someone smashed the rear window, opened the door, and slashed my back seat with a knife to get into the trunk. They stole all of my personal property that was left in the car, luckily nothing of serious value. They only called me in the middle of the afternoon the next day, when they finally realized that my window was smashed in sitting right in front of their store in a parking spot. Long story short, they informed me of this, I had my repairs wrapped up, I paid for the work and drove away. They told me their insurance would never be able to cover something like this, and in fact that parking lot is not their property. I just think that folks using this business should know this information, and understand that the only person liable for your property while in their lot is you. Whatever happens while it's there is not their problem. I replaced the window myself, and I was really surprised that they didn't at least offer some semblance of compensation, not even a $20 gift card for an oil change or something. They refused all of my polite requests for some level of compensation. The main point here is they failed to solve a fairly simple issue on my vehicle, even after over $2,000 of work. Your property is not safe while it's waiting to be worked on in their parking lot. read more

Absolutely horrible experience and poor customer service. After trying to contact them for over a week, and finally getting an appointment, they then did not confirm the appointment until after a week. One of their reps then doubled book me at TWO places despite later email confirmation for the local site. Regular oil changes do not cost much. I got a Groupon thinking it would be a great deal and to give someone local a chance. They wanted to charge me another $50 on top of the $50- I already paid. I was upset, but I agreed to it. I then handed my keys. After making me wait for 35 minutes in their lobby, another guy came in with an attitude and said, yea, we are not going to do this. You double-booked (no, they did!) and since you are unhappy with the extra charges (I had agreed to it and wanted to give them a chance!) we're not going to do it. Very rude and unprofessional experience. Absolutely horrid experience and I'm glad I did not use them since they would have done something to my vehicle if that's the attitude they have! Update: Wow, the owner writes about malice. Malice is when you first accept the customer's keys and making them wait. All I did was initially express my upset that there were hidden charges, but then I said that I would accept since an appointment was already made. Nothing else happened after that. The initial guy even apologized, agreed that it was wrong to hide charges,and blamed groupon. They verified that I had an appointment. Your staff then took my keys and I was in the waiting room for over 30 minutes. Nothing happen to give cause for another staff member who I did not meet or was even in the room, to approach me and then in a rude tone and voice, say that you don't want my business. Nothing had happened since and this was unexpected. I did not say anything else, because I accepted the statement and went out quickly because I am not going to argue with this obviously angry and confrontational person. I was alone and there was two male staff there. I am not going to force you to accept my business. I wrote this so others may be aware of your staff and treatment. You are correct, it is a shame that there is so much malice and maltreatment out there, and this is how you go about treating people and potential customers. If you review other reviews you will see that I am NOT the only one. Please seek help and anger management. ...Wow, while writing this update someone called me and threatened me!!! What the heck is going on, you can't accept a poor review and now you're harassing local community members? Watch out or you will be reported to the police! Anthony and his team were really nice and oil change seems good to go! They allow appts which is awesome, took a little over a hour. Nice to have the video of the car in case I ever need to reference it. However my tire rotation was not done because I didn't need it apparently so kinda bummed that I only received part of the groupon that was paid for even though it was a awesome deal either way. Still just feels like I didn't get the full redemption, but he said I could use it another time however I am moving states so it is unlikely I will be able to. I had my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced back in Aug 2018 due to a leaking valve cover gasket. The oil leaked onto the alternator requiring not only the gasket, but the alternator be replaced. This month the same problem occurred and I called the Hyundai dealership. I brought the vehicle in for service where they replaced the gasket and alternator. I soon learned fron the Hyundai service manager that the alternator was never replaced. I thought how could this be since I was charged for a replacement alternator, gasket, and labor by Intechgrity. I called Brantley at Intechgrity and explained these details to him. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. Brantley was quickly on top of this and wanted to make things right. He explained that the mechanic that had performed service on my vehicle was no longer with the company and for good reason. Brantley asked if I could bring my vehicle there and to also speak with me and make things right. After about 15 minutes Brantley handed me a check for about $500.00 for the price of the alternator and labor that was charged. He apologized for this situation and inconvenience this caused. I feel I have to deliver this positive review because Intechgrity stood by their name and made this right. Brantley stayed in touch with me every step of the way and showed me that they did care. I would encourage anyone to bring their vehicle here for service. They are a good honest shop that does things right. Thank you again Brantley and Intechgrity. read more

Went in for a full synthetic oil change and was happy with the service. There was a customary upsell of other services as you might expect with any oil change, and I did end up leaving with a new cabin air filter, but overall the work was done as expected for the price that was quoted. When a company desires to increase business by sending coupons and using Groupon, the business needs business. Today however, I, an African American woman, made an appointment which was confirmed by GM Tim, was denied this business. Upon entering and seeing 5 white men standing behind the counter with 3 bays open, I was immediately asked to confirm who I was, so that I could be told Intechgrity would not perform the services as requested and confirmed. The employee told me that I was told the information prior to my arrival, however if this is true, why would the employee feel the need to inform me upon my arrival that intechgrity would not be performing the services as requested and confirmed? It's not true, just another example of being treated unfairly by another white man, so I contested the poor customer service, asking for the owner, only to be told I can take it or leave it. So I left it and suggest you do the same. Intechgrity has no Integrity, use a mechanic who treats all people fair and appropriate, a mechanic who appreciates your business. Intechgrity had 3 locations, now down to 2, with this service level, they will soon be closed. read more
