Holy moly.. don't walk but RUNNNN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST…read more The shop: Dirty gross reals of smoke and that's not the worst Mark: Pretends like his name is Smark like a super hero! What a unprofessional loser. Speaks down to everyone he speaks to. When I first walked in there was a guy yelling at him that he was going to Sue him walking out the door. My fault I should have turned around. Rude, no class, no ethics, no morals. He was bragging to me when he was working on my car about how he told off some guy and purposely didn't fix it correctly because he didn't like him. WOW. His work: Right after I had him work on my car not 1-2-3-4- but 5 things broke on it from his work. I had to take it to Golden Triangle Auto many times for them just to take everything out that he did and have them fix it. The techs and the owner all came together to demand my money back or sue him for scamming me. Professionalism and class: None. Absolutely none. If you don't have a personality or nothing going for you get out of anything with people. You'd be a great window washer. Reputation: Unfortunately the guy that reccomeded me to him actually swore him off for life for completely screwing his motor up and the guy had to buy a new motor from Marky marks dismal intellect on fixing issues. Any bad review he finds himself being super smart. Buddy you work in a dirty dingy shop rip cigs all day and loved to lear he was on his 8th beer while working on my car. The car: Of this is a gem. I get back in my car. My car reeks of cigs and I asked why my car was covered in ash from cigs and a blonde girls hair everywhere? He said he drove it for a while and had his girlfriend in it. Ready for this 70... yes... 70 extra miles we're on the car when I got it back... I can usually say Something kind always. Not a chance. Never ever ever ever use this guy. No response needed loser

I will never give this place my business!…read more I'll never get the pleasure, the owner openly insulted and lightly harassed me after I declined his help. I was searching for a cheap car because I'm in urgent need I only have 850 in cash , and he mocked me calling me an idiot and a "f**kTard". now names are fine but to run a business and reticule me for not having 2500 to throw at you for a car you tried to push on me in the first place, when I'm homeless on a fixed income is disgusting. He has since deleted most of his comments but screenshots live forever. I will never support a man who finds it easy to kick a man at his lowest and laugh it off.

A few years ago, not long after I recently moved to this side of town, I was in need of someone to…read moredo some auto repair. My driver side window was no longer working, and this was a problem. I reached out to long time Yelper (Doug Y.) for a recommendation. He mentioned that he had always had good service in the past from Pro Image auto repair, and thatI might want to give them a chance. "T.", the proprietor, got me in for work in a timely fashion, and charged me a reasonable price for a fairly complicated repair. When I had a similar issue a few years later, I did not hesitate to come back to him for more work. Once again, I feel that I got very good value for the service receipt. Not cheap, but reasonable, and extremely competent.

The good Everything has a give or take this place is…read moreextremely knowledgeable, kind and responsive they work very hard to ensure they provide the best service I have taken plenty of vehicles and always helped with everything I needed! The bad The service advisors aren't very knowledgeable and they try and price gauge you like crazy, i understand trying to run a business and having to deal with cost but being greedy is not the answer not in this economy. I.E i called for a quote on a transmission oil change on my truck they told me it was gonna be 900+! Outrageous when my ford dealer was gonna charge half and then the local mechanic 300! Also the lying on parts used is crazy. Service advisor said " it takes two filters on the transmission and you need to drop the valve body" when you google search ford 10r80 transmission oil change and tell me if it has 2 filters with one behind the valve body I will gladly eat my own words and pay the 900+ if I'm wrong! Take aways great place to fix complicated things for sometimes cheaper than the dealer please be very weary and google what your problem is and don't always believe what the advisors have to say!!
